Hello, regarding GPR and the fact that we have to obtain explicit consent to track people (as a global company, we're assuming everyone is in the EU for simplicity), we are operating under the assumption (backed up by my legal team) that we need a way to disallow the tracking of email activity - and importantly, this needs to be differentiated from the tracking of website activity (through Munchkin). Can anyone speak to this, with examples of how you're handling it?The fact that I reached out to Marketo support and they were essentially shocked that anyone was asking about this, implies to me that we may not need this functionality at all, but my legal team seems quite sure. To that end, I don't expect to receive a wholly satisfactory answer here that I could then use to sway my head of legal, but perhaps there's something more to this and I wasn't clear with Marketo when we spoke.

I have a new deployment of Launch.I published my Launch Library.I accessed my website with the console open in debugger mode.In the console, I can see my Launch rule firing and I see evar/prop activity.However, the Omniture debugger is empty and doesn't see any activity.I checked my real-time report in Adobe Analytics and there is no activity.So, my Launch rule is firing but Omniture debugger isn't seeing any activity.Why is Launch not functioning properly?Thanks

Is there a way to report on where people spent the most time reading an email? And how much time they spend reading? Is there a tool for getting this type of data? I would like to do this type of reporting on emails as well as landing pages. Thanks!

HelloMy offline data sometimes delivers value pairs like this:"MANUFACTURER_CODE"=""which means I need to create a trait for those that had no value.If I use regex like "MANUFACTURER_CODE"  matchesregex  ".*" will give me all that have ANY value and then in the segment I can use is in an AND NOT rule.  I would like to have a trait for the NULL or EMPTY value insteadIs this possible?Thank you

Hi,I have tried to configure the replication from Author to Publish via SSL/TLS.I have followed this documentation: Replicating Using Mutual SSL But I can't find the following OSGi config for the "Apache Felix Jetty Based HTTP Service" which is named there as follow:Enable HTTPS To Use Granite KeyStore (org.apache.felix.https.use.granite.keystore)I just can see the other configurations like configuring the path to the keystore and truststore, etc.I'm using AEM 6.3.1.2 (SP1 with CFP2).Do you have any idea?Thanks for Feedback.

   I have ran an A/A test to validate the configuration and this seem to be working.  I have shut off the campaign and archived it. I am however still seeing visit and revenue data collection within Adobe analytics for this campaign.  I want to make sure these visitors are no being assigned to new campaigns. Please advise.

Hello,I am trying to delegate a workitem to another user in the group but with custom participant step, this simply does not happen..In my workflow i added a dynamic participant step and in code i returned a group name, anyway to have the list of users and group name populated in the pop up dialog, on click of Delegate option in sidekick and Inbox in my custom Java Code?.Regards,Nicole

Hi All,I'm working on integrating AC 6.1.1 with AEM 6.0, following this link http://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-0/administer/integration/marketing-cloud/campaign.html#Configuring an external AEM account Everything works fine until I want to synchronize content from AC.  When I hit the button "synchronize" the dialog pops up and displays the following error:An error occurred while loading the list.Error detailError while executing the method 'aemListContent' of service 'nms:delivery'. Further detail message says the following:Error while compiling script 'nms:amcIntegration.js' line 1599: JSON.parse.I've been able to see that the underlying code performs a request (query) to the following resource in AEM that doesn't exist : 'http://myserver:4052/api/content/sites/campaigns.json?'I suspect that I'm missing some package or bundle in AEM but so far I haven't found anything that could point me in the right direction to solve this issue.Can anyone tell me anything

What I'm trying to do: I am trying to see which custom links on many pages are driving to a specific page. From what I can see, you can see custom link paths and you can see page paths, but you can't easily see the combination. I have access to Data Warehouse/Ad hoc/Workspace/Analytics.For example:Page A has Link W and Link X that drive to Page C.Page B has Link Y and Link Z that drive to Page C. I am looking for a way to see the proportion of Link W, X, Y and Z that drive to Page C.I was thinking that I could create a segment that says:Give me HITS for Visits who were not on Page C but within 1 hit landed on Page C -- but I get every link they clicked on for visits that matchThere is also the before/after sequence I can apply to a container but I am really looking for what happens within the container.Any ideas?Thanks!

Hello, I'm using AEM ContextHub within DTM for the first time, and facing the following issue: AEM ContextHub tool contains a full dataLayer schema However, the dataLayer itself is dynamic, and certain objects do not populate right awayThis causes multiple "SATELLITE: TypeError - Cannot read property 'xxx' of undefined" errors in the console.Is there a way to prevent these errors and to, somehow, indicate in the AEM ContextHub tool that dataLayer loads dynamically? Hello,I'm generating a URL with a velocity script. This works great in the HTML email - however, following the instructions in the Marketo product documentation (http://developers.marketo.com/email-scripting/​) creates formatting problems with the text-only email versions.Following the instructions causes links in the text version of the email to include the <a> tags. Any thoughts?  I get that you could simply have the velocity script generate the URL independent of the <a>, and insert that into an HREF attribute in the email editor - but I think this causes tracking issues.

Hi all,I have a requirement to create audience in Target based on the browsing history of previous session. To fulfill this requirement, we are looking to import audience segments from Analytics in Target through A4T Integration. As mentioned in Adobe help, that once a visitor qualifies for the audience shared from Analytics, there is a 24-48 hour delay before the information is actionable in Target. I wanted to confirm, is this delay; just an initial one -time delay? After that each time, the audience will be synced in real time or will there be a recurring delay of 24-48 hours?Additionally, are there any other methods to achieve this requirement. Can this requirement be achieved also through profile scripting? If yes, are there any links or insights anyone can provide on this.Also wanted to mention, we do not have AAM available at this moment, so the integration needs to be done with A4T or through Target alone.Appreciate all your responses.Thanks, Richa

Hi everyone,I'm interested in converting our marketing material into an interactive digitized tool that will make it easier on the author to upload data and users to access it.What I'm envisioning is a tool that gives the users the ability to search multiple products and see all data correlating to those products in a visual way (ie: bars, graphs, etc) side by side.
