Hello,A question about the API support in ACS. I have two use cases, both of which have been implemented in v6 but I need a little more understanding as to how this would/would not work in ACS.1. A segment is created in ACS and pushed via the REST API to an external data base (this exported segment is ultimately used by another tool to push messages to the recipients) 2. An external application calls ACS REST API every 15 minutes in order to update the marketing database, both standard tables such as the recipient are updated as well as custom tables. This 15 minute update happens 24x7. Any limitations on the API use case and/or the frequency of calling. thanks for any help.

Hello,Is message center deployed in ACS? We use message center for our triggered deliveries. An external system made a REST API call to Adobe to deliver the message.We send a LOT of triggered messages so this is pretty important to us.Any help or advise from the community with regards to message center in ACS would be fantastic.Thanks.

Hi everyone!Currently, we plan to create a nurture program that consists of early, middle, and late stage (interested, engaged, decision....). Each stage is an engagement program, and each stage engagement program would have multiple streams for different personas.I've seen a lot of discussions that basically warns to not remove a person from an engagement program, but rather put them in an empty stream. As our nurture stages are separate programs, I'm really wondering what is the reason behind this prophecy of disastrous program removal? And based on the way we plan to create our stages, if anyone have anymore warnings / suggestions on transitioning a person from one program stage to another I should keep in mind. Thank you so much!

A client can have multiple products (ProductName). If I drag and drop the field to the token script area, it shows as ${ProductInterestList.get(0).ProductName}I am trying to write a Velocity Script Token to display an image based on what Products (ProductName) they are a member of. Same email, same list, with a random sample like this:The idea is to have the same email sent to the list across 5 days, leveraging each lead only going through the flow once.However, the 1st day sent out fine, but 2nd day didn't send and it's showing 0 people set to affect in "Schedule" tab.I looked up Marketo Docs saying it will not work in nested Smart List, so I tried on Flow. Hello everyone,I'm trying to determine what the best way to style checkboxes and radio buttons with embed forms. I know there are tons of cutting-edge CSS methods, but I'm looking for something that is widely supported on desktop and mobile. Our audiences is truckers who primarily use their phones (out in the field), followed by desktop (luckily for the most part, they are using fairly modern browsers).What I'm doing is using the javascript form embed code from Marketo, then using @Sanford Whiteman​'s javascript (codepen here) to strip inline styles and destyle mkto classes, so that our CSS will take effect. (I'm also aware of a similar method that just removes all mkto class names and inline-styles. But Sanford's latest codepen seems to be "cooler" and cleaner).I just can't decide which route to go with these checkboxes and radio buttons. Hello,My company has two websites: One for members and one for prospective members.We recently split these sites into two separate sites. Because of this, members continue to go to the original site. This is causing our conversion rate on the prospect site to be diluted. My question is - is there any way I can create some sort of cookie or parameter that would attach to a user who visits and logs into our member site? Then when those visitors land on the prospect site, we could filter them out of the pool. When we configured a live copy so that it will copy the content from en to es. We have the below issues with the live copy:1. It is not copying vanity urls to es.2. Hi everyone,I am using performanceTiming plugin for site speed tracking (https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/implement/performanceTiming.html) and the metrics seem to be pretty trustworthy, except the request time and response time ones. For example, average time for response according to the calculated metric I created is bigger than total page load time which is obviously not correct.The really weird thing is: in requests to AppMeasurement the numbers are correct (see screenshot). Event514 is request timing, event515 is response timing, event522 - total page load time.So, just to sum up:- All the metrics are calculated in the same way, like *metric_name* / counter variable- The numbers in AppMeasurement requests (in events variable) are correct- All metrics are correct, BUT not the request/response ones.Where am I mistaking?

Hello,I'm using v6 and have developed a number of content management templates. Has Email management in ACS improved? Things i'm looking for...1. Ability to import HTML from an agency2. Ability to use pre-defined templates in ACS (how are these templates created?) - I do not need/want to migrate my existing content templates to ACS3. Ability to integrate with a Digital Asset Manager when creating email content. I.e when i'm populating a pre-defined template I want to bring in assets from a digital Asset Manager. Is Adobe Assets fully integrated with ACS? What about integration with other Digital Asset Managers? 4. Of course everything has to be responsive.5. Personalization rules. I need the ability to set Personalization rules when developing email content, with 'point and click' allowing me to use any data in the Adobe Campaign database, recipient and transactional. No more JavaScript please. Any info on any of the above will be great.Thank you community.

Hello,I'm looking for some classification in the ACS architecture. I mentioned in a previous post that we are looking to move from V6 to ACS. Is ACS a true SaaS implementation of Adobe Campaign? What I means is ACS a true multi tenant solution, so when there is an upgrade all customers get the upgrade at the same time (like Salesforce), the database is shared by all tenants? etc?Is is there flexibility in the deployment mode? For example could I deploy on my own private cloud (AWS) or on prem in our own data center?Some people gave told me that on prem is possible, some have said it is a true SaaS solution and some have told me that I can deploy on my own private cloud. Thanks for any advice.

ISSUEWe have two websites (m. and www.). Both are doing tracking. Link tracking seems to "not work". On www website, when you go to the product page and then click Add to Bag, you see two entries in the Adobe Marketing Cloud Debugger. As expected. One is a page load. The other is related to the "Add to Bag". On the www. when you do the two events, there is only 1 event which then gets updated with the second event's info. There is just one "Site Catalyst Image"This is mostly a guess (searching through minified javascript files). The upgrade from v6 to v7 is partially automated using the upgrade wizard2. The upgrade from v6 to ACS is in effect a new implementation3. I want to add links to scheduled email reports in Workspace, so that people can log in and see the full-featured version as well as viewing the PDF. I planned on pasting the link into the "description" field of the email. So the question is: Once a shareable link for one of these reports has been generated, does it ever expire?

Hi All,I am new in AEM and started to work on personalization and stucked at one place like we have 2 different options to work on AEM campaigns First one where we can create the experience under the campaign and teaser inside the experience and we can apply the segment rule at experience level only.Second one where we can use the teaser page inside the campaign directly and apply the segmentation rule at teaser page only.Now i am confused in what type of scenarios we can use which one.  Can someone please explain his in detail.Thanks for help in advance.

Hello there,Another question from me. So thanks for your help.We are looking at DMPs and are evaluating Adobe Target. So how does Adobe Target work with ACS? Is it possible to create a segment in Adobe Target and push it directly to ACS and use it as a target for a campaign? The use case is simple, I ask the DMP team for a particular target (the targeting in the DMP will have richer data than ACS but the recipient IDs are the same) once created I then see the segment in ACS and I use it as a target for an email campaign. I'm really interested in what can be done out of the box.Thanks a lot for any advice.

Hi there,My new employer is using v6 and is looking at moving to ACS. I've used Adobe Campaign in the past but I have no exp with ACS. I'm tasked with looking in to the migration process to get to ACS. As far as I can see it is first required to migrate from v6 to v7 then to ACS. We are on prem and we will probably stay on prem for the forseeable future. So a few questions I hope someone can help me with.1. Is the migration path above correct? If so what is the effort to move from v7 to ACS. I have a pretty good idea of the v6 to v7 migration already (i've done it in the past) but not to ACS2. Can ACS be used on prem? what about our private cloud? 3. I am aware that the only OS / RDBMS supported today is Debian 7/8 (64bit) for the application service and PostgreSQL 9.3 for the marketing database. Is that still the case? 4.
