I am working through the Hybrid personalization using Web SDK and Edge Network Server API example and have a few questions. A bit more context:The site is using Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK extension in Adobe Tags. So far we've used the extensions Send Event to request personalization scope that is sent to our data layer What I would like to do now is render VEC decisions server side using Next.js/React. My approach so far has been to follow the hybrid approach example linked above. On my page's getServerSideProps I the server-side request to the /ee/v2/interact endpoint and I can see my VEC experience in the response. Up to now, all is good...The next step in the tutorial says to use the  Web SDK applyResponse command to render the decisions (code below copied from tutorial linked above). Some of our team members are trying to bulk download documents in requests but either nothing happens or an error occurs.I have tried as well and getting the same issue. There isn't any issue status on the website so not sure why this is happening. 

We are in the process of standing up a new AJO instance and migrating over.  Currently customers are either opted in or out of marketing emails, however in AJO we're looking to leverage subscriptions to allow a more personalized experience.  How do I mass enroll people who are opted in currently into the new subscriptions we have created?  The goal is that anyone who is marketing opted in will be enrolled in each subscription at launch and can then opt down as they so choose.  We have created the subscriptions, however I can't find anything in the documentation on adding people other than through the landing page themselves.  

Hi Community members,   On the document https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/data-lifecycle/api/overview its mentioned that data hygiene API be used to correct customer data. However i found no api which allow you to correct the data.   Is there really a data hygiene api which allows you to do so? Or the idea is just to re-ingest the correct data in the profile.   Thanks, Arpan    

Hi, I'm working on AEM Targeting via ContextHub implementation. While updating the config on the root page, I can see the brand listed in the dropdown. However, when I select the brand "Test Brand", the Area reference section is not loading, even though I have created everything as part of the setup. Moreover, we don't need to be part of the "Target Administrators" group, as it is only required for AEM - Target integration and not for ContextHub implementation. Can someone tell me what could be the issue?

There are multiple conversations around segments and Time on a set of pages - nothing that fully explains how to get to Time on a set of pages in the GUI. In the below screenshot - i use the page dimension and compare to a Hit level segment with Time Spent Per Visit.   Intuitively, the segment time is more accurate.  However when i add the other page segments it does not. Thoughts.

We need to know how much traffic we're getting from visitors using Internet Explorer, but using the browser dimension we can't see a single visit using IE - this can't be right. Any help in how to look into this further is appreciated.

Using SoapUI to call an AEM JEE process using REST/JSON.   Process is enabled for REST.  On running through SoapUI it comes back with HTTP 200...however it looks like my json variables are not being picked up in Adobe.  Using the VariableLogger in workbench shows that my expected variables are empty.   JSON{variable: "test"variable1: "this is a test"} Any idea how to successfully pass these to AEM? Thanks.

Hello, I am having some issues with Paid Search Detection for Marketing Channels. We are using cid parameter to detect campaigns, and I have currenly configured my "Paid Search Detection Rules" like this: And Paid Search is the first channel in the waterfall, and the only rule is Matches Paid Search Detection rules. After these, we have run a test campaign where a user comes from google to the site with a cid present like this: www.domain.com/page-title?cid=google:xxx:xxx:xxx:xxx We also save cid in the Tracking Code dimension and I can see that it have been collected, but the visit seem to have been registered as Natural Search. What could I be doing wrong? I already know it is case sensitive but that should not be the problem in this case. Would very much appreciate some help!

Hi There- I was wondering if someone could help clarify how AA's 30 day attribution window would work in the following scenario: I have a workspace in AA that uses last touch dimension as my row, and orders and revenue as my columns. I also have a filter with all first touch channels. I have set my date range to the last 2 weeks. When I apply a first touch channel filter (e.g. Paid Search), how does the lookback window work for the table? Is it still 30 days despite the 2 week date range? Or will it be limited to those two weeks? Thanks!

I would like to reverse the sorting of the granularity in report builder from ascending to descending.If I set the granularity to week and setup the table layout with week in the Columns it is automatically sorted Week1 in the most left column and then ascending to the right with Week2, 3, etc.I would like to reverse the sorting, so that the most recent week is in the most left column and then descending to the right with Weekx-1, x-2 etc.Is this possible with rBuilder or do I have to process the Data after the import with excel functionalites?

We are trying to customize the richtext when you try to edit via universal editor but I can't try to find any documentation. We are trying via extensions but only works over the content fragments new ui. Exists some solution to extend or use full RTE buttons with universal editor?

Hi All, We are trying to capture the user details in two different pages, so we used two different forms. For this scenario we have followed the below process. 1) When the 1st form get submitted we passed the email address in the form.onSuccess -> location.href = "2nd_Form_LP_url.html?email ="+emailAddress.  2) Then in 2nd Form LP, we used the JS to capture the email values from URL and stored it in hidden field. So the 2nd form field values will saved against to same email address in DB.   But we need to avoid passing the email address in URL and store the 2nd form field values in Marketo DB. Kindly share your feedback and is there any other solution to achieve this. Thanks in advance.

Hi Team,There is a requirement to hide the attribute.I have provided accessibleIf  to the customer table. It hides the fields in the database structure level.but in the nav tree, it's displaying the attribute with 0 if it's an integer attribute and null if it's a string attribute.also in the form I have provided, visible if so, it's hidden in the form.but still showing in navtree FYI: I have added those attributes in the customer schema navtree. Can anyone have the solution for it. 

We currently still use a Lean Kit board to track our projects in addition to WF. We've set up a WF Kanban board as a replacement to remove duplication of efforts.  We are experiencing some issues. 1. The card is creating a task in the existing project if we link the card to the project. Why is it creating a new task that isn't needed? 2. Is there a way to auto create a card when a project is created? Also wondered if there are color options for cards?
