Hi all-I am hoping I can get some suggestions or answers on the acuracy of location data within Adobe.  Background:We are running some local campaigns targeting display ads to geo's around the Pittsburgh PA area.  The agency running the campaigns is claiming that they are only targeting that area and surrounding areas (Facebook ads, Pandora, CPC Display, retargeting, etc).  However, when looking at my Adobe data, the majority of the city traffic for these particular campaigns is from area's WAY outside the target area (California, Florida, New York, Georgia, Virgina, etc).  We do capture IP address in a variable to help with these type of investigations.  What is am seeing is that large blocks of the IP addresses are showing under these locations, a lot of which have a search engine as the registered IP provider.  Doing a reverse look up didn't get me anywhere because iplocation.net shows 15 different DB's for the IP and I sometimes get 6-7 different locations (not even in the same sta

Using AEM Forms 6.2 I've created several adaptive forms, each with rules applied to many of the fields.  Today I can see the rules but I cannot create a new rule nor can I edit the existing rules.  If I select a field that has a rule I can select the Edit Rules icon.  Here I see a list of rules that were created.  If I select a rule's checkbox, I see the Edit icon.  But if I click on the Edit icon it does not do anything.  Same for the Create icon.  Any ideas?

Hi,Is AEM Reverse Replication out of the box, if I install Author on 4502 and Publish on 4503?It did not work for me when I entered a blog post in Geometrixx Demo. http://localhost:4503/content/geometrixx/en/blog.htmlThe log keeps on saying "Fetched 0 items".Also, why should look at "Agents on Author" for Reverse Replication.Should it not be "Agents on Publish"Kindly clarify.Thanks,Rama.

Is a user with all roles fine including and API role?  I am looking to be that person.  One being the fact that when we have integrations we need a specific user that can be used.  Is there any harm in this?

Hello everyone,For my project, I would like to create a workflow that would have 3 steps I think.I need one of those step to involve a participant. This step would be the second and this participant does his job on a custome cq:page or a page or a form it doesn't matter as long as I can customize it like I want. So the worklow would look like this :1 - A Java Sling servlet would start the workflow2 - The first Step would gather information around the JCR for the next step3 - This is the participant step, the 2 step. the information collected in the previous step have been sent to my custom page. The participant received a notification in the inbox and goes to the custom page.He does what he has to do on this page. To sum it up, he has to validate some stuff. Then by click "done", it advances the workflow to the last step sending information from the custom page to the last step4 - Third and last step, information collected from the previous custom page are used by a java class to do so

Hi all,I am trying to understand in what context the statistics field in the landing page actually means? I have a program with two form fill landing pages. The program "members" says I've collected about 15 members. However the first landing page "statistics" field says there are "98 views, 13 filled out the form" and the second says that there are "124 views, 38 filled out view". How come those do not reconcile with each other? By the way, the landing pages were CLONED from another program. Does that affect anything?What does the statistics on each landing page actually mean? Are they specific to a program, or the history of form fills of a certain form? Thank you!!

Hello All,I am very new (infant) to AEM space, so please excuse if question sounds very basic to you. But please help me understand the dos and don't.Here is the situation. At our organization, we had been using paper based forms. The users could go online, download the form, print it, fill it (by hand), sign it, scan it and send to appropriate personeel for approval signature. In the end, the form will end up in HR or payables with all required signatures. We purchased Adobe's AEM solution to cut down the manual processes. With the purchase, I have installed Adobe's experience manager (6.2) on weblogic server, Forms designer tool and Acrobat Pro on my desktop. With Acrobat Pro, we converted flat PDF forms to fillable PDF forms. As a user I can open the fillable PDF form on my desktop and put my digital signature, but cannot send it to next person for his/her signature. Hi all,I have an issue with Adobe Segment builder. Basically whenever I place a page label with 'THEN' logic follow by another page label within a separate container (e.g. page 1 THEN [within 1 Visit(s)] Page 2) I get zero values from the preview.When I take it out the preview immediately produces values. Does anyone know what might be causing this? You would think if the condition is not valid Adobe would simply ignore it and still provide values regardless. I am a developer, I want to develop on the platform and show the work I have done. Will there be such a version? I really don't mind if the code lives on Adobe's premisses I just want to be able to create code and show the work done. In addition, how do developers get a hold of AEM 6.3 if they haven't purchased a license but want to learn the platform?

One of our markets is asking for more specific MQL alerts. We currently have MQL based on a lead score threshold for leads, but are looking to potentially add: Alert to owner when a Contact (account type = prospect) reaches a threshold Alert to owner when a Contact (account type = client) reaches a threshold (upsell opp) Basically to let sales & account management know it is time to re-engage. Do others have several notifications like this in place? If so, what else? Or are there more elegant ways of doing it? Also, would love thoughts on email alerts vs. tasks. Thanks!

Hello everyone,I'm currenty trying to write a little piece of code which deletes all delivery logs that are linked to a cancelled delivery (or in some situations deliviers in "stop requested" state). The code first loads all delivieres which are in the specified states.After that, I want to load all delivery logs which are linked to those deliveries (OT: I'm currently doing this by using 2 different database queries, because I don't know how to select data from 2 linked tabled with the xtk.queryDef, maybe somebody can give me some advises with this problem as well).The problem with this is, that I can't query the foreign key in the schema "nms:broadlogrcp". Hi ,I am working on target and campaign integration. I have successfully sent a delivery based on fetching dynamic images  served by target( depending on segmentation rules). It is working fine when I am using absolute urls of images on web .When I am creating redirect offers in Target while configuring rawbox. I have to provide url of image in the offer. I want to know what will be the url of the images that I have uploaded in Assets (if I want to use images from assets in target offers, then to adobe campaign Email delivery,what are steps for that).Please provide insights.ThanksSenthil

Hi! Lately we do not get the referring domain "typed / bookmarked" anymore. I believe it is connected to the fact that our implementation was changed and now in the tracking call every variable will be dispatched, indifferent if it actually contains a value or not.If the query string parameter for the referrer is empty like "&r=&g=www.homepage.com".... will this be attributed as "Typed / Bookmarked" or not? It doesn't look like!

I have created livecopies of lang-country sites. All my nodes are replicated under language copy. I got a requirement to change the URL as per language. For e.g. http://localhost:4502/editor.html/content/geometrixx/fr/products.html => http://localhost:4502/editor.html/content/geometrixx/fr/produits.htmlI saw couple of popular sites (MS, apple etc..) they dont translate (atleast I dont see that translated on my browser) even though the content is different language.Is there any impact of translating the nodenames so that the URL is changed (assuming that this is only way).If no impact, Is there any way the content author can change the node name without content author touching crxde. I also saw sling.alias property by which I can see both URL (english and translated lang url). But I believe, this will impact my SEO rankings with two URLs with same content which can only be avoided by using canonical url. Appreciate any ideas.
