Hi All,We have defined custom run mode for our AEM server like dev.publish. I'm using below code to get run mode.  @Reference  private SlingSettingsService slingSettingsService;  slingSettingsService.getRunModes() is giving Set of Run modes including default like [crx3, author, samplecontent, dev.publish, crx3tar], but we need only custom run mode.But is there a way where I can get only custom defined run mode (i.e. dev.publish)?Quick response would be more helpful..ThanksSiva

Hello all,We would like to be able to inform owners of deliveries whenever their delivery gets deleted.  So, even if the delivery is deleted intentionally or by mistake, every night a workflow will run and identify the owners of the deliveries.  A communication will be sent, informing the owners about their delivery getting deleted.  Now, we know the delivery is moved to 'Deleted Deliveries' for which the internal name is 'nmsRecycledDelivery' but is there an easier way to see the contents of this folder?  The delivery table does not have a FolderID column inside of it.Any help will be appreciated.

We have requirement where once SAML authentication is done, it should not redirect to the Default Redirect as highlighted in attachment, but it should redirect to the Page/URL that we hit in the beginning. But CQ5 SAML functionality is irrespective of what the URL is hit, once SAML authentication is done, it redirects to Default Redirect url specified in the SAML Configuration as shown below.To be specific on our flow, If the user is not authenticated, the control is redirected to a login page via the pingfederation URL mentioned in IDP URL configuration and the login page is not in CQ.I am using Cq 5.6 version

I have a delivery activity within a workflow that continues to create duplicate deliveries.  The workflow remains "stuck" at the delivery activity, creating a new/duplicated delivery every 1 minute.  The workflow remains in a 'Started' state, and will not move past the delivery activity.   All of the deliveries created remain in the 'Personalization in progress' status.   I would expect for the workflow to create just ONE delivery, then move on to the next activity.   Duplicate Deliveries CreatedAudit LogAny suggestions are appreciated!Regards,Elizabeth

Has anyone been having issues with Excel documents in the DAM opening in IE 11? If you link to Excel DAM assets they won’t open if you select the “Open” option in IE. If you choose “Save” and then open the file it’s fine. If we move the Excel file into Eloqua’s document manager, it’s fine. PDF documents are also fine. Firefox and Chrome are also fine. It doesn’t matter if the link is in an email, on a published webpage, or if someone just pastes the URL directly into the browser.What our users are experiencing -- When you click the link for an Excel DAM asset in IE, you first get the dialog box to Open/Save/Save As. When you choose "Open", you get a blank browser window, a message displays that the file is being downloaded, and then when the message goes away you're still looking at a blank page. The file never opens.

Hi Team,I have a dialog where i am allowing authors to input data via multifield. Authors can add n numbers of multifield as per requirements.Now my problem is, when authors open the dialog of my component, i want atleast one multifield to be available if there is no data available.Please help.

All,Use Case 2 - If in Admin clicks the radio button "Sales Sent Email" and Contact A receives 5 e-mails from MSI we understand and have tested that only one task is synced as noted on the screen snag.Use Case 2 - Contact B is sent a sales e-mail and Contact B opens the e-mails and clicks 2 links. With the configuration below will we see one task for "sales sent email", one task for "sales opened email", and one task for "clicked link in sales email" or will we see two tasks for "clicks link in sales email"?Thank you,Kristy

Hi all,We have a scenario where we are looking to clean up a lot of duplicate leads. over time certain leads and contacts have not been merged on the same email address for a variety of reasons.If an existing lead comes into marketo via a form or an imported list and we capture new information, maybe they update their phone number. Does both the existing lead and contact get updated?

I was wondering if anyone who has taken Marketo Specialization assessments found reviewing product documentation and practicing in Marketo sufficient for passing the exams? The courses they recommend for preparation are $375 apiece, which seems a little steep for how general the course content is.Thanks!

Hi Team,Got a quick question with respect to the way client libraries work in AEM. Can we have client library folders(cq:clientLibraryFolder) created under /content/dam and there by load static files(.css and .js in DAM) using css.txt and js.txt which are located in same folder(under dam). I know it works all fine when we have under in /apps, /etc and /libs. I am wondering if it works for custom paths as well.Because, in felix console (under OSGI configMgr), we have an option to configure the 'Allowed Library Paths' for client libraries (Adobe Granite Client Library Manager). But when i configure /content and/or /content/dam, I dont see the client libraries loading in my cq:Page. So, can we have CQ client libraries folders in /content or /content/dam?

Hi Marketo Community!I have a problem I'm trying to solve but I'm not sure I'm approaching it in the correct way.Right now I am working in an instance which has 2 companies using it. They want to have 2 separated unsubscribe centers for both companies and when they send emails from one, the unsubscribe URL should be representative of that company. Building the programs to have the preference centers has been very easy thanks to the community but I'm not sure how to resolve this problem. The database is used between both companies and are tracked through lead stages, thus segmentation would not work as a way to split them.Is it possible to use something like My Tokens in the unsubscribe text URL to change it based on something such as program name/folder name? The only identifier we use is a 2 letter company name at the start of all programs to identify which company will be sending it. I know how to change the text for the unsubscribe, but I'm not sure if I can make it dynamic for each

We are configuring Virtual REport in Adobe Analytics so that the report excludes certain sensitive HR sites from Analytics Reports when nonadmin user login . any idea which  filter we can use in Segment builder to filter Site and Subsites below the sites ???? .. e.g. we are trying to exclude https://sptest.abc.com/hr and everything below i.e https://sptest.abc.com/hr/internal  , https://sptest.abc.com/hr/internal/internal1   etc.. Is there a best practice to stop emailing contacts who are retired or no longer with their company? Should Marketing Suspended be used instead of manually unsubscribing the email address so our unsubscribe rate isn't affected? Or, should Marketing Suspended really only be used for contacts who should be temporarily unsubscribed? Thanks for the help!

Hello,We are working on a project that will require detailed tracking of everyone visiting pages from various web/ad campaigns. I have created the standard utm fields in Marketo and added them to forms to capture where known leads are coming from.However, we also want to be able to track where our anonymous traffic is coming from using the same utm parameters and have a clear dashboard for this traffic. Is there a way to clearly see this in Marketo without using google analytics? Or is google analytics always the best option for seeing this type of info?I am new to google analytics and anonymous web tracking so any insight is greatly appreciated!Thanks!

I am facing this weird issue where the maven build is successful but the content inside /apps,/etc, /conf doesn't gets installed. These are some of the use cases when this issue occurs:1) Create a component in CRXde, export it to local filesystem using vlt up. Delete the component in CRXde. Do a maven build. No component present in CRXde. Although it is seen in the zip file created under target folder.2) Checkout the project from git on a machine that doesn't have the project setup. Do a maven build. Only the folder structure will be seen in CRXde. Some information about the project-- Created a new project using lazybones-- No changes to pom.xml made yet-- Maven verison 3.5.0 and AEM 6.3 is being used.Thanks in advance

Hey everyone,I'm looking at some sightly HTL code and have a certain instance where we need to have a <script> tag and a <div> tag together to embed a wistia video. In order to do this I made a component so my editors can embed html directly and it is rendered on the page.I can either do the @ context = 'html' to embed html directly, or the 'text' to render my javascript but there isn't something to embed them together other than 'unsafe'What does this unsafe context mean? What would be unsafe about doing it this way? Is this a security vulnerability to embed things using this context? Or is it mostly 'unsafe' because editors can embed malformed html, scripts, and the api doesn't make everything match? It's only on my dev instance now.Thanks for any suggestions on this!Brendan

Hi guys,I need your help.In our engagement program we paused leads base on the Opp Stage and the Lead status. But I found out that sometimes this happens for error with the lead owner when updating the status or something else. My question is, when I reactivate the cadence of these lead how could add them to the last stream they were part of without entering the nurture again?This is something the nurture stream will take care by default?Thanks,Diego
