I had a smart campaign for adding people to a nurture program that would trigger when the value of the product interest field changed (it's a custom field). I launched the campaigns and thought it was working. I happened to be checking some leads last week when I noticed that it wasn't adding leads to the nurture programs for the last month.So I looked through a sampling of leads and it appeared when a lead is added into Marketo from our website (via API) that the product interest field is not changing within Marketo for some reason, even though it is checked as true for every lead when it comes from our website.I tried changing the product interest field from a trigger to a filter and added a trigger for when a person is created via the API. (See screenshot below) But that still is not working as leads that have come in over the weekend have not been added to the nurture programs.Please help! Dear Experts,Our application is running on AEM 6.0 SP3 that is enabled with AEM-hybris connector which is integrated with Hybris 5.5 server. The product catalog data is imported into AEM from Hybris using AEM-hybris connector. We have also made some customization on top of Out Of The Box connector to meet some specific business requirements. We are now planning for migration to AEM 6.3 and hybris 6.3. We would like to know if the new connector, that we will upgrade to as part of this migration, is backward compatible. Every workflow that I create is not appearing under the inbox tab on Author.  I am a admin of our author instance and even if the ticket is not assigned to me, I can still see all tickets.  This issue just started a week ago, and not sure what to do.  The managed services team is not helping at all and the ticket is a P2 ticket that was created yesterday. Wondering if anyone can help me figure out why the workflows are not appearing under inbox.

Hi ,For several days I noticed that Salesforce and Marketo data is not syncronizing anymore.For example, if I change the Lead Status in Salesforce it will not update the status in Marketo also and vice versa.If a lead will be created in Salesforce it will not appear in Marketo.Also when I try to syncronize campaigns from Marketo to salesforce I receive the error from the attached picture.The weird part is that I don't have any Notifications with any mentions of the sync problems and I don't know how to identify the issues. Did anyone experience this issue before? What should I do to fix it? (or at leas identify the issue)?Kind regards,Mihai

Hi ,Is there a way we can set expiration date as we can set schedule for later while authoring new article in a blog/journal using AEM 6.2 communities.I couldn't find anywhere to expiration date. Currently, I am tried adding a new drop down on the composes similar to Schedule later drop down but I am not able to set the expiration date into the article properties in JCR. I modified the javascript to add expirationDate as part of Post data to server, but looks like server is not able to handle new variables as part of post data. Hi I have a question regarding data import in campaign v6.1 by creating a import job. How can we check the job log after the import job have been executed. I would like to know how many records got excluded and reason why rather than for example say my new list has 60 records compared to 100 records in my original data list. 40 records has not been imported for no reason. I have been reading this article Importing data for many times. It mentions Trace modeSelect this option to track the execution of the import for each line.even though i have this option enable not sure where i can track the log.Thanks and Regards.

This is the issue.I have followed the guide in the official documentation. Additionally, I created a virtual host for invalidation_only though that was not explicitly in the docs, but I found that as a recommendation in this forum.What is happening is:I have /content/sitea and /content/siteb.I send the invalidation request for /content/siteb but in the dispatcher logs what I see is:Touched /var/www/html/content/sitea/.statIf I request /content/siteb/test.html, I get the test.html correctly and the file is created, but because of the incorrect .stat file being created in /content/sitea/ I have to delete the file again in order to clear the invalidated file.What could be the reason for this behavior?Flush agent is on the publish agents, and the request to http://<server>:80/invalidation_only/dispatcher/invalidate.cache returns 200.

Hi, I wonder if a Flow Step will execute correctly if choices have overlapping conditions.Let's assume I have an integer field "A".Choice 1 - A is less than 180Choice 2 - A is less than 165Choice 3 - A is less than 150 Choice 4 - A is less than 135Choice 5 - A is less than 120If A = 100, then logically it will qualify for all 5 choices. However when A is 100 I need it to go just through Choice 5 and not to go through choices 1-4. If A is 160, I need it to go through Choice 2 and not to go through Choice 1. In our system, a correspondence is being sent in two ways. Email or SMS. Using soap query, I want to view the correspondence being sent from adobe.There is one schema named as NMS:Delivery in adobe client which have all other details like content type, attachment path, attachment type, delivery type etc but I am unable to view the actual data, text or HTMLbeing stored somewhere in adobe which I can show in our web app. I can see the Email HTML template being used but that have placeholders which are supposed to be replaced. Hi,I am learning how to use Adobe Campaign tool and while I was working on that I had a requirement of importing few packages using Adobe Campaign package feature for Creating External Instance.After the package import I am facing this issue of a particular type of error- You are not authorised to use SQL Expressions.'IsIMSLoggedIn' cannot be processed. (see attachment). I dont know the reason for it but this has cropped up after the package import.Anyone has any idea why this errror is showing up and how to resolve it. It will be very helpful.Thanks.
