HelloAre there any docs on how to connect to an external mongo instance using AEM? We are on 6.3. We have a need to store some user info and the thought is to either store it in a separate Mongo instance or on the MSRP we have for communities. What I can't figure is - how to connect to either mongo instance to save/read that data. Any pointers?Thanks,

Hi there,We are using views to track screens of our mobile application and action tracking for things like button presses etc.I would like to make an analysis where users are only counted the first time they do a specific action/ visit a page. This would be especially useful for feature adoption analysis and similar.See an example here:You can see unique visitors per week for a specific page. I did break down the unique visitors per User-hash which is unique per user. You can see that 1 user shows up every week (red circle) as a unique visitor. Now I would like to adapt this analysis that every user only shows up in the week where he/she did visit the page the first time.Does anyone have an idea on how to do that?Any help is much appreciated.ThanksRaphael

Hello everyone,i'm working on a transactional messaging and I want to make some tests to get use to SoapUI (first time using it).I first make a request to have a sessionToken that works fine with the ID and password of my instance of Adobe Campaign.So I try now to link an event with a template I make on AC but I got a weird error when trying to link that.I also check the documentation on how to link those 2 but I don't understand well how to use it.I also try to make the rtEvent in only one lign but it failed also with the same error.Those are the dataSchema and Javascript I make for this to work.<rtEvent =" wishedChannel="0" email="thibault.balasse@businessdecision.be" type="BD_Welcome">Do you have any idea on how to resolve the issue ?Thank you for your help.ThibaultUPDATE : I got this type of error now :Any ideas ?

Hello,We have recently setup Server Side Forwarding from our Adobe Analytics instance to Adobe Audience Manager.Queries:How do we test a successful SSF implementation in AAM UI since “Unused Signal Report” is missing? Where do I find this report, it is not present in it's usual location.Will AAM create a data source automatically post implementing SSF? If not, what is the best way to create it manually and ensure that it is indeed fetching data from our Adobe Aanalytics-SSF only?Thank you in advance.

I have an expanding table.  I have an Add Row button below the table and a Checkbox at the end of each row that will hide that row.  I need a button that will Show All Hidden Rows and another button to Hide All Hidden Rows.  This is working only on the first row of the table and not on any additional rows that have been added. Hi folks,As part of our prep for GDPR we are going to run a whitelisting campaign to all those who have opted in but do not have an opt in source. I have seen a few examples already which have links to a preference center and only after the user submits the preference center form will they be considered to have confirmed their opt in.For the whitelisting campaign to be complaint does the user have to fill out a form or could we go down the route of specifically saying something like 'click here to confirm your opt in' in the email, which would then send them to a thank you page (and the data value changes would update via a smart campaign)? Also, if we did do it this way would the clicks always be tracked?Thanks

We recently sent an operational email to our internal employees and based on the metrics in the email program summary tab, those emails were delivered.  After speaking with several employees, it looks like not everyone got the email even though it was 'delivered' to their email address. It was set as an operational email so I don't believe communication limits had anything to do with this. Has anyone encountered a similar issue?

I'm sure many other companies are asking the same question - how do we measure and understand each customer touch point before their final step of making a purchase.  We are striving to create a better experience for our customers throughout their entire path to purchase.  Currently we are only utilizing Adobe Analytics as a last touch analysis platform.  What tools or methods would you suggest to dig deeper into the customer journey to make better and unique experiences with each customer? Hi, I have problems when I tried to open a PDF document with a police of RM generated in the Laundpad, I use a self-signed ssl certificates with the common name https://127.0.0.1:8443 and the base URL in the configuration is the same. I have tried to resolve this issue during a week but i could it and I do not understand how to solve it.If anybody can help me, please. The project I'm working on uses Brightcove Connector by Coresecure. We're having a problem where changes to the code in the core Brightcove Services jar aren't being reflected into AEM. I'm wondering what the proper way to make sure this jar is built and deployed to AEM is. We can build the jar manually and install it as a bundle under http://ourserver:4502/system/console/bundles, but this doesn't seem correct. It seems like it should be possible to have this deploy automatically when Maven builds.     

Hi All, Apologies if this is not the correct place to be posting, this is my first time.  We recently have had an uptick in spam form fills and have already implemented a honeypot field and a recaptcha on our page, and there are still several coming through. I noticed that all of our "suspect fills" seem to have entered the same data in every field. For example someone would have : I want to be able to flag people who have entered the same value for a required field multiple times so we can hold them back from our CRM until further qualification. I have set up the below smart campaign, and it does not seem to be working. I tried using tokens as the field values, but I am coming up short. Has anyone else accomplished this in a different way? Hi,When using AEM API's sometimes pages are returned from methods come with jcr:content and sometimes without jcr:content.Checking for jcr:content and then concat it, does not feel right.Is there an API in AEM/Sling to do this for us?Regards,Peter

Hi, I need your help.I am trying to run an SQL statement using Javascript in the SL section of a delivery.The code runs fine when doing a Preview, but then breaks when Proofing.These are the errors I get when trying to send the Proof:  These are the errors I see when visiting the proof details:This is the JS code I use in the SL, you can see from the screenshot that the preview works and pulls data from the SQL statement.Does this mean that I cannot use SQL in the Javascript on my Subject Line or body content?
