Hi I have a question regarding data import in campaign v6.1 by creating a import job. How can we check the job log after the import job have been executed. I would like to know how many records got excluded and reason why rather than for example say my new list has 60 records compared to 100 records in my original data list. 40 records has not been imported for no reason. I have been reading this article Importing data for many times. It mentions Trace modeSelect this option to track the execution of the import for each line.even though i have this option enable not sure where i can track the log.Thanks and Regards.

Hi, could you please advise a best way to extract unsubscribes data from Adobe Campaign. I am looking to extract the member number, type of unsubscribes, email addresses and date of unsubscribe. This is the issue.I have followed the guide in the official documentation. Additionally, I created a virtual host for invalidation_only though that was not explicitly in the docs, but I found that as a recommendation in this forum.What is happening is:I have /content/sitea and /content/siteb.I send the invalidation request for /content/siteb but in the dispatcher logs what I see is:Touched /var/www/html/content/sitea/.statIf I request /content/siteb/test.html, I get the test.html correctly and the file is created, but because of the incorrect .stat file being created in /content/sitea/ I have to delete the file again in order to clear the invalidated file.What could be the reason for this behavior?Flush agent is on the publish agents, and the request to http://<server>:80/invalidation_only/dispatcher/invalidate.cache returns 200.

Hi, I wonder if a Flow Step will execute correctly if choices have overlapping conditions.Let's assume I have an integer field "A".Choice 1 - A is less than 180Choice 2 - A is less than 165Choice 3 - A is less than 150 Choice 4 - A is less than 135Choice 5 - A is less than 120If A = 100, then logically it will qualify for all 5 choices. However when A is 100 I need it to go just through Choice 5 and not to go through choices 1-4. If A is 160, I need it to go through Choice 2 and not to go through Choice 1. Will it work like that?Thanks!

In our system, a correspondence is being sent in two ways. Email or SMS. Using soap query, I want to view the correspondence being sent from adobe.There is one schema named as NMS:Delivery in adobe client which have all other details like content type, attachment path, attachment type, delivery type etc but I am unable to view the actual data, text or HTMLbeing stored somewhere in adobe which I can show in our web app. I can see the Email HTML template being used but that have placeholders which are supposed to be replaced. Hi,I am learning how to use Adobe Campaign tool and while I was working on that I had a requirement of importing few packages using Adobe Campaign package feature for Creating External Instance.After the package import I am facing this issue of a particular type of error- You are not authorised to use SQL Expressions.'IsIMSLoggedIn' cannot be processed. (see attachment). I dont know the reason for it but this has cropped up after the package import.Anyone has any idea why this errror is showing up and how to resolve it. It will be very helpful.Thanks.

This cannot be done through the UI. Hi All,Hope your doing well,We have a email alert being sent to our inside sales whenever we have new MQL.My question is: Is there a way for the inside sales to change the lead status without opening salesforce/marketo?For example just a link that they will click inside the email and the stage will automatically change to SAL?Or that if they click a call to action the lead will be part of a list and will just create an smart campaign to change them?Thanks

Hi, new user here.I've created a custom field in my Marketo database called "Vendor Codes". Each vendor code can have multiple emails attached to it. Is it possible to create a smart list based on an uploaded list of vendor codes? For example, I have a list of 100 vendor codes. Let's say on average, there are 3 emails associated with each vendor code. So I'd like to send 300 emails to all 300 people. What is the best way to do this within Marketo? Or do I have to create a fancy INDEXED vlookup table to look up multiple values referenced per vendor code, then create a separate list to upload?Thanks!

Hi there!We are working on some cleaning up of our Marketo database and we found several hundred leads that do not have email address listed. I'd like to delete them out of Marketo (and not Salesforce). By doing this, will they come back into Marketo during the next sync period? What is the best way to make sure leads without email addresses will not come into Marketo. Thanks!

Hey there,I am currently building an external landing page with an embedded Marketo form. I would like to have my page scroll to the bottom after the form is submitted, and after using the "Take User to Defined URL" example in the documentation: http://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/assets/forms/examples/ , it does jump down to the bottom of the page after linking to an anchor. My question is, can this be made into an animated scroll rather than a jump with JavaScript or JQuery? I don't really have the experience in JS to build something from scratch, and any snippets that I've found and tried using don't work because they no longer override the form's configured followUpUrl.Any help I can get would be appreciated.Thanks!
