Hello,I have two forms that have two forms :Demo RequestCustomer Service RequestThose forms have their own smart campaign which assigns the leads to two different queues. In some cases a lead will fill out both forms. How can I make sure the lead isn't reassigned after the 2nd form submission? -Mahu

Use Case: We have an accordion component that we can drag and drop on the page(page is made using editable template). Accordion component consists of a container and inside it, we can drag accordion entries. Accordion entry has a parsys in which we can include any component but we want to restrict it to few components only.I have tried using component  property in /etc/designs/<my-project>/jcr:content/<template>/accordionEntryParsys but it didn't work for me. I am still able to add any component inside the accordion entry parsys. Is there something I am missing?

Hi Team,I have added new web property on same website which had one web property before.I have removed the embed code of first web property from all web pages.and added the embed code  of new web property. Configured the new report suites and added new tools in the new web property.Still I am seeing the old web property report suite ID on all web page when I checked using Adobe Debugger, even after disabling the web property.(I have tried all browsers and cleared all caches of browsers)how do I completely disable earlier implementation of Web property and add new one ?Thanks,Ketan Pardeshi

We currently use the out of the box connection to SFDC and using contact roles I'm able to get a full circle view of my leads -> customer lifecycle and an OK attribution model.SFDC Opportunities present some challenges to the company in general because of the way we sell and how we want to use the Product object in SFDC. They are talking about having someone to build us a custom object to use instead of Opportunities. I told the team that Marketo only connects to a few standard objects (like Leads, Opportunities) and that we need that full circle connection via Contact Roles to get us attribution so if they want to build a new interface to sit on top of Opportunities but it makes changes to the actual Opportunity object, it might work, but if they build a separate object that does *not* update Opportunities, Marketo can't see it.Their answer is "Marketo has an API that we can write code for and grab/push data as needed". Is anyone else doing this that has SFDC but has given up

Hello Team,We are getting "unspecified" on our "Search Keywords - Paid Report" under site catalyst. We have implemented/added both the Marketing Channel Processing Rules and Paid Search Detection on the respective report suite. Marketing Channel Processing Rule :Paid Search Detection : However, still we see the unspecified which is not our expectation. Also, the campaign URL's are live and it is implemented on the production as well.So, this would be really helpful if some one can help on this issue and please let me know if any.

I've seen a lot of information on the community about what GDPR is, but not as much information about what steps you can take to actually set your instance up to be compliant.

I am seeing three odd bugs that I would love if anyone could point me in the right direction for a fix. Anytime multiple transitions exit an activity (splits), I am unable to display the values of the specific transitions. I can see one of the transitions values, but that transitions values will be displayed regardless of which transition I click on.I am unable to export the displayed values. Quite by accident I discovered that a lead in Marketo had been synced with SFDC, added to an SFDC Campaign, and then, after a few minutes, removed from the SFDC Campaign and deleted from SFDC. This is troubling because we do not have any Campaigns that delete leads from SFDC or remove leads from SFDC Campaigns.Here are the details:This lead was synced to SFDC on Nov 6 at 9:41AM and then deleted from SFDC at 9:59AM and also removed from the SFDC Campaign "2014_Webleads_worldwide." Here is the detail from the Lead record:      2822936 - Delete Lead from SFDC      2822938 - Remove from SFDC Campaign  I can find no flow within any Marketo campaign that would cause this lead to be deleted from SFDC, and we do not want leads to be deleted from SFDC without our specific instruction to do so.Has anyone else experienced leads unexpectedly being deleted by Marketo from SFDC?Randy

Hi all,I'm making use of Marketo's redirect rules to use a short URL for a print ad to direct to the landing page. I want the resulting URL to contain utm data. In order to do this, when setting up the URL rule I have to say that I'm using a non-Marketo landing page and use the full URL, rather than just selecting the landing page from the drop down. So the rule directs from pages.mycompany.com/neat-url to pages.mycompany.com/much-longer-and-messy-url.html?utm_source=myprintadThis seems to works fine, but my question is - is there any impact in telling Marketo that I'm redirecting to a non-Marketo page, even though it is a Marketo landing page? Do I lose any tracking data? Is this screwing anything up in the back end? Testing seems to work OK, but before I roll this out I'd love the benefit of everyone's experience!Thanks,James

Hi all,I've been asked by my sales leadership to recreate, as best as possible, a lot of the functionality that is in SalesLoft in Marketo.  We're sending "cadence" style emails, so to handle that I've had to create a bit a of monster engagement program.I'm having issues removing people from receiving further emails and I'm not sure why.The program transitions people using this flow step:and during that "wait" time, a sales rep, in SFDC, can move them out from receiving another communication by using the following:The only thing I can think is that the lead is not considered a member in the program when the lead in the stream is in exhausted status because I get this (read the top two lines as well):Any Thoughts?

Hi eveyone!I have a question. I am using Marketo for a global strategy by countries. Therefore, in the blog in Spanish of LATAM, users are subscribed to the blog. However, I would like that every time someone registers to the blog, that contact can be directed to the space of each country of LATAM in Marketo and that it does not remain in a general list. Is it possible to do that?What could be the best solution for the subscriber lists of the different LATAM countries within the Marketo tool?Thank you in advance for your help!Maria

Greetings, I'm trying to create a segment to look at only Bounce (vs. Non-Bounce) Visits so that I can get the Unique Visitors for each. Somehow it's not readily apparent how I might go about this. A Bounce is a visit in which Adobe has only received a single server call, but there is no dimension "Server Calls" which I might set to 1, nor is there a dimension "Bounce" which I might set equal to True.Any ideas how I could go about doing this?Many thanks
