Hello!I am using AEM 6.1 and I am unable to access the "open properties" in the touch UI and the sidekick in the classic UI. I am setting up a sync between the Marketing Cloud and my local AEM instance, following instructions laid out here:http://docs.adobe.com/content/docs/pt-br/aem/6-0/administer/content/assets/mac-asset-sync.htmlI am able to sync successfully from local to the cloud successfully, but not in reverse.  Additional assets added to the cloud do not come down to AEM.  I have two replication agents that were created when setting this up.  One is called reverse.  I think that's the one handling the downstream sync.  Regardless, both show active green and test successfully.  Attached is a scrubbed log entry from the reverse replication agent:What do I need to fix to get new assets added to the cloud to sync down to their shared local AEM folders?Thanks--chris

Hi,Wondering if there is a way to track when a particular block of text is on a page? There is a CSS selector in the code that contains the text in question (under certain conditions), which is not in the HTML when no text/message is present.I initially thought of simply tracking when a button was clicked and the selector in question is in the markup. In theory, this would get me both the number of visitors exposed to the message, as well as conversions when the button was clicked and the message was present.Is this the most practical route? I am setting up an A/B test where with multiple template rules. I keep getting this promptSome of the values for template testing rules contain white spaces. If these are added by mistake please remove them OR add proper encoding for the whitespaces. Hi Team,I'm trying to use push on modify trigger to have my live copies updated when I am modifying Blue print page. But it doesn't work. I am not having any custom rollout config. Using the OOTB config. I enabled the sync actions that need to be triggered on Modification of the content sync. I even don't see any errors in the log file while update my blueprint page.I ran out of options. If I do rollout the changes roll out to the live copies. But I don't want to do that. I want auto push on blue print modification. Does anyone faced the same issue? Any help would be really appreciated.The same on the Activate and deactivate Roll out configs. When creating Raw Analytics Data Audiences, it seems to take forever for my Audiences to come out of the "Collecting Data" state.Attached is an example of a Raw Analytics Data Audience that I last updated on the 17th of May (2017) and we are now the 25 of May (2017). A week seems excessive to Collect Data?What is the acceptable time to wait for the data to populate? TIA. Runa.

Hi, Is there an option to set a Users permissions in DTM to, "Read Only"? It looks like the lowest level of permissions is a "User" and a user is able to edit any rule and data element. It seems there is not a read only level. Is this correct?Thank you, Wondering

Hello Adobe Community ,I'm trying to study the category pages, and pages, based on the visit depth.I made a segment on this criteria  : visit container[     visit depth = 2           and          hit container[                propX = studied category page (let's say "Bathroom hats")                   and                hit depth = 2          ]]My question is why, why do hit depth results > 2 show up when I use this dimention on the workspace?Should'nt all my visits have just 2 Hit Dephts ? I've created a few audiences using the Audience Library interface for real-time segmentation but they are showing as "collecting data". What does that mean and when will I start to see numbers?

When I approve and close my landing page, the footer completely disappears on the desktop view, but still shows up on the mobile view. I've looked in the HTML and there's no 'disable' language written in, but no matter what I do, the footer won't show up on desktop. Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm adding transition rules to move people from stream 1 to stream 2, pretty straightforward. However, the filters that were there from the marketo template cloned program I can't edit or remove so the flow step will move them to stream 2 and then move them to stream 1 again. How do I remove this greyed out filter?

Hello,I'm trying to start using DTM, however I seem to be unable to create any properties, as the button for creating new properties is not showing. I'd imagine that this could be a problem with insufficient rights, but I have tried adding myself as an admin and user to DTM.Here is a screenshot of my user rights (some info redacted):And this is what my DTM dashboard looks like:Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!

When editing Delivery/Delivery Template there is an "Include" menu which allows to pick up Pers. block etc.The question is how to modify it's elements? For instance, I'd like to remove Unsubscription link from here as it shouldn't be used in our environment and we have our own unsubscription pages.

It has been a month now since I got my certification as a Marketo Certified Expert. When I check the profile of one of my colleagues who has MCE as well on her Profile there lists CERTIFICATION LEVEL as Marketo Certified Expert.She mentioned that it appeared when the new community site opened....  Do I have to notify support to change my profile?
