はじめまして。アズワン横本と申します。理化学機器や医療機器の通販サイトを運営しております。もしかすると非常に初歩的な話なのかもしれないですが、標題のようなスマートリストは生成可能なんでしょうか？目的は、「１度は商品を購入してくれたけれど今は休眠している顧客」だけを抽出したいというものです。設計時に最終購入日みたいなものを考えておけば良かったのかもしれませんが、そういったものが無いため、スコアか購入完了ページへのアクセス日頼りで抽出するしかないのかなと考えています。・標題にあるような、指定期間スコアに変動が無い顧客だけを抽出する・指定期間、特定のページにアクセスしていない顧客だけを抽出する・あるいは他の何かの手段で、上記休眠顧客を探し出す方法は無いでしょうか？何かしらアドバイス頂けると助かります。

Hi,I've been asked to set up a programme for a sequence of daily product promotions with a new product each day. The product offers are limited life and will expire within a 24 hours period. People who join the programme prior to day 1 will receive an email with details of the special deal for that day, at the completion of the 24hour period that email will expire and the day 2 special will be sent to all those who have joined the programme prior to day 1 plus those new folks who have joined the programme during the last 24 hours. I need to therefore transition those already enrolled to the day 2 deal, and those newly enrolled to the day 2 deal.I'm just trying to work out if I'd be better to use the engagement programme or a default programme with a smartlist i.e. is a member of the smartlist send email 2 etc etc.Cheers

Hi. Like the title, I am wondering if there is a way to make a page load rule that fires only on a landing page. I knwo for a fact that dtm had 'landing page' condition, but is there a specific way to make this to fire on when visitors entered on our website? I tried to make a rule with 'landing page' = \S (with regex) but i don't think this works.And plus, when I add a conversion tracking source (Google Adwords) on a landing page, is it okay to make the source fire on all pages?If anyone has an answer, please let me know.Thank you.

Hi All, When creating an Email Performance report I've noticed that it provides you with metrics such as Clicks, Clicks%, Opens, Opens %, etc. But these are total Clicks and Opens. Is there any way to get these metrics outside of RCE? If not I will move this to Product Ideas.Thanks,

Is it possible to retroactively apply marketing channel rules to classify data that came in before the rules were set?

My team would like to set up communication limits for all marketing emails, without affecting fulfillment newsletter emails. I've read through this community thread, which recommends turning on comm limits, but not applying to fulfillment campaigns. The issue with this recommendation is fulfillment emails would still count towards the daily/weekly comm limit, and could quickly eat up that limit. Is there any way to create separate workspace comm limits? If not, other recommendations would be appreciated.

Hi ,I am trying to migrate large volume of assets (1 million assets) to AEM. Currently I am using a custom service which uses dam api (createasset) and copy the files into /content/dam/. Currently it is taking more than 1 day. we have 3 powerful VM's and content present is shared between these VM's. So my question is, is there any way like standalone java I can write and migrate assets into AEM. I mean i want to make my data into 3 parts and run the standalone java code on 3 VM's so that the migration will be fast. Is this possible?

When we installed that SP1, it broke the server. I checked the release notes and looks like the scene 7 feature pack is not included in the service pack and the some of the bundles deployed from this FP are causing the problem after the Service Pack is deployed.Could you guys please confirm if we can proceed with SP1 installation with that feature pack being in place?Regards,Kiran

Hi all,In classic UI, we are able to drag and drop assets in the same folder wherever we want and we will get a popup to confirm the move.Is this functionality not available in touch UI? In assets.html i am unable to move assets in the same folder.For example: If i have 4 images in  a sling:orderedFolder, in classic UI i can move 4th asset to first position by just drag and drop. In touch UI though i am unable to do that. Is there a way i can do this move in touch UI also?Thanks for any help

How to modify configurations on PROD Publish instance if "CRXDE Lite" and "configMgr" is not accessible?

We use AEM 6.2 and we have to implement two Replication Preprocessors (com.day.cq.replication.Preprocessor). When I include second preprocessor, the system is only executing the first one. Hi All,I have AEM 6.1. I can see already see communities module and see various administration options under (http://aemhost:port/communities/admin/defaultsrp). This Link tells that "The SocialResourceProvider API is available only to licensed customers of AEM Communities.". In OSGI bundles I could see APIs bundles related SRPThere is Search component and API also there, as seen in above screenshot.I am able to connect a Mongo instance as MSRP and add comment using comment component, which gets added to Mongo, also indexed to Solr instance (though faced an issue that collection has to be already there).Is it like, when we use APIs it would check for license? Are there any disadvantages of including a clientlib through its path using <link rel="stylesheet"> and <script src=""> tags rather than its category name using the cq:includeClientLib tag?For eg. if the client lib path is /etc/designs/myapp/clientlibswill there be any problem if we include the css as <link rel="stylesheet" href="https://forums.adobe.com/etc/designs/myapp/clientlibs.css" type="text/css"> and js as <script src="/etc/designs/myapp/clientlibs.js"> tags instead of the cq:includeClientlib tag?The reason, we want to do it this way is, we would like to add few selectors (like  /etc/designs/myapp/clientlibs.min.xyz123.css ) for minification and versioning of the CSS and JS libraries.(Please note that enabling minification through HTML library manager is not an option for us for a different reason. Similarly, we cannot use the ACS commons clientlibs versioning for a reason.)

I am  comparing metrics from an AdWords campaign and Omniture metrics. I find two dates that AdWords says we received more visits from the campaign than we received in total traffic to the site on those dates. After accounting for base traffic to the site AdWords seems to be around 30-40% high.Are there any known issues with Omniture not counting visits?Has anyone else experienced this problem and what was the cause?-Dave

We have several event programs with registrations (status change) in each. I have been asked to create a report of all registrants, by event and send this through daily to the events team. I would prefer this to be automated. Also the lead has the ability to enter the number of guests they would like to bring with them. I would like this to be included in the report as well. Hi,I want to get the list of internal search words which lead to another internal search or filter application.I have created a segment for this using sequential filter, definition of which is as follows: Visits: "internal search terms" exists then within 1 page view ("internal search word" exists OR filter list exists). And I am looking at only before sequence. When applied on internal search terms, will this segment yield me desired results?

I am trying to see a particular funnel (say fallout report of page A -> page B). My hypothesis is different version of android / ios will have different drops (users not going from A to B) with latest version having the higher drop_percentage. Currently, I do it by creating segment for each version, which is very cumbersome and error prone. Does, adobe analytics select provide a pivot type of functionality, in which we see funnel based on selected version.  

Hi all,We're using Marketo <-> GoToWebinar integration, and 'Join the webinar' links populated by token {{member.webinar url}} in confirmation emails that arrive upon registration.Today, the confirmation emails arrive without that link at all: there's an empty space instead of the supposed unique member's URL.Although when I open the email as "Preview by lead" and enter one of those people who have registered, the links are in place and working correctly. In the same person's inbox, the links are missing.Anyone ever had the same issue? What could be going wrong?

In AEM 6.1 - How can I tell which person put a particular asset in the DAM?

Hi,When I using Python to connect Adobe Analytics to download the data, there always some metrics or elements couldn't be found. Like I tried to download the 'Time Spent on Page' and 'Previous Pages' which are available in Data Warehouse, but it always showed 'cannot find in available elements'. I don't understand why this happened. Is this because of some limitation of Adobe API or some other reasons? Did anyone face the same issue? Thanks!

Hi All,We have implemented analytics for Desktop & Mobile devices But on Mobile we observe that eVar & props are not capturing the data properly If it’s in Desktop browser , we open developer tool & in network tab using “b/ss” filter we can confirm if the adobe serve call triggered with proper data or not Similarly is there any way to find the adobe serve call on Mobile Device Safari 8 browser ?Thanks,Kranthi

I've already searched on this forum and found this:  Allow directly downloading library I've already read the official page on Library Management When I go to Library Download and click Download URLs and then visit the URL, I get this File not found." (yes, that single " is there at the end)Nothing I've found addresses this at all. Can someone help me?
