If I have the following triggers and filters set up, what else do I need to do to make sure that the triggers should have an ANY logic and the filters have the logic entered: So if I want to see all people that are unsubscribing or bouncing from an email AND those that were either created before 2014 or marked as Do Not Call and have below $50 mill in revenue...Thanks.

Can you use any asset types as content in an Engagement Program? I've been reading that we can use either emails or programs as content. That means any asset within a program, including reports and landing pages, can be included right?

Hello All,Could you please help to clarify the relations among: cookies, visits, Unique visitors?I got a little confused.Under a sub-domain, I got total 3,000 visits in total, about 800 cookies.But when I export data from Data Warehouse, by: Cookies, Visits, then adds all "visits" from all 800 cookies, I got over 4000 visits.This means to me that, 1 visits to the site could be split to 2 cookies.So I am confused.Please help to share your ideas.Thank you.H

Question: Do Global Updates to Marketing Channel Processing Rules populate to roll-up report suites?Scenario: I have 19 report suites that roll-up to a Global Report Suite. When I make changes to our marketing channel processing rules, I make these changes in the Global Report Suite. I recently made a change at the global level that involved me adding a new channel, then assigning to existing channels to this new channel. The rules weren't changed, we just wanted to roll the two existing rules into one Channel.In one of the report suites (not the Global One), the marketing channel processing rules and the new channel I created had not been updated. As a result, the old Marketing Channels/Channel Names are showing up in the individual report suites and I'm hoping someone can let me know what I need to do to remedy this.Thanks for any help!-R.E. Hello everyone.I'm extremely new to Java and AEM. I can't figure out why my Java classes are not working properly. For example I set up a method to return a string in a class that has already been made and verified. Yet when I restart my server the string is no different. I do everything in Eclipse, not sure If I'm missing something or not. Eclipse is set to build automatically.AEM is not in debug mode, as I can't figure that out either. Sorry for the noob questions.

We are recently migrating from AEM 6.1 to AEM 6.3.In Production we have large DAM assets content and post migration we identified that in AEM 6.3 if you delete any single DAM assets itself it gives the exception as The query read more than 500000 nodes in memory. To avoid running out of memory, processing was stopped.Cannot serve request to /bin/wcmcommand in com.day.cq.wcm.core.impl.commands.WCMCommandServletI believe the warning / exception message is expected in case the query return more than specified thresh limit.Is anyone encounter this issue with large DAM content  in AEM 6.3 or 6.2 ? If yes then can you please advise how it was resolved.

Hi,I have created one sample report to list all campaign created in this year. I was able to successfully create it.Now, I want my report to be more flexible.I want to get results based on the year selected while running the report.If I select 2016, it should return all campaign created in 2016. For this, I have created a page, created combo box variable, input 3 years 2015,2016,2017.But I am unable to see this variable in my next activity which is a query activity so that it can dynamically pick that value and return campaign list as per the year selected.Attached are the images.

HI,We are using custom multifield  xtype in classic ui which stores as string array and now we are migrating to touch-ui in aem6.3.I used dialog conversion tool to migrate and after conversion custom  multifield is not working.here my query is in classic ui it was storing as string array but in touch-ui i tried multifield and observed it is storing as node.In touch-ui(coral)  can we store custom multifield as string array like we were saving in classic-ui.What should be taken care while migrating custom xtypes to touch-ui from classicui.ThanksSrinivasula Reddy

Hi ThereOne of the business scenarios I have, is to allow members to process an order without paying in advance, as in some cases there will be validation prior to shipping products. Once placing web order, purchase metric is fired with (as an example) one order, 5 units (products) and zero revenueOnce validation is completed, we send an email to pay the invoice balance for shipped products. We have a functionality that allows members simply to enter the invoice#, view their balance and pay the balance in full or a partially.The Question, if I pass purchase metric when processing the invoice payment, that would capture the revenue, but it will also add to the overall orders count, which was already captured previously. Do we have any work around this to report $ value to revenue metric without increasing the order count?ThanksMahmoud

Appreciate your helpQuestion 1 We have segments in AAM that are based on the following profile merge rule: 'No Authentication Profile' + 'Current Device Profile'The segments are made up of on-boarded traits from our CRM cross device data source (no rule based traits). I would therefore expect the population of these segments to be 0. However we see that these segments are populated.
