Hi Community i'm trying to deactivate some templates without making changes on the users permissions, I try with the allowedPaths property (for instance using a regex like this: /b/B) but I got an issue, if we copy and paste (on the same path) one page of one of the templates with the restriction on the allowedPaths property you can by-pass the restriction and you will be able to have pages on undesire paths. Any idea of what can I do to fix this? or something new to deactivate templates without modifying the users permissions?Thanks in advance.K.

Hi All,Is there a way to set  default selected user in user picker. I have overlayed user picker and customized it to pull user from given group. User picker by default display blank field and upon selection sets the selected user to the textfield. Is there a way to tell (specify) userpicker to display a specific user from the list to be set in the textfield?Currently i am looking into render.jsp of user picker to check this can be achieved.Any help is really appriciated.  

Hi,We have integrated AEM with salesforce, we are able to pull data from Salesforce from the dispatcher URL. Hi All, I have disabled right and center align in the rte. expected result it should align left when content is not properly entered when left align is clicked.actual result : it does not do anything. it works fine when all the alignments are enabled. please help

Hey All,I am trying to put together a simple script to populate an image url based upon a integer value.  I essentially want 1 image if the value is greater than 0 and a default image if the value = 0.  I tried using the below script but it did not work (I have replaced the actual URL with place holder text for demonstration purposes only).Now, if I set the "highest score" equal to XX, the script will work for leads with a highest score field value = XX.Once I have this part figured out, I will also need to add an OR statement to check if "highest score 2" > 0@Sanford Whiteman​ - Hoping you can help me out.Thanks in advance.-JF

I'm working with a calendar file token and I'm not seeing a "full day event" option checkbox (like you have in Outlook/Gmail). Are there any workarounds for this functionality?

Many thanks to somebody with the knowledge taking the time to answer this:What happens to leads that are in a wait step, when the wait step time is decreased?Background: Let's say we're working on filling out the rest of a campaign and desire to keep everybody in the same campaign, as it progresses. Can we add a final wait step to put them in a holding pattern until the rest of the campaign gets flushed out? e.g. Setting the Wait time to 40 days and then decreasing it to 1 minute, once the next step is defined?Again, thanks for answering this!!-JR

Hi, my company has been wanting to track which leads are clicking through on the links we share via social media. I was reading this article https://nation.marketo.com/docs/DOC-2584, and it sounds like it is possible to some extent. I have a few questions, though:- Do URL parameters only work on Marketo landing pages? Would the parameters work for a page on our main website even if that page doesn't have an embedded form? I'm asking because the links we share via social media are not always Marketo landing pages or pages with forms.- Can we use the name of a custom field for the Parameter Name? In the example, it only uses the "Source" field.- Depending on the type of the custom field (Parameter Name), can the Parameter Value be a value (such as +1) if we wanted to track number of clicks for a particular social network for a particular lead?Thanks for you help!

Hi,I am new to AEM and using AEM 6.2I created a component for touch UI, which has a checkbox (added  class="cq-dialog-checkbox-enabledisable" attribute) and  textbox (added class="cq-dialog-checkbox-enabledisable-target" atribute). I have added client lib to the hide/show textfield based on checkbox select and unselect. This works fine when i added the component to a page and tested.I added touchUiDialogPath property /apps/sample/components/workflow/test/testlistener/cq:dialog and used the dialog in workflow  Dialog Participant Step. I started the workflow and in Dialog Participant Step CheckBox and TextField sowed up but TextField hide and shoe is not working. I noticed that my script itself did not get loaded when I did view source of the workflow page but script loaded for site/page. Hello, What would be the pros/cons of a custom solr integration implementation vs using solr oak index?By custom implementation, I mean using the solrJ APIs to index and search for content or doing something similar to what's outlined in this link:https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/aem_solr.htmlBy oak index, I mean what's given in this link:http://jackrabbit.apache.org/oak/docs/query/solr.htmlOne con of using the oak index seems to be that the developer has no control over whether the solr or lucene index will be used since it seems to be based on cost calculation done by jackrabbit. But this seems avoidable by having only solr indexes in the repo.Any one have any other thoughts on this?Thanks

I am trying to connect to the AEM 6.1 SP2 Java 8 environment running on Linux with a Windows Java 8 JConsole.  I can connect to it unauthenticated.  I can connect to it with SSL Client-Certs.  I can not connect to it if I try to enable/configure external ldap server which requires authentication (ie. non-anonymous bind).I am having problems with the JAAS configuration.  It seems I have found that the OSGi packaging affects the JNDI InitialContext which manages the SharedState values that the LdapLoginModule uses.  Specifically the javax.security.auth.login.password is not there which I see when I use the tryFirstPass=true in the JAAS configuration.  I identified that the com.day.common.simplejndi integration appears to change the shared state configuration to allow for the multiple osgi applications.So I am hoping someone on the forum has configured and tested JMX remote monitoring with SSL client authentication and external ldap authentication might be able to share the options used i

Hi All   I created custom metadata fields for video DAM Assets in AEM 6.0 .As described in the AEM documentation, these changed fields are available for ALL video assets in the DAM. I need these metadata fields to be made available to only a specific folder, e.g /content/dam/MYPATH instead of every asset. Any suggestions how we can achieve this? ThanksDipti

Hi,We recently moved to a new server ( during 6.0 to 6.2 migration) and everything is working correctly on author and publish instance. When we access the cached pages on dispatcher it's showing this error "[an error occurred while processing this directive]" wherever we have SSI components.   All the dispatcher configurations are exactly similar to earlier configs with SSI support enabled using below config:  # Enabling Server Side Includes for .html<Directory /nameofdir>   SSIETag on   Options +Indexes +FollowSymLinks +IncludesNOEXEC   AddType text/html .html   AddOutputFilter INCLUDES .html   AllowOverride All</Directory>

Hi ,I am trying to delete external account type-Web analytics as I have created a new one for my integration of campaign with adobe analytics.There is a error cropping up when I try to delete the old external account(error screenshot attached )please help in deleting this .Note : I want to delete this, because I think it is interfering with my integration. Old segments are being referenced from new external account, resulting in failure of technical workflow.

    I have done the campaign to analytics integration for Remarketing. There I found that WebEvent Segment are getting downloaded every hour(Administration>Production>Technical Workflow>Web Analytics Process>Recovery of web Event) But remarketing campaign deliveries are done just once in a day(exact the same time) for next two days. I want to know how this has been working/scheduled and also is there any way to customize the frequency and time of Remarketing camapign delivery.Please help!ThanksManish

When we send emails outside of MSI, will the unsubscribe status be ignored?  I noticed this on the operational email settings. So in other words, if we set up a program within Marketo (not sent via MSI) will our leads that have "unsubscribed" be sent the email or will their unsubscribe status be incorporated so they do not receive the emails?

am looking to customize the aem sites page.When we load the page i want to see the sites and their whole tree structure.Something like when select the move option its shows the tree navigation and child pages.I was not able to find the out of  the box code for this. Can anyone help me please.
