Hi there, I'm a newbie in the Adobe Analytics world.I’ve a quick question. I want to set up an FTP site to get the reports there using the Excel Report builder add-in from the data warehouse. Do you know how that solution could be architected, at least theoretically? Do I have to talk to set up that ftp site with Adobe or do I have to set up that ftp within my company? Is that sFTP or just FTP? Any insight would be much appreciated! Thanks for your help!

Hi,I am trying to pass segments of adobe analytics to adobe target In Adobe analytics the values inside eVar and Props of xyz report suite has delay of some minutes values are passed to the report suite through website.Since there is delay is reflecting in adobe analytics, the values are also not reflecting in adobe target in real time.There is more lag in passing values from adobe analytics to adobe target than the website to adobe analytics report suite.Based on the use interests I want to personalise web page content according to the user interest.How to achieve this real time ?

こんにちは。日本シグマックスの得野と申します。初歩的な質問で恐縮なのですが、教えていただければと思い投稿します。表題に書いてある通りなのですが、自分のブラウザでLPにアクセスすると、自分以外の別のリード（Aさんとします）の情報が事前入力されてしまいます。普段使わないブラウザなのですが、そのブラウザはどうやらAさんのブラウザとしてマルケトに認識されているようで、Aさんのアクティビティログにもアクセスの履歴が残っています。普段使わないとは言え自分しか使わない端末のブラウザなので、Aさんが使用することはありません。このようなことが起こる理由は何が考えられますでしょうか？よろしくお願い致します。

Hi people,​I have a question and it's kind of confusing me here. While looking at referrers or marketing channels report, I'm able to see visits, pageviews & avg.time spent (which is high in some cases) & 0% Bounce rate%​​Even if we are calculating it, using entries, Bounces are 0 (BR%= bounces/entries). Can it be the case that users are simply navigating & clicking to other pages (generating one image request), hence more Avg.time spent & 0% BR%?​​This is what the data looks like:​                              Pageview/visit           BR%             Avg.time spent​LinkedIn organic:    17                              0%                  9.57​other referrers         14                              0%                  36​​Would appreciate if you can share some insights on it.

Hi,Every time i am trying to create a new report suite, I am being taken to the 500 error page. I can't see that report suite in my account. Oddly, my colleague can see that report suite both the admin panel as well as Reporting interface. Hi, I have a list of IP's to exclude within a given report suite. Does anybody know if historical data within the report suite is excluded or only data going forward from the date/time of the exclusion?Thanks Sam

Hello Adobe Community !A PO is asking if it would be possible to change the colour of summary change ( or summary number - depending on the metric, I use either one or the other ).So I came up with various ideas . Either showing the data sources (freeforms) with a Conditional formating, or be trying to tweek the metric with another calculated metric, since polarity can be configured ( and also there might be IF conditions on the functions ).Has anyone tryed this ? Normalizing metrics to show diferent colours depending on a turning value (other than 0) ?Kind regards,Cheers !

I am trying to set up an email and I want to make sure not to send to anyone who has received any type of marketing email in the past week.I feel like image 1 is the correct way but the constraint of "min. number of times = 2" is throwing me off. I keep reading this as "they have been sent at least 2 emails in the past 7 days." Any help is much appreciated, I feel like I am going crazy over something so simple.Image 2 - trying to figure out if there is a better way but I think this is incorrect?

Hi All,If the language selected in the page property for a page is English and the user select a language from the preference as Italiano the UI in the AEM(example component options like Edit, Annotate, Delete, new, etc) are still in English and not in the Italiano.Any suggestion to fix the issue ?Thanks

Okay, so let me try and explain this as best as possible...I want to set up an Interesting Moment smart campaign, which, when triggered, will create an interesting moment that captures the clicked link detail. Currently, my Smart List is set up with the trigger "Clicks Link on Web Page", with Link Name contains: "/resource/example".The flow step is as follows:1. Interesting Moment: Type: Web : Description: {{trigger.Link}}However, when I hover over the trigger, it is telling me "Token key not found".  I use this same trigger for link clicks within an email and it provides the detail of the link clicked, but in this case, it just comes back with an error (Skipped Choice seen below)When I run a test and I click the link I am trying to get the details for, it shows up in my activity history under "activity type" and "detail" (See below).  How do I get that detail to trigger in my smart campaign?Thanks,Nick

Hi I am trying to upload large amount of data using FTP ( Filezilla). I can see the files transferred to server. But does not move neyond that. its bee couplr of days. I do not see the confirmation file, neither do i see data in analytics. I uploaded similar file ( but less number of rows) using browser import and that worked as expected and data also appeared in analytics.Please help

So I am running a AB test just for few weeks in my development environment.If I use 50-50 Manual, the Lift Bounds and Confidence Interval for the goal metric and Confidence shows up when I have conversion % for A as 25% and B as 40% .If I use Auto-allocate, even though A has 64.2% and B has 25% conversion rate, the Lift Bounds and Confidence Interval for the goal metric and Confidence is showing as Blank !!Any thoughts !!

I am trying to call AWS S3 bucket from our AEM. I have created an S3Manager class/service to to wrap it. which will be injected/referenced from wherever needed. This is working fine, but requires to create AmazonS3Client instance each time when I need to upload or download a file. Does anyone have some ideas how to isolate e.g. AB-test from each other. A method to make sure that if a visitors have been exposed for Activity X, then he won't be exposed for Activity Y. I have tried to find some documentation on Adobe Target Helpsite but without luck!

Hi All,I'm trying to create a JSON renderer for a sightly template and it should output a json content when page is requested with <pagename>.<selector>.json.Currently its working only when it is invoked this way <pagename>/jcr:content.<selector>.jsonI have done this previously on CQ5.5 with the same approached mentioned in the following thread.Provide alternative JSON renderer? Without losing default JSON renderer? Can someone pls advise on how to achieve the same functionality for a sightly template? Note: I'm able to achieve the expected results by creating a servlet with resourcetype binding. However, I'm curious to understand why the renderer approach isnt working.Regards,Lingesh P.

All the rich text plugins that are present in the classic UI dialog are not getting rendered in the touch UI dialog in AEM 6.3 .I have added the rtePlugins node under text node and activated all plugins similar to the classic UI dialog, but all the plugins which are in classic UI do not render in touch ui dialogI followed this link - Configuring Experience Manager Rich Text Editor Plugins in a Touch UI Component Dialog ; but even using the package in this link; all the plugins are not visible on the touch ui dialog.how can I enable all rich text plugins of classic UI in touch UI dialog? Has anyone been successful in doing it ?Please let me know.

I'm running AEM Forms 6.3 and experience an issue when dynamically populating a dropdown.On initialize of a certain field I add an array of items to the dropdown using DropDown.items = array. Now when the filed changes I'd like to replace the items with another set of items. That doesn't work. The new items are appended so the drop down list get's longer. What's strange is that the newly created set of items can be changed but the original assignment is always kept.Further more printing DropDown.items to the console the correct items show up.To further illustrate that# initial assignment - 5 items - DropDown list contains 5 items visually - DropDown.items.length = 5# new assignment - 3 items - DropDown list contains 8 items visually - DropDown.items.length = 3Verified in Chrome and Firefox.We are running AEM Forms JEE - SP1 - available patches are installed.
