Hi,Have configured an external account for SMS setup using "Generic SMPP connector" in ACC v7. While sending delivery getting error as "No call method defined in an external account". Status as failed and unreachable.Also, couldn't able to see smpp34.jsp. Please help me on how & where to get this call method smpp34.jsp?Regards,Gokul

Hi all, We had a tech who is no longer here install a JQuery action to encrypt the userID collected from the log-in box on our site. I have searched DTM, the source code of our website and in Analytics and can't for the life of me find where this snippet of code lives. I've looked in DTM under the userID rules and even in the custom code editors for the each rules and the entire library.Looking at the source code of my site, I can find the code listed under the analytics.js file. We're seeing the error above on all of our pages that contains "alexa-skills-kit" anywhere in the last part of the URI (after the last / ). Does Adobe Analytics have any special requirements when it comes to the URL? We're not seeing this issue on any other pages, and they all use the same script information. Hi,I'm trying to get "Time Spent prior to Event" as a granular report (seconds). I saw where this was answered before​, however I don't think it is actually correct.When I try to click "Try in Analysis Workspace" it actually gives me Visits by Seconds, not Time Prior to Event by seconds.To test further, I tried to setup a Time Prior to Event report when I was already in an Analysis Workspace project, still comes out bucketed.Anyone have luck moving this to granular reporting?Thank you!Jos

Hi,TextFields and PathFields inside multifield are collapsing in AEM 6.2 if top level TextFields or PathFields are made  mandatory by using required=true. I followed below helpx article and installed latest ACS commons jar as well. Hi,I'm trying to create a conditional content within my email, but rather than state every single value in the system, I wanted to do something like "if recipient.email starts with 'i' ) { show a picture of an "I" or something.  I can't seem to figure out how to write the statement to evaluate the database attribute with "starts with".  Can someone help?Thanks!!

I have an instance that went through a build update from 6.1.1.8770 to 8887. Whenever someone tries to login to the campaign console, they are prompted to upgrade it to match the application server. However, everyone that tries to upgrade is given the error XTK-170061. Why is this? Should everyone just ignore trying to update, is something not correct on the application server, something else?Thank you

Hi, I have recently been experiencing an issue where the alerts for my programs aren't being delivered. I have several alerts set up to be generated when someone takes an action such as filling out a form on our website. I have a list of 3 people who are all internal who should receive these alerts when someone fills out a form. Marketo is showing that the alert is being sent out in the activity log, but we are not receiving the alerts every single time someone fills out the form. Sometimes only 1 of the 3 people receive the alert (which doesn't make sense to me because we are all on the same email server), and other times no one receives the alert. I know all of the email addresses are correct because I've confirmed multiple times. The Marketo IP has been whitelisted. Does any one have any other ideas on how to troubleshoot? Or has anyone else experienced this issue before?Thanks!Courtney

Hi All,We recently upgraded from AEM 6.1 to 6.3. The only aspect of Touch UI that is causing some headaches for our authors is the the managment of image fields in the page properties tab. They are used to being able to drag and drop from the asset explorer.What is the best way to add that part of AEM to the page properties view in touch UI and enable them to drag from these assets into fields in page properties?

Hello all. I need to create offers inside adobe campaign, based on an external database. Is there any way to automate it using API or another function like this ? It will be really nice if I could create these offers based on a template. Also, I need that those offers are deployed on "live" environment too. I tried to find a function for this on "nms:offer" API, but I cant' find. Any idea ?

Hi,I'm using Control Group functionality and would like to restrict sending to specific users.For example:I set up a query with 4 clients (client 1, client2, client 3, client 4), I put a percentage in the control group of 50%.In case the functionality would fire randomly for 2 clients.How can I restrict the tool from forwarding the trigger to client 1 and client 3?Would it be in the list (within Extra Population)?Ps: I tried to create a test list in this field, but it did not work.    Thanks,Jéssica

Hi all,I can't understand why the Update action in an import workflow duplicates the profiles.I explain better:I have this workflow:The file csv that I have to import has different columns. We have a customer ID, emails, first name and so on.In the file there are 221.506 profiles with these caractheristics:- for one email we can have different customer ids ( play@ggg.com can have 5 different customer id)- for one customer id we can have only one emailThe strange thing is when there is a Update action (insert or update profiles) with reconciliation criteria by Customer id and email, the outgoing population is larger than the incoming population.There are about 500 duplicate profiles.I can't understand why the update action duplicate the profiles.Someone have any suggestion?Thanks

Is there a way to embed SystemUser package while building the bundle in maven?Currently, I have created below zip package for system user and it's permission via acs and deploying this package (to other AEM instances) via Package Manager manually but I am looking for a way if we can make it automate via building/deploying the bundle or if there is any other way to make this as part of the automate process instead of doing it manually via Package Manager Console.This question is coming from the background that in the current scenario, when we build the Content Package using "content-package-maven-plugin", first it builds the project (zip package) in target folder, then install from target folder to m2 repository and to AEM Package Manager. Hi all, I'm not sure how to word this to best describe the problem - but I'll do my best. I have set up a campaign with a series of reoccurring deliveries. These went live last night, I've come in this morning to check the success of them, looking at the delivery reports. The reports show that only a few of the deliveries were actually sent, and provide the expected results. (See Screenshot) However according to the workflow, nearly all of the deliveries had a population, and should have all been sent.When I then look in the deliveries folder I can see that actually they were all sent - and I can delve further to see the reporting for these. My question is why am I not see the correct reports in the workflow reporting? And how can I fix it? These emails will be sent everyday so it's much easier to report from with in the workflow rather than manually searching. Thanks in advance, Lorna
