How can I create behavior filter (See screenshot)? I want to create a filter such as ' Recipients who have opened the email'   

HelloI was reading the documentation about managing bulk assets metadata: Managing Multiple Assets and Collections. The documentation states the following: " The asset list has all the assets selected by default. The metadata for assets that you remove from the list is not updated."This means that in my case that for example tag updates are only saved for "cat.jpeg" and "dog.jpg". Here is my use-case: Marketing uploads several assetsThey go into the bulk metadata edit mode > all assets are selected by default (see documentation) They assign new tags that apply to ALL of the imagesThey deselect "horse.jpg" They assign new tags that apply to ONLY "cat.jpeg" and "dog.jpg"They click save and expect the tags for "horse.jpg" to have been persisted.Obviously as stated in the documentation it has only updated the metadata for "cat.jpeg" and "dog.jpg". Hi All,I'm looking to get your take on unsubscribe links in outbound email cadences. Currently, our sales reps are using a system called Salesloft and send out emails to prospects in groups of 200 or so. The Salesloft website states that since emails are sent directly from your email server, they don't require unsubscribe links. I'm looking to transition our reps to MSI and enable them to send emails in bulk. Is an unsubscribe link required in this case?Also, I plan to have some special cadences where I will set up the flow in a program, but the emails will still look like they are sent from the reps. Does this scenario require an unsubscribe link?

I am working on User Synchronization in AEM 6.2.We need to deploy many configurations to our environment to support this.The issue I have is how do you create run mode configurations for factory configurations. These also include loggers, jdbc connections, agents of all types.I know how run mode configurations work for simple non-factory type configurations. Our AEM author instance is running behind a Apache webserver. The Apache webserver uses the dispatcher and the ssl module. If we send a POST request with the Host-Header "cms.domain.com:443/path/file.html" to the AEM author instance, the Apache returns a 403 Error. If we use the Host-Header "cms.domain.com/path/file.html" (widthout port) it works. We ar not able to change the configuration in the sending application, so the Apache must process the Host-Header with the port inside.How should we configure the dispatcher.any?Do we have to configure every domain/subdomain with and withour port (e.g. cms.domain.com:443 and cms.domain.com)? Or ist there an other, better solutiion?We are using Apache 2.4 and the dispatcher module 4.2.2 together wirth AEM 6.2.Thank you for aour assistance.RegardsThomas

I had a smart campaign for adding people to a nurture program that would trigger when the value of the product interest field changed (it's a custom field). I launched the campaigns and thought it was working. I happened to be checking some leads last week when I noticed that it wasn't adding leads to the nurture programs for the last month.So I looked through a sampling of leads and it appeared when a lead is added into Marketo from our website (via API) that the product interest field is not changing within Marketo for some reason, even though it is checked as true for every lead when it comes from our website.I tried changing the product interest field from a trigger to a filter and added a trigger for when a person is created via the API. (See screenshot below) But that still is not working as leads that have come in over the weekend have not been added to the nurture programs.Please help! Dear Experts,Our application is running on AEM 6.0 SP3 that is enabled with AEM-hybris connector which is integrated with Hybris 5.5 server. The product catalog data is imported into AEM from Hybris using AEM-hybris connector. We have also made some customization on top of Out Of The Box connector to meet some specific business requirements. We are now planning for migration to AEM 6.3 and hybris 6.3. We would like to know if the new connector, that we will upgrade to as part of this migration, is backward compatible. Every workflow that I create is not appearing under the inbox tab on Author.  I am a admin of our author instance and even if the ticket is not assigned to me, I can still see all tickets.  This issue just started a week ago, and not sure what to do.  The managed services team is not helping at all and the ticket is a P2 ticket that was created yesterday. Wondering if anyone can help me figure out why the workflows are not appearing under inbox.

Hi ,For several days I noticed that Salesforce and Marketo data is not syncronizing anymore.For example, if I change the Lead Status in Salesforce it will not update the status in Marketo also and vice versa.If a lead will be created in Salesforce it will not appear in Marketo.Also when I try to syncronize campaigns from Marketo to salesforce I receive the error from the attached picture.The weird part is that I don't have any Notifications with any mentions of the sync problems and I don't know how to identify the issues. Hi ,Is there a way we can set expiration date as we can set schedule for later while authoring new article in a blog/journal using AEM 6.2 communities.I couldn't find anywhere to expiration date. Currently, I am tried adding a new drop down on the composes similar to Schedule later drop down but I am not able to set the expiration date into the article properties in JCR. I modified the javascript to add expirationDate as part of Post data to server, but looks like server is not able to handle new variables as part of post data. Let me know if there is a way we can handle it. Is there any way we can extend the createJournalComment Operation just to handle the new variable in post data.Please let me know .Thanks,Sumeer.
