Hello! I have several programs that have trigger campaigns set up based on a visit to a webpage. For example, our blogs. But my social media manager is now using UTMs when she blasts on social channels, and I'm concerned my "visits webpage" campaign won't trigger if the URL string doesn't contain her UTMs?

It was brought to my attention recently that in our progressive profiling forms, the pre-populated data shows in the source code. In most cases this isn't an issue. My concern was with personally identifiable data. Does anyone else feel concerned about this? Has anyone taken steps to remedy this with, say, an external js? Is that even possible in Marketo? We have identified a group of users based on their behavior, that we consider core. We’ve obtained them based on their unique ID variable, but also because of their account attributes and frequency of visit to our page, at least once a month during the last 12 months. We currently do not have one variable that identifies them exclusively,  since they were identified given a set of variables and metrics.  I know that inputting 62,100 unique IDs into Segment Builder is a non-starter, and I am using report builder to easily extract some metrics, but it is a pain.Since we have a list of these 62,100 account IDs, is there a way to create a segment or run metrics on them?Thank you!

Hello!As a result of an interactive installation at an event, I have a set of personalised pdf's associated to a list of contacts/emails.Now after the event we'd like to send a follow up to each person with a link to download their own pdf.I can think of two ways to do this:1. Name each pdf: your-report-{{lead.last name}}.pdf , upload on marketo, and then use the last name token to link to each file2. Create a custom field that holds the file name of each pdf - send the campaign - then hide the field  (Which I want to avoid - right?)Is there any other way you can think of?Thanks,.yannis

Hi,I came across one of the utility to clean empty workflow folders (remaining after OOTB workflow purge) in http://aemfaq.blogspot.com/2013/07/utility-to-get-rid-of-folders-not.html. This utility is working in AEM 5.6 but not working in AEM 6.1 since AEM creates internal folders under instances node such as server0, 1, etc. Please let me know if there are any OOTB or Adobe recommended approach for cleaning empty workflow folders for AEM 6.1.Regards,Ashwin Raju

We are doing some tracking across domains, as our conversion numbers are reporting very low. We're finding that some visits are tracking across our 2 domains just fine, while many are logging it as 2 separate visits. This is causing our tracking codes to not tie through to conversions. How can we track visits across domains to ensure proper conversion/revenue tracking?

Did some local testing and noticed that if, for example, 3 people are following a blog post and someone leaves a comment, there are 5 Mongo documents created:1x Comment1x Activity, for the user who commented3x Notifications, for each user following this blog postWhat happens if we had, again just for example, 15,000 users following a blog post...!Would that generate 15,002 Mongo documents each time a comment was posted?Would this slow down the time it takes to post each comment?Couldn't this quickly get out of hand, if you had a large number of blog posts that users were actively following and commenting on?Version: AEM 6.2 with Communities FP1 & FP2SRP Config: Mongo DB SRP (MSRP)

Hi masters!I’ve configured the RTE sourceedit feature for a component via ‘cq:editConfig/cq:inplaceEditing’. It works fine.Now, I need to configure the same sourceedit feature for a component with 2 richtext fields. I’m trying to figure out if it’s possible to configure the sourceedit for editing in a dialog (because with inplaceEditing, only one field can be modified).Anybody has implemented something like this?I’m working in AEM 6.2, TouchUI.Regards!

I have imported List to a static List from CSV, after the import process is completed and when i see the List the data is not there, it just populates the marketo ID but nothing thereafter, everything is blank, even the number of leads imported is not correct. this is a usual process which was working fine previously. i have import access.Thanks,CK

If I have a new website, and want to record leads from it, can Marketo set my server’s dedicated IP address, and automatically sort lead from that IP’s country?For example, my server’s dedicated IP is from Singapore and another one is from US, and my website has a form to let client fill info and submit to Marketo. If the client view my sites from different places, probably they will leave message to different server. Just in a very simple way that I want to filter those information by IP. Can marketo has such function to sort leads?I understand that Marketo can track this info with the help of munchkin code in the field Inferred country. But the challenge what I face here is I don't see the Inferred country value getting updated or created in Marketo's Lead activity Log.Please help me with this.

We have historically used an AEM instance for web content management.  The assets repository for that instance retains assets used/published on those web properties.We would like to have a separate DAMS instance to house all original master assets that published renditions are created from.  This "global" repository would have heavy ingest and update use and architecturally would be tailored for managing those large and many original assets.  Isolating performance impacts from the web content publishing instance is the driving thought behind this.  Can asset renditions suitable for web presentation be shared/published from this global DAMS into the instance for web publishing via a best practice or proven use case?  We would like to update one master asset and new renditions would then be replicated to the publishing instance for update to all end pages utilizing that asset.Any thoughts, direction or reference would be greatly appreciated.Jim P

I've run my Email Link Performance report that provides me with net clicks per URL, however, in my email the same URL is used in multiple locations. Is there a way to segment each click by URL location within an email?

We have the same form on multiple pages on our site (a general contact us). It would be helpful to alert somebody when the form was submitted, but also include what page it was filled out on. I can see that in the "filled out form" activity record - but can't figure out a way to get that in the notification... Has anybody had this issue before? I thought I could create a field on the lead record and make it hidden on the form itself, but I dont see an option for the referrer URL, only a referrer param.

How do we differentiate the forms? We are giving different scores to those that complete a content and contact form, but can't find where this is listed.
