Is anyone else currently having issues accessing Marketo Support? I see the P1 Alert about RCA services on the support page, but nothing else. When I try clicking 'Submit a Case' I get the following message: You are currently logged in through an instance that does not have rights to access the Marketo Support Portal.Please login with your Marketo Credentials from your supported production instance to get access to the Marketo Support Portal.When I call in, I get a message saying our account isn't enabled for phone support, when I know for a fact it is. Any advice for what to do here? I currently am unable to submit a support ticket through either of the normal channels (phone, web).

We have some campaigns where we want to add multiple constraints on the SAME field. Is this possible?For example, imagine I have a Visit Web Page trigger that matches a certain URL and has a constraint for querystring. Perhaps my constraint is querystring contains utm_campaign=promo1. This works well.However, how would I make a trigger that only matches a querystring that contains BOTH utm_campaign=promo1 AND utm_term=specificTerm? This is just an example, but matching on multiple contains is necessary in scenarios where we can't control the order of parameters we're matching on, or when the parameters might be split up in the URL.I chatted with support and they told me that selecting multiple values had AND logic, not OR logic, but I tried it and that wasn't true. The tooltip also said that ANY of the values I selected would be matched, so the chat agent was definitely wrong.Thanks!

Hi All,I was reading over the documentation on the ContextHub Tool and it seems like it would be a great tool for use as a generic data layer but had some questions that wasn't in the documentation. Questions:The data element monitor polls for the values. Will page load time be affected?Is anyone using ContextHub Tool for Data Layer and have you seen any issues?Thank you,Scott

I'm curious how others are handling classification data when bringing data feeds in-house.  There doesn't seem to be a way to include in the data feeds or a way to schedule (s)FTP delivery.  Other others manually downloading?  Using API?  Other options?

I'd love to get some input on best practices of actions you should make take place in your CRM after emails start bouncing. Any ideas? Should I remove the email address? notate on the email field something like "this email address is invalid"? Create a new field in salesforce stating the email is invalid?

Hello There,We recently upgraded to email 2.0 and we noticed that the WISYWIG is adding <g> tags all other the place in our HTML code, which add extra spacing randomly in our content... It's really annoying.Does anyone else experience that issue?Thanks,Roxane

Hi all,This has been killing me for the past few days. We have an email unsubscribe form where the user enters their email address in and clicks the submit button that Marketo provides in their form building studio. I want to make it so a lightbox form appears when the user clicks submit asking them if they're sure.I have found code that works, but it creates a new button, which wouldn't retain the information from the user input because it's a separate deal. I have successfully edited the CSS styling of the button but when I put the code for the pop-up form in there, it doesn't work (of course). I don't seem to be able to access the hard code of the form so that I can attach the lightbox to the initial form's button. Is there any way to do this? Once again, I've got a separate button to produce a lightbox form on click, but I can't get the first form's button to do the same thing.For reference, this is the code I'm using for the seperate button: MktoForms2 :: Lightbox onClick - JSFidd

Hi,When running the Marketing Channel Overview Report, the report is not displaying correctly and is missing data and graphs.  We noticed this about a week ago and prior to that, the report ran and displayed fine.  We also checked and found the same issue on the latest versions of Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.  Anyone else experiencing the same issue and if so, was there a solution?Thanks!

Nobody but admins can submit the content of delivery to start the approval process.Users are getting following error when they try to submit the content:Access that I have provided to the campaign planning user group is below:I have provided the read access to everything but administration folder in the campaign and read/write/delete access to campaign management and delivery management(including the delivery folders).I am unable to fix it; Any help would be great. Hi all,I am using s_code implementation & under "Traffic Sources > Referrers "& "Traffic Sources > Referring Domain Reports" I can see only the  traffic coming from Search Engines. However, can I know why traffic from other websites/domains is not capturing which are part of referrals. Awaiting Reply !NOTE : No websites/domains are added to filters under Report Suite > General > Internal URL Filters. Referrers(other than search engines) can be viewed in GA but not in Adobe Analytics

HelloI was reading the documentation about managing bulk assets metadata: Managing Multiple Assets and Collections. The documentation states the following: " The asset list has all the assets selected by default. The metadata for assets that you remove from the list is not updated."This means that in my case that for example tag updates are only saved for "cat.jpeg" and "dog.jpg". Here is my use-case: Marketing uploads several assetsThey go into the bulk metadata edit mode > all assets are selected by default (see documentation) They assign new tags that apply to ALL of the imagesThey deselect "horse.jpg" They assign new tags that apply to ONLY "cat.jpeg" and "dog.jpg"They click save and expect the tags for "horse.jpg" to have been persisted.Obviously as stated in the documentation it has only updated the metadata for "cat.jpeg" and "dog.jpg". Hi All,I'm looking to get your take on unsubscribe links in outbound email cadences. Currently, our sales reps are using a system called Salesloft and send out emails to prospects in groups of 200 or so. The Salesloft website states that since emails are sent directly from your email server, they don't require unsubscribe links. I'm looking to transition our reps to MSI and enable them to send emails in bulk. Is an unsubscribe link required in this case?Also, I plan to have some special cadences where I will set up the flow in a program, but the emails will still look like they are sent from the reps. Does this scenario require an unsubscribe link?

I am working on User Synchronization in AEM 6.2.We need to deploy many configurations to our environment to support this.The issue I have is how do you create run mode configurations for factory configurations. These also include loggers, jdbc connections, agents of all types.I know how run mode configurations work for simple non-factory type configurations. Our AEM author instance is running behind a Apache webserver. The Apache webserver uses the dispatcher and the ssl module. If we send a POST request with the Host-Header "cms.domain.com:443/path/file.html" to the AEM author instance, the Apache returns a 403 Error. If we use the Host-Header "cms.domain.com/path/file.html" (widthout port) it works. We ar not able to change the configuration in the sending application, so the Apache must process the Host-Header with the port inside.How should we configure the dispatcher.any?Do we have to configure every domain/subdomain with and withour port (e.g. cms.domain.com:443 and cms.domain.com)? Or ist there an other, better solutiion?We are using Apache 2.4 and the dispatcher module 4.2.2 together wirth AEM 6.2.Thank you for aour assistance.RegardsThomas
