Is there a way to add a second option to the Expired Asset Search Rail filter?  Specifically, instead of only seeing the expired assets you only see the non-expired assets  (hiding expired assets from your search results).  Thanks

Hi All, We are using Dynamic Media(AEM 6.1) for Video/Image. In this Adobe Doc link its mentioned the ReportSuiteID is automatically generated for video reports when we configure Dynamic Media Cloud Service. It didn't create the reportSuiteID for us so we visit Tools ->  Assets -> Reports -> Video Reports, we are not seeing the reports. Does anyone know how to regenerate the reporting information like Tracking Server , Tracking Namespace and reportSuiteID for Dynamic Media reports? The reports are working fine in our Pre-production environments , we can see the reportSuiteID generated and can see the reports also. The problem is happening only in production. Any pointers? DAM retention policy can vary depending on the organization but can anyone help me out with a generic or minimum things to keep in mind regarding retention policy of assets.Can anyone help me out with the best practices of retention in AEM DAM (i.e. DAM retention policy) Eg:when to delete the assets? (like verisons of assets and old assest etc)On what basis we can delete like delete if the asset is older than 6 months or delete it if its size is greater than 10mb etc.When to archive and when to purge?

I need to track real time report for all the metrics. Do i have any option to do it? Right now, interface just have 3 reports with 1 metric, 1 primary dimension and 2 secondary dimensions.Also, data feed can send the report to my Database only by every 1 hour. Can it send the raw data every second?

Issue: when bringing datasets from AC Standard (ACS) to AA, we are unable to breakdown email metrics by recipient related dimensionsBackground:1. We have configured the new feature, released in July, that brings in data from AC Standard to AA (reference: Adobe Campaign Reporting)At a high level every 15 minutes we are bringing in into AA via Data Sources metrics & dimensions from ACS linked to each "executed delivery ID".2. We have configured ACS to add a "recipientID" to each URL upon a click within emailImportant to note that besides the "recipientID", ACS appends the above mentioned "executed delivery ID" to the same URL3. We upload additional customer dimensions via conversion classifications using "recipientID" as a keyIn AA UI we see:all ACS metrics related to delivery IDsall customer attributes in "occurrences" and can break them down by all web metricsThe issue is in AAUI we can not:breakdown ACS metrics by recipient dimensions, namely we can not tell how classified groups

Hi there, Trying to send out an email delivery with a conditional statement because there are 22 different versions based on certain qualifications. We would love to track activity (opens, clicks, etc) by version but can't seem to find a way to clearly differentiate one version from the other. We tried to pull in the subject line to track it that way since each version has their own (which is also being pulled in dynamically). But, whenever we pull that into the tracking section it only shows the conditional statement. Has anyone ever encountered this problem or have any ideas?Thank you!!Hillary

Hi All, Our sales team wants to get a sense of who is clicking on certain links in the emails we are sending out for our conference, so they can get a sense of interest in some of the sponsorship/ exhibiting opportunities we offer. I see that we can smart list subscriptions for an email campaign, but are you able to set up multiple subscriptions per email in order to send a report of people that click on 3 seperate links? if not, can i add to the smartlist view what links were clicked?I know this is a pretty basic concept but if there were a way to automate this it would save me so much time.let me know!

Do you guys know if is this the right email to contact them?I have finished the "New to Marketo learning path" and don't know what to do next and I see some courses with fees so I don't know what does this passport does...

We were previously populating a Marketo only field and now we need to move that data to a custom SFDC field. I need to export the data from Marketo and re-import into the new field, but we have many duplicates in our database. Anybody have any ideas of how to re-import and make sure we're tying the data to the correct lead records, seeing as email address is the unique identifier?

We're noticing more false positives on email clicks as a result of Yahoo's Link Preview (Bringing Links to Life with Link Preview | Yahoo Mail ).  When looking at the activity log, it states clearly that the Yahoo Link Preview triggered the click:I would like to filter these out - by user agent keywords - in our "clicks link" smart campaigns.  But "user agent" isn't one of the available constraints.  Does anyone know how to filter based on user agent?

For the purpose of scaleability my VP is asking me to create a field  in the alert that explicitly states TRUE or FALSE if person exists in SFDC. One solution, I created though it isn't as clear as he would like is to put the SFDC ID token into the alert if it doesn't have an SFDC ID then FALSE. Does anyone else have ideas to work around this?

Hallo an das Support-Team,seit vergangenen Donnerstag bin ich immer wieder mit verschiedenen Chats (englisch und deutschsprachig) vom Adobe Chat verbunden gewesen, weil ich mich nicht mehr in Adobe Analytics einloggen kann. Bisher konnte mir aber niemand helfen.Angeblich war mein Passwort (was aber automatisch hinterlegt ist) falsch. Dann habe ich 2 Mal es versucht es über "Forgot Password" zurückzusetzen, aber nichts passierte - keine Mail im Posteingang und keine Mail im Spam. Daraufhin hat der Support mein Passwort zwei Mal zurückgesetzt. Hi - I am looking for a way to use a variable to collect the search terms on our Internal Search.  To be specific, I need to collect the ALL of the search terms WITHIN a visit.  So if User A used our internal search page 3 times in a visit (search term A1, A2, A3) and User B used the search twice in a visit (search terms B1, B2), I want to be able to see all the search terms for User A (separated by comma or semicolon) and then User B (separated by comma or semicolon).  I have tried using a list variable but it's putting each term on a separate line item in AA Reports - I can't tell which search term are used in the same visit.Any advice would be appreciated.
