Hi All,I am trying to get the profile attributes of a user by using the Fetch Profile API.Target API v1.0 But, the repsonse I receive is {"status":404,"message":"Profile not found: <your-tnt-id>"}.Is there any setting that need to be enabled for using the API?Thanks in advance,Neetu

Good Morning, I have a rollup suite of four reporting suites built but for some reason no data has populated after 3 days. What are the possible reasons why this is the case? Are there additional settings needed besides creating the rollup and drag/dropping the child suites into it? Is there some kind of conflict that would cause no data to load?

Hi All,Please help me with below issue.we are using CQ Scheduler to fire a job on specific time but when we restart the server - then the scheduler is not running the job when the time reached.Details: Example:We are setting an event today and scheduling remainder emails to be send to the users on 21st March which tomorrow. but if we restart the server today then it losing the scheduled tasks and not firing the emails to users. if we do not restart then it is working fine and triggering emails on specified date and time. we had to go server restart when we have deployments. if any jobs scheduled in future and server restarted then the scheduler is losing the scheduled jobs.  please help me to solve this issue. is there any configuration required on server or any thing required to change in the code.?

If we double click on the classic dialog icon in the component node structure in crxde, a page opens up in a new tab where we can see the dialog layout.url : localhost:4502:<<path-to-component>>/dialog.htmlIssue : For some dialogs , a blank page opens up even though the dialog is properly constructed and is already used in components. Some AEM folks have suggested that this happens because of the custom listeners in the component and AEM is unable to evaluate custom listeners output while rendering the dialog. However , this issue is observed in some /libs components as well.For ex : /libs/foundation/components/video/libs/foundation/components/titleIs it an expected scenario/known product behaviour ?There is a common console error for all these components. Hi Team,              I have got the Provisioning for "A4T and Shared Audiences" from Adobe Client Care.I am able to see the AAM segments in Adobe Target.But in Adobe Analytics, am not able to see the AAM segments.1 ) Can you please how can I get AAM segments in Analytics as well.?              Previously I was using DIL code (siteCatalyst.init()) to send Analytics data to AAM as c_evars and c_props,etc. Now I have implemented SSF through Adobe Client Care and Implemented Audience Management Module by pasting the corresponding code in AppMeasuremnet.js .But I am not able to see Analytics Variables like c_props,c_evars,etc being passed to AAM in event call.1) Please guide me why I am not seeing Analytics variables populated in event call to AAM even though event call to AAM is happening successfully.Thanks,Sundhara Vadivu M.

Hi everyone,I set up a URL destination and mapped a few segments to it. When I open the site with AAM implemented (DIL code version 6.9) and get qualified for the mapped segments, an error occurs on the page. So it will works like every time i choose to start this workflow and the whole group will get notification about it.And my question is how can i choose a member using like a drop-down list? The drop-down list contains only all the members in the group. So i can choose what i want every time starts a workflow. Is there any OOTB way for this?Thanks for your time and help.

Most of our programs IDs are starting with number 0 (zero).. example 0816REST url: 123-wzl-123.mktorest.com:443/rest/v1/leads/programs/0816.json?access_token=123 Response:{    "requestId": "16286#15f9fc20164",    "success": false,    "errors": [        {            "code": "1013",            "message": "Program '816' not found"        }    ]}Looks like the api removing the 0 from the Program id.Can anyone please help me on this.Thanks.

When I use the flow diagram, I tried putting page name and the url in the middle checkpoint and study the flow. However, the highest visit of the next page AND previous page are usually the exact same page that I put in the middle check point. It usually has more than 30% of the traffic. I don't think people "reload" the page that often. Does anyone have any idea?Thank you very much

Hello,If we are Premium Customers of Adobe Analytics, we knew that we can get real time pre-processed data from Data Feed? If we get data from Data Feed, we need to calculate the metrics from our end so that we can use the same into schemas. This is complicating the process!Can we have realtime processed data from datawarehouse? Right now there are only Monthly and Yearly scheduling options available. If we are premium customers, can we see hourly and daily scheduling options into it? Or it is not possible. Please advice the best option.Thanks & Regards!Arun

Hi All,We have implemented Analytics code in Android and iOS applications and data is getting captured.But its very strange that the crashes for Android is very high. While iOS is much lesser, not sure what is the issue. Hi all,I am trying to report website activity by different pages on the site. I wanted to know which variable should be used - Page Name (v1 - evar1) or Entry Page or some other variable?Also, what is the difference between these two? I think Entry page is the first page on which the user landed. So does that mean that any download or video play on a subsequent page will be attributed to Entry page, when using this variable? I am capturing internal search keyword in a variable . Now I want to create a segment in Analytics which results say top 5 search keywords . I am going to use the same segment in Target to display top 5 search keywords on relevant site section.Looking for help on creating segment in analytics for the above scenario.  Appreciate the help

Hello Marketo Expert, I am having the challenge to sync value to SFDC and have the checkbox field "Email Opt-out" marked. Basically I did tried two different approaches:1. Add a column in excelsheet as "Email opt out" and filled value as "True" --> Import list into Marketo --> sync into SFDC --> didn't work. 2. Import list without adding "Email opt out" column --> Add flow step "Change data value", "Email opt-out" = True" --> run SC campaign --> didn't work. However, the values did show up as "email opt out = true" in Marketo So I wasn't sure where I've missed.I believe the name of the Marketo field is correct, as I checked under Field Management. "Email opt-out" is the only field under "Lead" fields. Any thoughts? Please let me know. Appreciate, Becky

I received an email from Marketo yesterday, encouraging me to contact our CSM as a primary point of contact for non-support related issues -- rather than other internal points of contact at Marketo -- and providing their contact information. Is there a way to also see this person's information in the UI, such as somewhere in the Community? This email was the first I'd heard of our CSM! I hate having to route non-Support related questions through Support when I don't know who else to contact and I'm afraid of not getting a response when someone is on vacation.Marketo - feel free to convert this to an idea if it doesn't already exist somewhere.

After implementing/Configuring the Video Heartbeat Library (2.0.1)  following the instructions from https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/appmeasurement/hbvideo/android_2.0/And looking at the sample app provided in the website.Im having some issues implementing/Configuring the Nielsen API ( https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/appmeasurement/hbvideo/nielsen/c_dcr_android_titlepage_2.x.html )  ----------------------------------in the above image, it shows that I will be able to call the nielseConfigure on the MediaHeartbeat however this method is not present in the MediaHeartbeat class----------------------------------Another issue, According to the docs we can do thisit mentions that I can call the nielsenConfigure on the MediaHearthbeatConfig instance. however, when I try to do that it cannot resolve the symbol/method for it.let me know if you have any sample code that implements this or any guidance on what to do here
