Hi Nation, I'm searching for a Velocity solution to get the most recent Lead Source when there is more than one. Using only ${leadSource_cList.get(0).source} does not get the most recent source on record but the initial one (when there is more than one source added to Lead over time).Most grateful in advance,Shawn

Hi All,I have created a segment in Analytics and sent to AAM and created one more segment within AAM itself with the same criteria. I want to understand the report variations?  I see there is around 20% more traffic in AAM Segment compare to Analytics segment in AAM. Can you please explain why?And If I pull the report from  Analytics and compare it with AAM with the same date range there is again huge difference.Thanks in advance.

Hi there,I set up a couple of click events in DTM. I also added custom variables to each click event in order to save the link name. I did this with two links on my page (it is a one page website). I tried to debug it and now something very strange happens.if I click on the first link, everything is tracked correctly.after that, if I click on the second link, the second link is also tracked correctly but there is also a second server call sent which tracks the first click again.So if I take a look at my report in adobe analytics I have two instances for the first click and one instance for the second click. But that is not correct, there should be one instance for each link, since I only clicked each of the links once.Do you have an idea what I did wrong?Thank you.

Hello,Is there any way to run reports in Adobe Analytics for more than 1 Report Suite? At this moment I have to do a separate report for each Report Suite and then combine the results but I would like to be able to select more than one Report Suite. Is that possible?Thank you,Alexandra

Activity map is part of standard tracking script and I can see that it sends server calls. When I look in the documentation, then the only way to disable Activity map is by removing the functionality in the script:" Stopping Activity Map Link Tracking "My question is, as long as "Activity map" remains disabled on the report suite, then my assumption is that Activity map server calls are discarded and then *not* counting towards our license. Or should we disable Activity map in the tracking script in order for us to remove the impact on our license?Thank you in advance!

We have just successfully turned on the Genesis connector to analytics to start tracking our campaign deliveries. We can see the results for any activity since the switch on where web analytics has been tagged/linked.I'd like to know if there is a way to go back retrospectively and gather MI from previous campaigns and deliveries as we have been using Campaign v6/v7 since October last year.Any suggestions welcome!

Hi all, I noticed recently that the Original Referrer field is not populating in our Salesforce CRM. It is fine in Marketo and seems to be mapped properly. Any suggestions on why this would happen, and how to troubleshoot?Thx,Colin

Do you think it is a good idea to use telephone component in adaptive forms to use as a numeric field because it's input type is tel, so that the number keypad pops up for phones. Where as for the numeric field component, the input type is text.

With Apache compressing the cached documents in the dispatcher, the ETag is set like:ETag: "796-56562d1294cfd-gzip"and Apache compression is enabled with:AddOutputFilterByType DEFLATE "image/svg+xml"But when it is compared against the cached file, it always returns a 200 instead of a 304.The dispatcher configuration documentation mentions enabling Apache compression in this way:Configuring Dispatcher But it breaks the 304 Not Modified functionality. How can Apache compression and dispatcher caching be used together without breaking this feature?I'm using dispatcher module 4.2.3 and Apache 2.4.6.Thanks.

Hi,We have our author instance running on AEM 6.1 SP2 CPF13 where we have an external File Data Store to maintain assets (asset count - more that 1 lakh).As part of Adobe's recommended maintenance window I knew that there is an Offline Tar Compaction activity available for Segment Store and Datastore GC activity available for File Data Store.As the DataStore GC is an online activity, do we have offline tar compaction activity for External Data Store?Thanks in advance.

We have a license for aem 6.3, and use the aem jar for local development (i.e., we rename author as aem-author-4502.jar and rename publish as aem-publish-4503.jar).  We see lots of notices for service packs, hotfixes, cumulative fixes, security updates, etc.  Does adobe update that base jar with these various updates, and make it available for download?  Would be nice for new developers to start with an updated jar without having to apply all those updates.  If so, is there a link for existing customers, or is there someone we should contact?Thanks,-Nestor

In our setup Dispatcher is not used for caching - this is done by Varnish that sits in front of Dispatcher.For cache invalidation we need the Last-Modified header that is returned by AEM Publisher, but Dispatcher is removing the header line.Is there a way to instruct Dispatcher to just forward the Last-Modifed header that is returned by AEM Publisher?thx Michael

Hi, We have several numeric and currency events that we set from a context data value with processing rules. I would like to serialize these events with an ID that comes from our site. However, according to the documentation context data can only contain alphanumeric characters, underscores and dots. But the serialized event requires a colon. So for example, it doesn't seem to be possible to send context data like this, and map it to a serialized event:s.contextData['tp.volume'] = '3500:1253abc',s.contextData['tp.units'] = '3:12345abc', So how to send a serialized event with processing rules? I could send the value and ID as two separate context data, but concatenating values in processing rules seems to be only supported for eVars, not events.

I see this too often for it to be a fluke:- Recipient of nurture email or one-off promotional email uses the Unsubscribe link.- Does not unsubscribe. Instead, travels to home page, demo page, etc. Then leaves.- Repeats same behavior in subsequent days. I've ruled this out:- The unsubscribe page is working, so it's not a case of a frustrated user trying to successfully unsubscribe.- The unsubscribe link is tucked at the bottom in small type, as we all do. No accidental clicks.- The unsub page is bare bones ... nothing to entice the visitor not to submit but to explore further.- Marketo logging website visits out of sequence won't explain it. That is, maybe "unsub" was the last page visit, not the first as it appears to be. But there's no direct way from any of the content pages being visited to get to unsub.Another relevant factoid: This is not a random thing. I've seen this on dozens of leads in a week's time.Is there some new weird "advice" out there to only use the unsub link to visi

Recently we want to move all of our tracking work from GTM to DTM.  then I ran into a question:in GTM, it is pretty easy to add some third party code, like AdRoll, Crazy egg by select those as the tag type and then provide the account info. But I didn't find the similar thing in DTM. Anyone knows how to add those tags in DTM?Thanks,-Cathy

Hi,Very new to Marketo (might be a silly question) and wondered if anybody had the same problem.When leads are passed onto Salesforce from Marketo, they are triggering an email in Salesforce which is only set up for Web 2 Lead Contacts.Has anyone had the same problem?
