Can you edit the information that is sent through the Send Alert Info token? If so, how would I do it?

Trying to access some open tickets, but can't get access.  Are others experiencing this?

I have our ABM industries setup as segments in RTP; I also have an account list for our employee base. I want to run an A/B test for an in-zone campaign, but I want "global" results; so I have a/b campaigns for all my target industries, but I would like to open it up to non-target industries. I created a segment called 'all' and set it based on the following: (did I do it right, I'm only seeing minimal hits)

We have a component that allows our authors to dynamically select the number of columns and the associated widths.  Example 12, 7-5, 6-6, 4-4-4, 3-5-4, etcOnce they have selected this click save, they can add components into each of the corresponding parsys.If the user changes their selection from 4-4-4 (3 columns) to 12 (1 column), nothing "cleans up" the orphaned nodes.Desired Result Example:4-4-4 - 3 ColumnscolumnControl    col0        componenta    col1        componentb    col2        component12 - 1 columncolumnControl    col0        componentaUnfortunately, this is the actual result .... meaning col1 & col2 are orphans and NOT removed from the parent nodes.Actual Result Example:12 - 1 ColumncolumnControl    col0        componenta    col1        componentb    col2        componentc  Is there something I can do to remove the orphaned content BEFORE the new structure is saved?Thank you for your assistance.-Dean

The title more or less says it all. Looking to get form data from an external site into Marketo. I suggested a Marketo form, but they've come back with wondering how to make a POST or GET method data pass to work. Any ideas?Thanks!

I am doing milestone youtube video tracking through DTM. It is perfectly working fine on a desktop browser & on an android (chrome and Samsung's native) browsers. However, youtube milestone tracking doesn't work on an iOS like iphone safari browser.could you provide me any clue on how to fix this issue?

Hello! Hoping to find a solution to this: I am needing to create a link in an email that is different depending on who owns the lead the email is going to. Anyone know the best way to do this? The only thing I can think of is creating a custom field being the link and then creating a smart campaign that puts that link in the custom field when a lead is assigned to a lead.

I typically work with off line data to build statistical models;however, now I will need to learn how to extract a sample of visitor level data (Web log/ clickstream) from SiteCatalyst or Discover so that I can conduct some web mining on some of the unique visitor paths.I have not been able to find any tutorials or help documentation in this area.Thanks

I just ran both reports for the same time period looking at a specific page and the visits are off by 50% in Full Path Report.I am choosing specific page in both the Page Report and when I choose page in "Showing paths containing" in Full Path Report. 

Hi, I am using Ad Hoc analysis and using the metric occurrences. I want to pull the same report using Report Builder. Which metric will closely relates to number pulled by using occurrences. I am trying to pull SiteCat segmented data using the below code through https://marketing.adobe.com/developer/api-explorer#Report.Run (1.4 REST). The requirement is to pull top pages reports with page view as a metric. We have multi-suite tagging, I just wanted to pull only some pages by applying a segment, but the segment code is not working. Hello,I am investigating different options for optimising our website. Having spent a morning of searching online, I have found the vast majority of articles refer to optimising the repositories, the OAK side, the workflows and indexing. While I am certainly not dismissing these factors, they're not quite what I am looking for - I was hoping to find more examples of how to optimise on the front-facing site. So for example:reducing the number of HTTP requests - there appear to be quite a few extra JS files loaded on our site, some of which may not necessarily be needed but they are all dependencies of each other. Does anyone have experience of this with their website and do you have any tips on how to reduce the number of requests without breaking the site?similarly, are there any JS/CSS files that AEM loads by default which don't need to be on the front-facing site?I've read that it might be a good idea to use a CDN for JS/CSS assets - but how does this work in conjunction with using C

I upload all my content files at the same time, but I want publish at different times throughout the week, but in doing so, they will be timestamped when I first uploaded the article. So if I publish the article on Friday, it says uploaded 37 hours ago, so to a reader it makes it look like an old article. I don't want to have to reload the .article content file every time to get a new time stamp. Is there a way to schedule all these posts and have them post at that time, with that time stamp. It seems like something that would be standard? Am I missing something?Thanks in Advance.

We have a scenario where we need to re-direct the users post a form submission to a specific URL but need to include a token value that is populated via a webhookHere are the steps:1.User sign ups to form2.Webhook call is made and value is returned3.Use that returned value in the thank you page URLThe issue is that there is a delay between the form submission and the webhook populating that value. Is there a way to add a delay step on the 'thank-you' page re-direct until this value is populated

Is there a way to assign new leads equally between owners without using a partition? I've tried the random sample flow but it only assigns 50% to the intended owner and the other 50% to "new lead". How can I assign them equally between 2 owners?

I've been working with support because leads from my Twitter Lead Generation Cards are captured in Twitter but never make it to Marketo. With @Sanford Whiteman​​'s amazing help, we determined that Twitter was sending the information but Marketo was not receiving it. He was instrumental in setting up a way to send from Twitter > Sandy's Gateway > Marketo that seemed to fix the issue, but today Support said that the Gateway does not consistently work and the connection to Twitter does not work.I reached out to Twitter but wasn't successful in getting help on their end and support says without their help this can't be fixed. I pointed out that Twitter is their partner, Tier 1 support for users won't help me but their product manager should have a contact within Twitter. They said that Twitter is not a partner and when I pointed out the Launchpoint page (below) they said that will be taken down soon since it's not accurate.Am I the only one who can't get leads from Twitter? Hello,We are upgrading AEM 5.6.1 to 6.2.I am checking crxde lite and found that error log does not show up properly.All we read is No appender with name [/logs/error.log]This messesage keeps repeating.I loggin http://ourserver:4502/crx/de/index.jsp with administrator acount.Then clicked "Console" tab. All we can see in drop down menu is "Server Logs".It works perfectly in AEM 5.6.2, but not in AEM 6.2Any advise/comments would be appliciated.

I have a parsys, and i am dropping same component on it multiple times, by default it is getting some random name , like text_273462, text_236452386. But my need is to get the name as text_1,text_2,text_3 and so on. Any help??(image for reference)
