Hi I have a project-level report. In this report, I have a text mode field that basically shows at which task this project is currently stuck on. What I'd like to do is color code the row based on this field, so if it reads "Blocked," I want the entire row to be highlighted. The tricky part is that this field does not really exist in the data schema so I was wondering how the syntax would look like? I've been browsing through some relevant posts like How to set display rules in text mode - Adobe Experience League Community - 488385 and Comparing dates (and more!) with conditional forma... - Adobe Experience League Community - 518262but I'm still unsure about how to achieve this. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Hi,   I am using AEM 6.5 version.   I have created a custom workflow model. Currently I am able to launch it manually for single page.   But my requirement is to launch a workflow automatically as soon as activate button is clicked on page or asset from author. I don't want to trigger workflow separately. Is there any default workflow which AEM provides. Or please suggest a process for automating workflow triggering. I don't want to do it from workflow launcher on replication date modified node change.   Thanks in advance.    

Workfront used to have a few different training modules that we'd assign to new resources to learn the application.  The modules had names such as:Workfront for WorkersWorkfront for Collaborators These were available up until about a couple months ago but now they're gone. Seems odd that the modules would be taken away without letting the user base know.  There are courses in leaning.adobe.com but this seems to be a paid subscription service that I dont have access to. Did anyone receive a communication from the vendor about the removal of these courses? Is anyone else having issues with the lack of guided modules/courses that are available?

Hi _ I've managed to create a proof approval report for proofs in a specific program but I need help grouping results. I've gotten the report to a stage where it is grouped by project name, my next wish is to then group them by the proof name (file name). We have a number of projects with multiple proofs in them. I am using text mode for this - any "recipe" anyone can share to add a way to group by proof? (see screenshot )project name    proof name (hyperlinked)    approver/decision

I am trying to do the local setup for xwalk project. I have completed the following steps:1. Running AEM instance in https mode.2. Running Universal Editor Service locally on port 80003. Hi, we want to add Links in a text which have the format:https://link.html/seite#/content/123/#TM4If we add the link without the /#TM4 it works but as soon as we add the second # in the Link (and it doesn't matter where in the link) the editor deletes the link while closing.Here I added it in a Text-Component in WE.Retail in men.html  How can I say the editor: This is a correct link do not remove it when two # are in it?  Best Regards, Anja  Ps.: we have 6.5.0.18 on premise and the behaviour is in OOTB.

I have a user that as been added to AEM through AD integration.  They are in a group that has been assigned access to the dev instance as an author. Their name is not in the User Management Table in AEM Guides and I cannot add them. Further, I cannot seem to assign them rights to create topics and maps which is what I ultimately want to do. Any advice?

I have a field called numPick which is a checkbox field that can contain multiple things, for ex AAA123, AAA122, AAA121. Is it possible to create a report filter that filters out projects that have more than one checked? Projects I want:numPick: AAA102 Projects I don't want:numPick: AAA123, AAA122, AAA120

Currently, I use Adobe RoboHelp 2015 to distribute IT Disaster Recovery documentation. While I edit HTML files with Dreamweaver, the majority of the DR info is stored throughout 1000s of Word files stored in a network folder structure. The SMEs edit those Word info with the info they need to restore their system if there's been a disaster. I link all of those SME-edited Word files to my RoboHelp project - when the SME makes a change, the icon next to the linked Word file in RoboHelp changes its color from Green to Yellow so I know that it's time to re-publish the RoboHelp as a browser-based output.I have been seeing "AEM Guides" everywhere in Adobe marketing - just got the invite to the conference in Las Vegas! - but I don't understand what it is. I'm looking for some simple answers to what I hope are some simple questions. Specifically:-- Is AEM Guides a replacement for traditional Help Authoring Tools (HAT) like RoboHelp?-- What are the output options, meaning, could I use this

I am looking for waterfall counts report in Adobe campaign, as business had been asking for new campaigns for the counts fallout. Can we generate the report just like unica campaign waterfall.

Does anyone know how to get back the functionality that was apparently removed to edit the text field so that the report doesn't show the "field:"  I used to this all the time and now it doesn't work.  When the report runs, the grouping is not as clean as it used to be.  Is there a new way to accomplish this?

Hi,I am using post_tnt to pull target activity ID, however, I am not seeing any matches.  For example, if I search for target id '111111' in target UI, the activity is there, however, when I pull that data in clickstream using post_tnt,  I don't see any results back.  What would be the issue here?Thanks

In our QA AEM publishers, the mapping rules have changed, It now appears to be pointing to map/https/cps instead of map.publish/https/qa-cps on both QA Publishers. We checked the Apache Sling Resource Resolver Factory in both QA publishers and the mapping location looks correct. Why would the mapping not point to our QA environment defined in Apache Sling Resource Resolver Factory i? (the same configuration works fine in our stage and production publishers) Thanks.

Hi all,  we've a requirement to add the custom button in aem search page after selected single asset. The same feature we implemented in assets page using JS its working as expected. But, when we add the logic in ominisearch.js it is not showing the button even load the pages multiple time.  Please share your input to sort the issue.
