Hi!In our lead alert emails, "SFDC Details" stopped appearing consistently about two weeks ago. Our instance of Marketo is synced w/ SFDC. "SFDC Details" ALWAYS appears if the lead is already in SFDC, and NEVER appears if it's the first time a lead has ever been in SFDC.But this wasn't always the case!"SFDC Details" ALWAYS appeared no matter what. Any idea how to get this to display all the time?We've been going back and forth with support quite a bit with no luck.Thank you!Emilye.henze@jobtarget.com

Ad, website, going out by Marketo email.My question is how to track the lead who visited the page, downloaded the attachment without submitting the form. Thanks

Hi all , we have our AEM project home page as smarter and underneath smarter.html we create all other website pages. Now using Apache .htaccess file using rewrite rules we need to remove /content/smarter from all the page URLs . For example  if the default page url is smarter.com/content/smarter/article1.html  should be displayed on browser as www.smarter.com/article1.html.  Please any help with the rewrite rule or 301 redirect method in Apache will greatly helpful and appreciated.    Thanks in advance

In Adobe Campaign V6 you could have a user go to http://ac501.adobedemo.com/view/reports and login and just see a “Reporting Portal”.  Is this possible in Adobe Campaign Standard, if so, what is URL, how does it work?

Hi, I am trying to build the sitemap using the ACS Commons(https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/simple-sitemap.html), but I need the charset set to UTF-8, but it returns ISO-8859-1. I have also set the encoding to 'UTF-8' in "Apache Sling Request Parameter Handling ", but it doesn't seem to pick this up. Is there anything else I'm missing here. Please suggest how we can set the charset to UTF-8. Thanks!

Hi, I'm trying to extend the Calendar Component. I followed the link (https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/develop/communities/tutorials/extend-comments.html) and tried to replicate the same with Calendar Component, but with no success. The Update and Cancel events are not working. Could you give me details on how to successfully extend the Calendar Component and make it work?Could you please help me in giving information on how to make the Calendar Component work by adding/referring the Component directly from the HTML code, instead of drag and drop?I really appreciate your help with this.Thanks, Ravi.

Hi,I am trying to include the month dynamically in the name of the panel on Adobe Analytics Workspace. Is it possible?For example if I want to replace the panel name 'Panel(1)' to 'Traffic on page last month (March, 2017)'. Can we make the month automatically appear in the title, so that when I am creating a report in May I do not need to manually change March to April in the title?What does Typed/Bookmarked mean for in terms of referral domain. Does that mean the people are clicking on some link and arriving at the website or does that mean they are actually typing? I've been testing things out and scouring the forums for 2-3 hours now and I haven't found an answer to a very basic question (though I did find my exact question - unanswered since 2014). On a standard web page we would be able to create a homepage hero very very simply with a <div> that includes a background image and nested within that div, another one with text. Simple enough. Marketo doesn't allow nested marketo elements though. So if I try to create a <div class="mktoImg"> <div class="mkoTxt">Page Title</div> </div> then I'm going to get an error about nesting mkto elements inside each other. I've tried adding a mktoString for both the text and the background image, but Marketo doesn't recognize the ${backgroundImage} when placed inside the url(). When I try to create a <div class="MktoImg" style="max-height:500px;"> and add a nested mktoString <h1>${PageTitle}</h1>, the image no longer obeys any of the CSS (max-height) and takes ov

For a Granite Task, I can see setAction() and getAction() methods which sets and gets action-id. But I don't know how to tell what action is to be done for certain action-id.How can we configure the action for an action-id?

Okay, I am going to do my best to explain the issue we are experiencing.  Feel free to ask for more clarification if needed.We have a very robust database already prior to Marketo, and many of the people in our database are already an SFDC type of contact.  In many cases, "leads" that are delivered to our sales team are actually contact records.  Because of this, in SFDC we do have a lead status field in leads (standard), and a custom contact status field in contacts.  Should our "Status" field in Marketo be mapped to both of these fields in SFDC, or should we have one Marketo field for Status (leads) mapped the lead status and one for contact status that is mapped to the contact status in SFDC?  The latter is how it was setup during on-boarding, but I am starting to see some issues with the way that it functions.

Is it compulsion to create site structure as  /content/we.retail/us/en/Experience Can we directly create /content/we.retail/Experience We do not have different language copy sites and  international sites. We don't intend to develop in near future. How will it effect the implementation(development), if we don't consider having us/en? What is the better way to remove /us/en in the urls?.

I'm sending out an email to a list to fill out a survey, I plan to send the email 4 times over 2 weeks. I want to make sure that if they click the link within the first email they wont be sent emails 2, 3 , or 4. And if they didn't open the email or click the link that they do get the next 3 emails. I'd like to keep it all within a single campaign, so i currently have a combination of wait steps and send email steps.Would this flow work on accomplishing the above goal or would I be better off with a remove from flow step?

Where can I find a dedailed description of what actions is done to a document when "GeneratePDFService/Create PDF" and "Assembler Service" create PDF/A (1-b) documents? The only information from Adobe I have found says that the document is unpacked and fonts are embedded. Other blogs (focusing on signed documents) talk about parts of the document is deleted and other parts are added.  Is there an official detailed documentation?

Hi everyone,I hope someone can help me with this question. How can I achieve the following:  User - Geo Location => Austria User - Referrer => Search Engine If this user accesses a German Website from a Search Engine I would like to redirect the user to the Austrian website. My problem is the that once a user is targeted he stays within this audience. The problem I have is I don´t want to redirect this user if he comes to the German page directly or from another website. I see two options I´m seeking the actual solution for:1. Can i get the geo location back from Adobe with my initial MBox Call? 2. Is there a possibility to target someone with a dedicated audience without adding him to this audience afterwards? Thank you very much in advanceSimon
