Hi,In AEM 6.1 Classic, we normally have the following folder structure: Tools > workflow > packages > individual packages for each update. Today we are experiencing an issue where the packages folder disappeared from the site. I can see the packages folder and all the package updates under it in CRX in  /var/audit/com.day.cq.wcm.core.page/etc/workflow/packagesAny idea how we can make the packages folder visible again?

Hi,Let us assume a case where Adobe Analytics receives data from web site directly and AAM receives segments from Adobe Analytics.Web Page --> Adobe Analytics --> AAM.AAM does not have direct link with Web Page.1. What is the role of DIL here?My understanding is that DIL is for AAM to receive data from Web Pages directly, but in this case it is through Adobe Analytics.2. I'm trying to understand image handling capabilities in AEM and the documentation leaves me more confused than when I started.in the AEM 6.3 docs under Working with Assets there are sections for Adding Scene7 Features and Working with Dynamic Media. The docs indicate that if I enable Scene7 I can't use Dynamic Media, and vice-versa. This implies they are separate products, but the features seem to overlap to a large degree.In the Dynamic Media docs regarding interactive images, there's a pointer to an example page . When I go there and inspect the source of the parts of the page that have Shoppable Image hotspots, I see what look to be Scene7 artifacts: s7interactiveimage_div, s7container, s7innercontainer, s7mapoverlay, ...What gives? Are Dynamic Media and Scene7 the same thing? If so why are they given separate treatment in the docs? I'm trying to use Analytics API function call: Company.GetReportSuites()? But I want to filter it to only have PROD? Is this possible?

I generated the json file and gave the path/bin/***/filename.json . I am able to see the json file in author mode but not in publish. Our aem ops team says they cannot make bin as public. Tried to change the path, using js generated the json path file now the path is path/cntetn/***/***/filename.json which I am able to see in author mode but not in publish.My question is is there any other way that I can try . Please if any other have idea do comment.Thank you.

Hi folks,We are building a form for us to mail a catalog to customers. Have anyone found a good tool to validate the addresses on the landing page? The only one that I've been able to find is Experian's tool.Real Time Address Verification | Experian Data Quality The tools that I've seen in in LaunchPoint are webhook related. From my understanding that means that after the form has been submitted then Marketo can send that information to another system that will then return a cleaned up address. That's nice, but wouldn't it be better to show the user the address to they can confirm the "better" address?Thanks,Delwin

Hello Community!I have noticed some HTL glitch while developing with JS-APIFor some reason, the HTL variable does not show in in-text-style.in my html I haveWhen I show in browser, line 02's  ${subBanner.imgPath} is showing correct path .However, line 03 inside of style attribute does not show anything.I also noticed that inside of <script></script> and <style></style>behaves the same way.Is there any alternative way to change background depends on user's select?Thanks !Ryu

If you click "subscribe" in the lead feed you are presented with the visual below...Question(s)1.) If I click the "web" radio button am I only subscribing to web activity for Lisa or all of my contacts? The same with "Visited multiple web pages in 1 day".2.) I understand that by clicking the radio button for Lisa it adds her to my Watch List. If I click "Web" does it do the same and is it for just clicking Lisa? Does it still add Lisa to my Watch List and only track/watch her web activity? Thank you,Kristy

I have a template with "wcm/foundation/components/responsivegrid".when in insert a component into the page, the "drag component here" place holder showing up on top of the component. Usually it should be at the bottom of the page. After debugging using developer console, i found out that it's css conflict between my app css and author ui css.How to avoid this css conflict ? or do i need to make changes in my app css (This will be my last option) ?

When looking at this breakdown of the marketing channels and the Campaign ID report, with the click-through metric, I see some paid search campaign IDs with in this report. Is this any persisting data from previous touches to the site?

Can someone please explain what happens with bouncers in Marketo? If an email has bounced, how many times will Marketo try to send the email again? When there is a hard bounce, will the email remain in the bounce list forever, or will the lead or email address eventually be deleted?

If an opt-in is given in a Marketo form, we want to fill the "email agreement date" with a flow. I now set one date that will be filled for all leads (they will all have the same email agreement date). However, if the email agreement is filled, I want it to be filled with the date of creation (= the date when the form was filled). Is this possible and how can I do this?

I noticed in the activity log of a few leads who were either bounced or unsubscribed that whenever they were part of a campaign, the email was not send to them (good!), but their status was changed to ‘email sent’ (not so good). Why is this and can I change this? We do not want leads to have the status email sent, while the email was not sent to them.

For tracking, we need to use Google Analytics.I am thinking of below 2 approaches & have below questions:1.Integrate Demandbase with AAM directly , here GA will act as a 1st party data source to provide user tracking data to AAM & and Demandbase will be separately integrated with AAM , so that all B2B tracking can be sent to AAM and it will push the consolidated segments to Adobe Target so that regular users and B2B users can be targeted efficiently. I have read the AAM docs and we can integrate GA with AAM using AAM DIL APIsQuestion 1: Is it possible to integrate Demandbase with AAM directly , if yes then what are the high level steps ?2. Here no need to integrate Demandbase directly with AAM , you can directly push Demandbase tracking data from GA to AAM. So only GA will be integrated with AAM using DIL javascript libraries.    Question 2: Is this possible and better approa

Hi,I have a monthly campaign and there is only 1 workflow in this campaign. In this workflow basically there is 1 Query activity (simple filter to select recipient who has subscribed to a service / subscription) and 1 email delivery.My question is what is the best practice to set up and send out this monthly campaign in Adobe Campaign ?at the moment,  I am creating a new campaign with 1 workflow with 1 Query and 1 email delivery activity every month. Don't think this is a correct way.Or should I be using the same campaign, then in the same workflow, just replicate the Query activity and email delivery activity for each month ?Thanks and Regards.

Challenge - We create an e-mail that think it looks pretty good, brand approved, and legal signed off. We load it to MSI and then a sales rep goes in to the e-mail and changes pricing or adds comments which totally aren't approved by brand/legal. Is there anything that we can do other than using images to stop this? When I say "we" above it for sure isn't "me" that is creating it. That said, if we had to use images as other threads from 2015 note - can we still link those images? We want to get tracking info.Any help would be appreciated.Kristy

In the Marketo tab in our Salesforce instance we see a "Lead Feed" on the right hand side. We want that and use it. That said, when a rep clicks "subscribe" under the activity for the contact - how do they unsubscribe?I've checked product documents and it doesn't outline how you could bail from the subscribe selection. Any insight?Kristy

Does anyone know how the parsys components hides the "Drag components here" text when toggling between preview and edit mode in TouchUI? The page nor the iframe is refreshing. I am using sightly and TouchUI for my components and there are elements I want removed which switching views. For example lets look at Feike Visser's sightly tutorial.<div data-sly-test="${wcmmode.edit}">Show this only in edit mode to the author</div>Since sightly is server side rendered this content would be displayed or hidden base on what "wcmmode" you are on when you land on the page. What we seem to need is a way capture that event like the parsys does and hide and display the content accordingly. 

I have a newsletter sign-up form that I'm pulling stats for. I see several form submissions where the user has gone straight to the form, rather than having read an article and found the site first. I suspect we have employees filling out the form and adding people, so I was hoping to get the IP address for each form submission. I'd expect it to appear in each lead's Activity log, but I'm not seeing it there. I double click to open up the details, but still don't see it.Is this possible? Maybe I'm just overlooking it?
