Hello,  I am hoping that someone has come across this and knows of a simple solution I seem to be overlooking. We have a situation where we may have multiple customer records that share the same email address but are not considered duplicate records and cannot be merged. However, in many countries, SPAM laws are linked to the email address, not the individual that owns the email address. So, if someone unsubscribes, it must unsubscribe that email address, even if someone else is subscribed with the same, shared email address (e.g. marketing@abccompany.com).Does anyone know of a way to automatically sync unsubscribes across multiple customer records? What I am looking to do is if Jane Doe unsubscribes marketing@abccompany.com, then Marketo will search for all duplicates that share marketing@abccompany.com and trigger a change data value to mark them all as unsubscribed.If there isn't a way to do this in Marketo, we also use Salesforce.com as our CRM. Could that be an option?Thank y

Hi,We have come across this several times, and I would imagine others would be dealing with this as well... In the cases of mergers and acquisitions, occasionally companies change their email addresses (specifically after the @symbol). i.e. first.last@company1.com changes now to first.last@company2.com.We don't know how to go about making a mass change (2000+ contacts) for a company that recently experienced this.We know we cant export and adjust easily in Excel and reimport, since email address is the unique identifier in Marketo - that would then create entirely new contacts in Marketo.What is the best way to update mass amounts of email addresses within Marketo without creating duplicate/separate leads?Can you run a smart list? Can you import with specific data added to a file to ensure a duplicate isn't created?What are our options?Thanks,Chelsie

Hi Forum,We are interested in initializing the repository in AEM 6.3 to be the same as the configuration for AEM 6.1 to the extent that it uses the new 6.3 Oak version and retains utilizing only the tarmk node, blob, and document store.I've run into issues trying to disable the default repository initialization.  I wonder if others on the forum have experienced these issues or whether there are some details that I need to address them? ie. make sure you do X,Y,Z, or maybe be sure you verify this or that so the repository initialization works.  The trick is that we need to establish the repository before installing the SP1 so I'm stuck on how to get the repository without seeing repository/blobids,datastore,index, and segmentstore.  I only want segmentstore!I essentially followed the instructions but alas no avail.  I'm posting the documentation bugs I encountered to improve the next publish update from Adobe.In the meantime, any advice or details from the user field for initializing th

I'm trying to create a simple AEM Form.I'm running AEM 6.2 with SP1, CFP7, logged in locally as Admin on localhost:4502.I installed packages AEM-FORMS-6.2-SP1-CFP7-WIN-3.2.124 and AEM-FORMS-6.2-GOV-REF-SITE-3.0.14 from Package Share.When I try to create a folder as shown below, nothing happens. Also nothing happens when I click the Create button in the Adaptive Form creation dialog.What could cause this?

I'm currently trying to debug a problem in our CRM integration where when scraping the API for activities changing, I'm getting the same results over and over.In my CRM sync script, I start by tracking the last scrape attempt in a database. On the next run of the script, it provides that date (which is stored as EST then converted to UTC) to the paging token endpoint (/rest/v1/activities/pagingtoken.json).In this example, I store the date as "2017-10-18 14:04:43" in MySQL then convert to "2017-10-18T18:04:43+00:00". After getting the paging token, I send a request to /rest/v1/activities/types.json and retrieve 300 activities for processing. The first activity date returned is "2017-10-18T14:03:10Z" and the last returned is "2017-10-18T14:03:26Z". If I run the script 10 times, I get the same datetimes over and over. The paging token is also always the same.So as a sanity check, I fired up a REST client and crafted the exact same request to the pagingtoken.json endpoint and got a complet

Dropdown is coming using /libs/granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/select component which is again pointing to a datasource to populate dropdown options.Dropdown Path- /libs/dam/cfm/admin/content/fragment-editor/jcr:content/content/items/bar/primary/fragmentElementsSelect component- /libs/granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/selectDatasource path- /libs/dam/cfm/admin/components/datasources/elements/elements.jspBy default it shows the main element from the dropdown as selected. However I want to select my 2nd element from dropdown on Editor first time load.Is there way using which I can make this element as selected by default in datasource? PFB screenshots.

Hi Experts,I am using AEM 6.3 for a project, and I have received a finding from the penetration test team saying that they can access some internal details.For example if they access http://localhost:4502/content/dam/we-retail/en/activities.html (activities is a folder) they can see some internal information.Is there any way to disable this default html rendering for some resource type (ex sling:folder)Thanks and RegardsDenny

All,I'm just trying to plan for a plan for a plan - disaster recovery planning 101.This might seem random but what happens if your service at Marketo were terminated for payment issues? I don't expect a ton of hand raisers on the "we didn't pay our bill and this is what happened" but does anyone know what happens in the event of a suspend for non payment? How is your sync impacted? Do you lose data? Do all of your programs stop?I'm just trying to understand technically what would happen with our integration and customer/prospect/sales rep experience should this situation ever come up.Thanks,Kristy

Does anyone know of a way to only have Smart Campaign Flows run during certain times of the day? We are looking to have an automated message sent out to individuals who fill out "Contact Me" forms on off hours, 5pm to 9am.  If a form is filled out between 9am and 5pm then it should skip the step. Same with only having Flows run on weekends as well.

Hi, I created a multifield in AEM 6.1 and while selecting a path for asset it is showing asset (pdf) title instead of pdf name in selected window wherever in CQ5. 6 it shows the pdf name. Is there any possibility to make the AEM 6.1 behaviour similar to CQ 5.6? Any help on this would be really appreciated. Many thanks, Ranjna
