Hi team,I created an offer in identified environment (Environment-recipients). I have selected the fall back on anonymous environment option. However, when the individual identification (Based on email id) fails on the page, fall back to the anonymous environment does not happen. Could anyone please let me what may be the cause here and if any of you have faced this issue?

Hi,Could someone provide details about "replication-receiver" OOTB user?1. What this user used for?2. How it should affect on AEM if I delete this user at all? I've found a note (http://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-0/administer/security/security-checklist.html):The replication user should also not be the admin user, but a user who can only see content that is supposed to be replicated. The replication user is used to collect the content to be replicated on the author system before it is sent to the publisher.But after removal of this user on author and publish instances I don't see any changes (replication is working).Thanks

Hi everybody,How to customize the "substitution of the address" targeting mode to map substitution address field to a custom field instead of email. My case is that we have created new delivery with javascript connector. Delivery doesn't use "email" field for sending. Instead of this, connector uses a custom field as a unique key and makes POST request to external system.When we create new delivery, we want to send a proof with activated "substitution of the address" mode. In this case delivery should go through out javascript connector and send all messages using substitution address (in our case substitution field which contains unique key).Can you please clarify how to implement this proofs's case?Thanks in advance.

Hello, regarding GPR and the fact that we have to obtain explicit consent to track people (as a global company, we're assuming everyone is in the EU for simplicity), we are operating under the assumption (backed up by my legal team) that we need a way to disallow the tracking of email activity - and importantly, this needs to be differentiated from the tracking of website activity (through Munchkin). Can anyone speak to this, with examples of how you're handling it?The fact that I reached out to Marketo support and they were essentially shocked that anyone was asking about this, implies to me that we may not need this functionality at all, but my legal team seems quite sure. To that end, I don't expect to receive a wholly satisfactory answer here that I could then use to sway my head of legal, but perhaps there's something more to this and I wasn't clear with Marketo when we spoke.

I have a new deployment of Launch.I published my Launch Library.I accessed my website with the console open in debugger mode.In the console, I can see my Launch rule firing and I see evar/prop activity.However, the Omniture debugger is empty and doesn't see any activity.I checked my real-time report in Adobe Analytics and there is no activity.So, my Launch rule is firing but Omniture debugger isn't seeing any activity.Why is Launch not functioning properly?Thanks

Is there a way to report on where people spent the most time reading an email? And how much time they spend reading? Is there a tool for getting this type of data? I would like to do this type of reporting on emails as well as landing pages. Thanks!

HelloMy offline data sometimes delivers value pairs like this:"MANUFACTURER_CODE"=""which means I need to create a trait for those that had no value.If I use regex like "MANUFACTURER_CODE"  matchesregex  ".*" will give me all that have ANY value and then in the segment I can use is in an AND NOT rule.  I would like to have a trait for the NULL or EMPTY value insteadIs this possible?Thank you

Hi,I have tried to configure the replication from Author to Publish via SSL/TLS.I have followed this documentation: Replicating Using Mutual SSL But I can't find the following OSGi config for the "Apache Felix Jetty Based HTTP Service" which is named there as follow:Enable HTTPS To Use Granite KeyStore (org.apache.felix.https.use.granite.keystore)I just can see the other configurations like configuring the path to the keystore and truststore, etc.I'm using AEM 6.3.1.2 (SP1 with CFP2).Do you have any idea?Thanks for Feedback.

   I have ran an A/A test to validate the configuration and this seem to be working.  I have shut off the campaign and archived it. I am however still seeing visit and revenue data collection within Adobe analytics for this campaign.  I want to make sure these visitors are no being assigned to new campaigns. Please advise.
