Afternoon All,I am trying to send out two emails, the second of which is triggered by the first. The first email is to customers; this is as simple as uploading the list to Marketo and then scheduling the send out. The second, is where I am running into some difficulties getting an answer.  This is to the Account Managers of the customers.  Multiple Customers are linked to a single Account Manager, and we have multiple Account Managers to handle.It should be as simple as setting up a send alert to the Account Managers, when their customers open the email; but, The Account Manager information that I am uploading has their information as the Primary and Secondary contacts, not as the Account Manager or Sales manager.  Ideally I want my flow to look something like this:Customer receives email 1Account Manager receives Triggered emailCustomers who DID NOT open email 1, receive a Reminder Email (Email 2)Account Manager receives Triggered Email.  While being able to track across the board fo

I noticed that the sattelite lib script stops the propagation of click events on a button if the network request to the analytics server is not successful. Unfortunately some ad or tracking blockers block the analytics domain so this happens quite often.In that case things like the hamburger menu stop working. When I remove the analytics script from the page everything works fine.

I have some components that I've broken into multiple smaller files. The main file includes them using data-sly-include attributes.I'd like to generate HTML comments containing the current filename in both the main file and the included files, so that when I view the rendered output I can easily tell which file generated the output. Hi,I've downloaded a guided landing page template from the marketo product docs (Template 2-C). I'm really trying not to have to mess with the code at all, but I'm having a problem I've had many times before and thought I would ask if there was a solution. I've searched high and low for some kind of answer but haven't found anything - if you want to point me in the right direction it'd be greatly appreciated.When I add a form to the page, even though the form widget appears to be centered, the form inside that widget always defaults to align left. No matter what I try to change in the code, it won't align. I've tried pure tables, flexbox... all the ways that I can think of or look up online to align forms, but they behave like spoiled brats for me.I suspect I need to override some CSS in the form itself, but since the classes, ids, and mktoName for forms are hidden, there's no way to really go about learning this as far as I can tell. It can be through a 3rd party web banner advertisement or a social media post or can be a referral link as well. I have tagged all the urls wherever i have made advertisement, whether 3rd party or social media, but when i look into the reports, I am unable to understand how many people came from the Email link and how many from social media ad or 3rd party ad. Hi,I have a requirement in which we would like to fire a rule whenever user closes the window. Also, Is there any way if we can listen for other window events which happen on our site through DTM, such as window close, session inactivity et cetra. I understand,  we can make use of direct call rule, triggered from the code base itself, but I am looking for a solution which can be implemented solely on DTM. Hi,I have implemented the DTM tagging with Adobe Analytics, we have seen sometime the tag is not fired on Chrome but it works well on Firefox. In Chrome, it doesn't generate any error on console either. Is there anyway to check whether why it works sometime on Chrome and sometime it is not loaded the tag? On click rule is work most of the time but on-load rule is the issue.Thank you.Cheers,Tor

Hey team,I've got a smart campaign which sends weekly, sending to those leads that have been imported into a specific list within that last week.I want to create a report where each weeks send is represented by a different row but currently it just has a single report with a cumulative total. We are using SAML to auto-create users in AEM when they log in. Its working fine but the user is getting created in /home/users/* but we would like them to get added to /home/users/community/* so they get all the correct ACL permissions.Right now users can't edit their profiles (blank screen) when created via saml but if they are created using the default AEM login component they are created in /home/users/community and have the right permissions to edit profiles.

Struggling to define a strategy for folder naming and structure.  We are a multi-product/brand enterprise, somewhat siloed (much to my dismay).  We are used to folder structures that originate at the product/brand level.  However, have been advised to set up hierarchy at the Date/Year or "Category" (Subscribe, Lead Gen, etc.)  level. Having trouble wrapping my head around this.Questions:Do you manage campaign for a multi-product enterprise or for a portfolio of offerings?Do multiple people own workflows and processes across products/brands?  (want to manage admin and access rights closely and eliminate room for error of product delivering marketing and data/recipients used) If so, what are key dependencies you considered when choosing a folder strategy?  For example, how connected are folders and data?  What other dependencies might there be that we might not be aware of?  In thinking beyond product silos, what structure have you had success managing?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi all,I'm relatively new to Campaign so potentially I'm missing a piece of configuration on this.  I'm trying to lock down access of a user to a particular folder - at the moment I'm testing on a sample user and folder but hoping to replicate this with real users.I have gone into the operator profile, into Access Rights, checked the "Restriction to folder" checkbox and selecting my sample folder - it's a folder containing a new input form for some of our users.When the sample user logs in again they only see that folder, which is great but when they click on it an error message pops up. The folder and form can be accessed with no errors by other users so I'm guessing it's something to do with the restricted access.

What is the time taken to update a DSP with an audience segment created using AAM?

I'm getting this 611 errors from yesterday morning.It happens when merging (updating) leads in large chunk.The API says up to 1MB of data is allowed and it's been working fine until yesterday.I experimented with size and now I can only send 10KB which is ridiculous.There was this update "Firmware, OS and Patch Level Upgrades on SJRCA01/2/3/4" yesterday.I'm guessing this has something to do with my errors.
