I have a situation where someone will click a link in an email to go to our website but even though the link is clicked, the web page visit doesn't register. Do you know why this may happen? Below is the activity log and the details for an email we sent out today. (I also have the filter set to none).

Hello All,We are trying to edit the alt-text for images but the modifications are not reflecting. Following is the scenario I am doingI am uploading an image in DAM. Now if I use the image on the component and view the page-source the alt-text property is not coming.Next I am replicating the image but still the alt-text property is not showing.Now I try to edit the properties of the image. Basically, I am editing the title property of the image as shown in the image below.At this point, I see that there is a new property cq:name created in the jcr:content node of that image and the value of cq:name is set to the filename of the image but not the title that I am editing.Now, whenever the cq:name property is there to the jcr:content then the alt text property is being shown in the front end.So looks like basically cq:name is the alt text value. Hi,I have a 1 to N relationship between Profile and CustomResource. So each Profile can have one or more matching rows in CustomResource.I would like to send an email to profiles that have a specific row in CustomResource, and I want to use fields from CustomResource in the email for personalization.Executing a query inside an Email delivery on CustomResource will give me the matching rows, and each row will identify a unique profile (via the link to Profile). However the CustomResource is not a right schema for the email delivery because we need email, blacklist parameters, etc. that are all part of Profile.My understanding is that in this case I have to create a new Target mapping based on CustomResource and configure the link to Profile inside the target mapping, so that ACS will know how to find out the email, blacklist parameter, etc. but still I have the already filtered out rows of CustomResource available for email personalization.I can implement the use case above with workflo

Hey guys,When I tried to test the people core service functionality on my campaign instances post confirmation from adobe client care that they have setup the audience sharing from their end I get this error when I'm trying to create shared audience in a list.Hope that anyone can help me, I tried to look at the adobe marketing cloud external account and can't really find any obvious issue from my end.Regards,Felix

Interesting question to pose:You have the nms:recipient schema it all its glory. It is populated with MLB Data. Yankees, Mets, and all those guys. You are getting 3rd party data from the NFL. They are sending you 10 different tables that are specific to the NFL. One table is users, another one is referees, penalties, etc. They have 1 field in common which is username. The ask is to check nms:recipient (MLB) and see if any NFL players are present. If they are, update a flag. If they are not present, go ahead and push them in there. Simple enough stuff.The question is: Do you extend the nms:recipient to include fields(attributes) from the nfl user table or do you create NFL separately and join them based on username. Would you lose any functionality doing it the 2nd way? What's standard practice?  And understand, I need to add NBA down the road.

Hi all, Does anyone know how to ensure the final delivery creative matches what is in the actual creative? What I mean by that is if you make any changes in the delivery, but fail to restart the workflow before sending the campaign, the creative sent will the original version of the delivery without any changes as opposed to the new version. I understand why this happens, but i was wondering if there was any typology rules or safeguarding built into campaign to suggest that if any changes are made to the delivery then the workflow must be restarted otherwise the campaign won't be sent.Thanks,Chris  

Hello Marketo Experts, The Issue I have here is: Marketo didn’t go through the correct smart campaign, it executed different campaigns. Result: I wasn’t able to get the correct lead info sync to SFDC. I wasn’t sure why Marketo chose to execute the incorrect campaign, ignore the one suppose to be executed. Does anyone know how can I resolve this issue? Or what’s the problem could be? Action/Trigger: Fill out the form on LP. The correct Smart Campaign “Add leads to list & sync SFDC”: A. Smart list: - Fill out the form = Form; - SFDC CampaignID = CampaignIDB. Flow:  - Add to list = list- Change Data Value- Change Status in SFDC Campaign However, the form on LP also associate with other smart campaigns. The result is after filled out the form, it executed the other smart campaign – “Form Submitted” campaign. The incorrect Smart Campaigns: 1. Smart Campaign “Form Submitted”- Smart list: Fills out form = Form - Flow: Change Data Value, Request Campaign = “Sync to SFDC” 2. Smart Campaign

I have a new Web Property and I added the Adobe Analytics tool via manual configuration.  I'm fairly confident that the Adobe Analytics tool is correctly configured as I'm seeing data for Visitors and other basic stats in Adobe Analytics Reports.I have created a couple of event-based rules in DTM.The rules trigger in response to clicks on certain DOM elements.  I have confirmed that the rules are triggering when expected by adding Javascript tags that make entires in the console.log().I have added this type of Adobe Analytics configuration to each rule:Using Chrome dev tools Network tab, at the time the rules are triggered, I am not seeing the browser load anything.  Furthermore, I'm not seeing any Custom Event data appear in Adobe Analytics Reports.I've had a look at the logs in the global _satellite object created by DTM and I see only the expected messages about rules being triggered, but I don't see anything about Adobe Analytics.Any ideas what might be wrong here or

Hi all,We have many different forms in Marketo and we would like to create an overview/report in which all filled out forms are shown. Is this possible? I couldn't find any other topics about this on the community.To be clear, we want to see all filled out forms with the information that was filled and we want to see which form was filled (some forms look alike, but if we see the information that was filled, we also want to know which form it was exactly) and when it was filled.Hope someone can help. Hi allI work with DTM for various clients but for purposes of internal training it would be great to have a sandbox or test environment that is not related to a specific company. As I don't have a direct relationship with Adobe this may not be possible. Any additional information on this would be great as I believe it would be a great asset. ThanksPhil

Hello Marketo Experts, I am testing my email program. The issue is I became the member of my smart campaign "Test" after ran the campaign once to myself. But it didn't list me as the member of the Program. I need to be the member of the program to trigger another smart campaign. So I am wondering why and how can I become the member of the program. Happy Friday!I am trying to create an email that gets triggered when a specific form is filled out. However, I want the email to contain the data submitted in one of the fields on the form. Is this possible?Basically we are going to create a form where people can submit questions/ideas, and I want those questions/ideas to be populated in an email that gets triggered to a specific address each time it gets filled out.Hope this makes sense, and thanks for any help/input.ML

Hi Community Members,Lately I was working on non-standard recipient table (External recipient table) and Target Mapping for it in our dev environment. I finished my work and I want to remove all components: form, folders and schemas.Unfortunately, I know that removing Tracking logs (My_custom_schema_name) schema from set of Target Mapping schemas (this set contains also dedicated Delivery Logs and Exclusion Logs schemas) will raise error in one of default technical workflow - in Tracking workflow. It will return error like this: The file '/usr/local/(...)/schema/trackingLog_MySuffix.xml' does not exist on the server. Unable to load the document of identifier 'cus:trackingLog_MySuffix' and type 'xtk:schema'.Do you know how to safely remove all 4 schemas (main describing external recipient table and 3 Target Mapping-related)? I want to be sure that Tracking technical workflow won't search for trackingLog_MySuffix.xml.Thank you,Marcin

Hi,I am trying to use the result set of an 'incremental query' in the next query activity. I don't see any option to select records from temporary data source like we see in segmentation activity when connected to query. The use case is to read incremental data using a criteria from a Incremental query activity, then extract and compute some additional data to it in 'Additional data' tab. And then pass this result set to second 'query' activity and filter based on the additional data selected in incremental query. When I connect Incremental query to query activity I am not finding the additional data's selected in 'Incremental Query' activity to filter. Am I doing something wrong here? or it is not available? Is there any other way to achieve this ?

Hi,Unfortunately, AC data model has the only option to show 'who edited this item last' - Last Modified as a link to Operator who modified the item last time.This is not enough because often I hear questions from colleagues like 'who modified workflow/delivery/template/campaign, and _what_ was changed?'For some systems which haven't any security logs we have experience in creating triggers in the database which stores insert/update/delete transactions over particular tables somewhere in external tables/database. But it is not the case as we're using instance hosted by Adobe and don't have direct access to postgres to maintain such solution.The other theoretical option is to modify soaprouter. As an entry-point of all Console-Server communication it knows exactly what requests are being sent from each user. But, once again, there is no option to modify soaprouter in case of hosted instance.Does anybody have any experience in organizing any king of security logs/audit to keep track of ch

Can an ACS user get the list of recipients who were filtered out by the rule? E.g. save them into a file, or store as an audience?Delivery scheduling with custom formulaWhat if the user is targeted in multiple deliveries in parallel. I have Included  button component(use any component) in template level using sightly.like body.html      <div data-sly-resource="${'button' @ resourceType='TestProject/components/content/button'}"></div>Created new page of this template. Open the page in touch Ui. i am able to see the "button" component on page.open the dialog box in touch ui. fill and submit the dialog box. The dialog box content is not persisted(button node is not created)But if i drag and drop this "Button" component in parsys. i am able to persist the dialog content successfully.Is anyone know how to resolve this touch ui dialog box persistence issue.
