Hi,I am using template editor in AEM 6.3.I created a base template under /conf/my_project/wcm/settings/template-types. Now i am creating a lot of templates from the base template.I have header and footer which are being shared across all pages irrespective of templates.If i put header and footer inside template-types/base-template,these components can be shared,but there is no way to author these components at that place.So the issue is how to make header and footer as global components.Any help will be appreciable.

Hello,We are trying to use velocity scripting in a token in order to generate emails for abandoned shopping carts. The below text is part of a token we can insert into emails, and the Shopping Cart is a custom object. This code works in our tests for giving the information for one product. However, we haven't been able to alter it to make it display information for multiple products. Even if we have multiple kinds of products loaded into the lead, we can't seem to figure out how to alter the script to reflect the below information for each product in the cart. Hi,I send an Event 1 time whenever I click on a button. However, the Adobe Analytics report show that Event is set 1 time for initial 5 minutes. But when I refresh the report, I see that Event is again got hit 6 more times. Note that Event participation is not enabled. Please suggest any possible issue. I can share a screenshot if needed.Regards,Preetpal

We recently launched a product and I would like to compare the first 7 days after launch to the first 7 days after our last launch. The dates don't exactly line up so I'm having trouble comparing them. I'm in Workspace and want to have a line visualization where I can see Orders, as well as other metrics, from the two launches on top of each other (launch day, 2nd day and so on). If these were both launched on the same date (or day of the week) it would be simple to compare as I could use day of the week as a dimension and compare my two segments, but those dates don't line up. I would like to normalize the dates (Day1, Day2, Day3 etc.), but I'm having a lot of trouble doing this. Is there a simple way to do this? Surely I'm not the only person who has wanted to compare a set of dates that do not line up. Thanks in advance. Matt

Good morning Target Community,I'm trying to set up an Activity in which I want to track conversion from one page to the next. To do this, I added a page to an existing experience and created a segment to my combined audience to track said conversions. However, when I attempt to go through the page flow, the global mbox is firing, but I'm not getting into the experience on the subsequent page.Additionally, I generated an Authentication Token, in which I'm getting "unmatchedIds" returned:"campaignId": 152962, "campaignName": "Campaign Name", "unmatchedSegmentIds": [ 1520742 ], "unmatchedTargetIds": [ 2409501, 2409087 ] },Any guidance you can provide on tracking additional pages, or how to solve the issue of unmatched IDs, is appreciated.- Brion
