We are currently completing the GDPR tasks that were assigned to us and one of the tasks we are hung up on is regarding the Email Opt In checkbox we have on all of our landing pages. The opt in verbiage on the landing pages asks a user to check the box if they agree to receiving marketing emails from us.  The issue with this is that in Salesforce, the standard field we have is an "Email Opt Out" field.  Is it possible to set this up so that if someone checks the "Email Opt In" checkbox on our landing pages then the "Email Opt Out" box won't be checked in Salesforce?  And vice versa? 

I want to be able to change the order of the blog posts created using the AEM journal/blog component. After creating five posts and looking at the generated json, the configuration.sortOrder  is equaled to "REVERSED_ORDER" which makes sense because by default it seems that the most recent posts should appear on the top.My question is, what file do I update to change "REVERSED_ORDER" to some other value or is there somewhere where I can change the ordering of how my blog posts appear on my page.I'm using AEM 6.3.

Hi Marketo Community,I have run into an issue twice in the past month around email reporting that I haven't run into in the past 6-7 months since we started using Marketo.  Last week we sent out an email, and normally in a trigger smart campaign I use caused strange error.  Usually I setup the smart campaign as follows: Filters:Clicks link in email triggeradd the link variant and choose the link that contains the actual asset.  This way we are only reporting and sending over to SFDC the true campaign responders to the appropriate SFDC campaign.  Thankfully, for this email I didn't create a trigger campaign due to a time constraint and pulled a filtered version of this same smart campaign.  However, when the data came back it said over 9,000 people clicked on the link in the email.  This number jumped out because we usually have 2-3k responders for most of these asset emails.  When I submitted a ticket to support they came back saying "One thing we see

Hi,I recently created a landing page off of a Marketo Guided Template (1-B). However, when I add the form it aligns left (see below). In order to have the form centered, is this something that I do in the form settings, do I have to go back to the template code or can I change this within the landing page settings?TIA!Kelly

Curious if anyone has an answer to a dilemma I have around SFDC and Marketo sync issues. I started mapping my Salesforce fields to Marketo, but never finished the mapping and never synced it to Salesforce. We decided that we didn't want to sync with Salesforce at all and now my Field Management page is stuck here: I can't edit/create new fields. How can I get this back to normal? If I click Finish Mappings will that get me back? I'm afraid to push that and then mess up my Marketo field names in some way. If I never push start sync though, maybe I will be ok?I talked to Marketo support and they are telling me I need a new instance?!?!? Seems ridiculous to me. If anyone's ever come across this, any help would be super appreciated. Thanks for what you do in the community.

So All,I am sitting here at Adobe Summit, and I am having a hard time getting UGC working staging environment. I am sure it is a permissions/other issues with some things. I have a typical environment with 1 author and 2 publishers....I am allowing "anonymous" posts/comments. there are a couple of things....it is working on each publishers but the content doesn't show on the other publisher. I don't know what I need to turn on to make sure that data is sync'ed on both publishers. The other issue is, I get 404 on some basic js files on my dispatcher like:http://??????/etc/clientlibs/social/thirdparty/underscore.min.js http://??????/etc/clientlibs/social/thirdparty/backbone.min.js....As far as sync, I have been looking at:User Synchronization Any help would be great.

Hi!currently Workspace users see all metrics and dimensions that re available globally, across all report suites. Thus they have plenty of calculated metrics and semgents which are duplicated on many report suites. Is there a way to reproduce the view as it is in the Analytics tool? Where the user can check/uncheck if he wants to see other report suite's metrics?

Hi!I recently implemented 2 new suites (for new sites) in my Adobe Analytics account, but for some reason they arent receiving page views? All other standard traffic metrics such as visits, visitors, bounce rate, etc. are working fine, however every day has 0 page views on both suites. Using Dynamic Tag Manager for implementation, do I need to define a rule within DTM for them to pass into AA?All of my rules are firing and recording fine as well, I just cant figure out why it says i have 0 page views while I have several hundred visits a day.

Hi All,In AEM 6.2 RTE, link plugin path always starts with /content. As soon as i type / it automatically suffixed with content.My requirement is to remove that condition. I tried debug it, if i remove js-coral-pathbrowser-input class from text field then it is working fine.There are lot of render.jsp where this class is being appended in textfield. Commented the line in those jsp files. Still it shows the class when inspected element in html.Don't know how to remove that class(js-coral-pathbrowser-input) from being appended.Please help me to remove that class from text field so that i can type anything i wish.Thanks,Pradeep

My Marketo instance has multiple workspaces and I wanted to send an alert email on an inquiry form fill out which has a field which is populated by  system.dateTime token as per JST Timezone.The initial timezone set in my instance was in PST, so I changed it to JST and created a campaign to send the alert email. However when I receive the alert email, it still has the PST timezone timestamp in that field whereas for the same record, I can see the JST timezone in the activity log.Does anyone have any idea from where is Marketo picking up the timezone for this token?

Hi,I am trying to create a test that will report on the number of times a button was clicked and whether any interaction occurred with its required textbox before the button was clicked.My idea is to dynamically change the data-analytics attribute of the button to show whether any interaction occurred with the textbox before the button was clicked.I have the test set up with that assumption, although I'm not completely certain it's correct.I want to ask if anyone can give me detailed info on the data-analytics attribute and how it works with the reporting interface.  Thank you

I have a sling model which inject an OSGi service. The request parameter for the service call is configurable. This service request is also generated in the sling model. This will invoke an API call and process the result in the sling model. I need to invoke this sling model inside a sling servlet call because a click event should trigger this functionality. So is there a way to invoke a sling model from a sling servlet.

HelloWe have 2 cross device data sources in AAM for 1st party CRM data:1) data_source_1 (created with Integration_code_1)2) data_source_2  (created with Integration_code_2)Both data sources contain the same CRM user id's. I'm using AccountManagementService to handle user creation and reset password actions.So currently I have Reset password component, wich have reset-password.html, where I have a form with new password and confirm new password inputs.But also I have POST.html file with following:<sly data-sly-resource="${'confirm' @ resourceType='security/accountmgr/confirm'}"/>Currently I'm making ajax call to resource path and POST.html is triggered, so password reset action is confirmed, after that I'm redirecting user to login page if call is successful.So I have a few questions:1) Where can I find sources for resourceType='security/accountmgr/confirm' in jcr? How is it working?2) It's better to configure redirection page in dialog, but as far as I have both reset-password.html and POST.html - I can't create the dialog, it's not working.Any suggestions?
