Hi fellow AEM users, Can we delete the Global English folder along with the pages originally built within it without repercussions?We are currently working only with live pages with no inheritance with Global English.I just want to make sure that deleting Global English won't accidentally break any other functionality inside AEM. Thanks!

Hello, We are wanting to start to use Programs to group together some of our larger campaign projects that come in. I have created a new Portfolio to then house these Programs as they will need to sit away from the existing Portfolios we have, and then created about 10 Programs that sit underneath the new Portfolio. Our Project Manager has amended the 'Project Details' of a Project to include the new Portfolio and Program details to test this out, however since doing so, our internal users are no longer able to access the project or log time on their assigned Tasks, and external clients are no longer able to view Proofs within the Project.  It seems the point the Portfolio is added to the project is when the internal user loses access to the project. I assumed it was some sort of access issue, but if I then un-assign and then re-assign the user to a task within the project, they are again able to access the project and add time to tasks.  I've tested

Hi All, I am new to Adobe Experience Platform. I created a schema using XDM Profile and also created a data set for this schema. Now i want to injest data into this dataset by dragging and dropping file in json format.  I am not sure what is the JSON file structure that i need to create to get data ingested. I am aware I can use workflows my mapping csv to dataset. But i want to use json in dataset screen and drag and drop for a onetime use. I searched many of the forum tickets same question asked in many place but i dont see any proper response to it.   Please suggest.

Hello All, I am looking for recommendations to read Asset metadata to determine if the asset is AI generated, as an example I have started with Adobe Firefly, it would be good incase it can be expanded to other AI tools which generate similar contents. Hi, I want to ingest Salesforce Custom Objects (other than Lead, Contact, Account) to AEP. I already have a SFDC source connector for Standard Objects, and I was planning to use the same for a Custom Object I want to add. However, when I try to select data when creating the workflow, I can't find the specific Custom Object I need (but in the list there are other Custom Objects). Is there any specific configuration for this type of objects? Thanks,Renato

Hi, Is there a way where I can multiply the row values with Column Value (no. of UVs) for the following table in the work space.  For Eg., For row 1, I would like to calculate 1 * 121 = 121 , 2*28=56 ... and so on.Thanks in Advance. 

I want to write a query in AEM query builder to fetch the cq:Pages under a path based on some tags in descending order based on multiple value.I am able to write the query but the sorting part is little tricky. We have to sort the result primarily on publishedDate. if it is not there then use the lastmodified date. Only the sorting part I'm struggling. Please help

Hi. I'm having a problem with an email cta button link(s) not getting tokenized with the mkt_tok parameter. The button also has a VML backup for Outlook. The text links in the email pick up mkt_tok just fine. I have built several Dashboards for teams but the filters needed to view the reports never seem to stay on the Dashboard. I get regular complaints that the teams have to remember which views to choose when they go to the Dashboard to view all the reports.  How can I get these to remain permanent for all the Dashboards and reports I create? Thank you

This morning, I did a proof of concept of "Targeted Auditing" and would like to share it with the Community. I thought of the idea years ago but never made time for until my unsatisfying response to this thread twigged my memory. As below, my example records the changes to a particular "Target" custom text parameter in its "Target History" custom calculated parameter counter part...and to my delight, actually works! Hi,We have recently begun using the timesheet feature in Workfront.  I'm trying to build a report but it seems like what I am wanting is a combination of what I can get in an hour report and a timesheet report.  Is there a way to get a report that has both elements.  I'm wanting to group by user and then by timesheet (which I can do in a timesheet report) but then under the timesheet I want to see the source and hours (which I can get in an hour report).   I would also like a link to the timesheet, which I see in timesheet report but not in hours.Any suggestions and help is appreciated.ThanksHeather 

Hi I have a project-level report. In this report, I have a text mode field that basically shows at which task this project is currently stuck on. What I'd like to do is color code the row based on this field, so if it reads "Blocked," I want the entire row to be highlighted. The tricky part is that this field does not really exist in the data schema so I was wondering how the syntax would look like? I've been browsing through some relevant posts like How to set display rules in text mode - Adobe Experience League Community - 488385 and Comparing dates (and more!) with conditional forma... - Adobe Experience League Community - 518262but I'm still unsure about how to achieve this. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Hi,   I am using AEM 6.5 version.   I have created a custom workflow model. Currently I am able to launch it manually for single page.   But my requirement is to launch a workflow automatically as soon as activate button is clicked on page or asset from author. I don't want to trigger workflow separately. Is there any default workflow which AEM provides. Or please suggest a process for automating workflow triggering. I don't want to do it from workflow launcher on replication date modified node change.   Thanks in advance.    

Workfront used to have a few different training modules that we'd assign to new resources to learn the application.  The modules had names such as:Workfront for WorkersWorkfront for Collaborators These were available up until about a couple months ago but now they're gone. Seems odd that the modules would be taken away without letting the user base know.  There are courses in leaning.adobe.com but this seems to be a paid subscription service that I dont have access to. Did anyone receive a communication from the vendor about the removal of these courses? Is anyone else having issues with the lack of guided modules/courses that are available?

Hi _ I've managed to create a proof approval report for proofs in a specific program but I need help grouping results. I've gotten the report to a stage where it is grouped by project name, my next wish is to then group them by the proof name (file name). We have a number of projects with multiple proofs in them. I am using text mode for this - any "recipe" anyone can share to add a way to group by proof? (see screenshot )project name    proof name (hyperlinked)    approver/decision
