Quick question, does Nurture program status=influenced/success automatically pauses a lead from the same nurture program, meaning no longer receive the coming cast(email that hasn't been exhausted)?Thanks!Emma

Is there a way to restrict what tags will be shown (something like tagsPath from tagspicker)?Thanks

I have to enhance to Hyperlink functionality in TouchUI Rich text editor AEM 6.2. i could not find anything related. Only closest thing i could find out was this article http://experience-aem.blogspot.com/2015/11/aem-61-extend-touch-ui-rich-text-table-plugin-add-summary.html but this is for the tables and it doesn't even work in AEM 6.2I have to add a field to allow 'screen reader only' text in the hyperlink. This is for accessibility requirement. So there will be an additional field in Hyperlink to capture this information. What can be done in this case ?Can anybody provide any pointers?TIA

We are new marketing automation users so our Salesforce users are seeing Marketo activity in SF for the first time and do not like how it is ‘cluttering up’ the latest updates sections in Chatter, on relationship records, and on contact records (screenshot below).  Can this be turned off in SF, and if so how?  We still want our 3 Marketo sync activities to appear (email sent, email opened, clicked link) in the Activity History section lower down on contact records though.

Hi Team,  I have been asked to take entire package of the most used environment for testing purpose. Can i take the entire project level package or is it just the instance which I will have to focus on.

I am getting a Not Found error for the page when I try to hit it through the publish instance.Dispatcher logs show the following -  Filter rejects: GET /content/test/en.html HTTP/1.1 cachefile does not exist: /mnt/var/www/html/content/test/en.htmlThe publish-farm.any has been configured on both dispatchers to allow the htmls and the required content.What else could be blocking the page from showing up.

I have a smart campaign running with a list of email domains that should be blacklisted. If I go into a contact (who's domain is black listed), and deselect them as being blacklisted, does this process overwrite the work of the live smart campaign? The qualification rules in my smart list state that a lead can run through the flow 'every time'. Does this mean at some point it will be switched back to being blacklisted? Perhaps after the record has been updated?

Is it possible to create a field in a form that will display a text bubble with additional information when you hover over that field? I've seen some forms with a little question mark in the right hand side of the field. When you hover over the question mark, it provides additional information about the field (an explanation of why the information is needed, for example).

We have different programs running and each one has a thank you page.When users land on the thank you page, some pages don't have this ID and some do:?aliId=6609227Where is that from and why do some pages do not have the end tag: ?aliId=6609227This may be the issue with lead flow as we are getting one set of numbers in marketo and a larger increase in Google Analytics.

My client wishes to use Adobe Marketing Cloud as their central CRM console but is also using other 3rd party systems for particular tasks in their overall product suite. Is it possible for Adobe Marketing Cloud to trigger campaign events in external systems via API ?For example, an email campaign is executed in Adobe Marketing Cloud. At the same time an external system (via API) detects that the campaign has gone live in Adobe and triggers a separate system to make a bonus scheme go live.Can someone point me towards API documentation that could be used to achieve this ?Thanks.

Hello,Our agency is working with some clients that use DTM. As part of our work, we're going to embed a marketing script on their pages. We'd love to embed using DTM, but would want to test ahead of time to ensure no conflicts. Is there a place to get developer access to a DTM sandbox or would we have to pay for the whole marketing cloud?Thanks!

Does this report exist anymore in Ad hoc? I don't see it in the report menu drop down: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/dsc/c_reports_virtual_focus.html. Or do I need to enable it somewhere? Thanks.

I will check internally to see if there is a known best practice - however - when reading JCR docs - i have never seen a specific limit. 

Here's the scenario:Test 1 is on the main landing page. I want to create a second test (Test 2) whose test page will be two pages farther into the funnel from Test 1.Test 2's test page cannot be accessed directly. Any traffic that visits Test 2's test page can only get to that page if they have first visited Test 1's test page.I would prefer that the two tests remain mutually exclusive from one another for cleaner data. So, in order to do that I must:1) Reduce the amount of traffic Test 1 is consuming. If Test 1 consumes all the traffic from its test page there won't be any traffic that hits Test 2's test page that hasn't already been subjected to Test 1. So, Test 1's traffic must be reduced in order to let some 'untainted traffic' flow through to Test 2's test page2) Set up an exclusion rule on Test 2 saying that all traffic that was subjected to Test 1 should be excluded from entering Test 2. The remaining traffic that has not been subjected to Test 1 will be entered into Test 2. I b

Hi guysI have a quick question regarding version purging. According to [0] I should use the Version Manager (PID com.day.cq.wcm.core.impl.VersionManagerImpl). Yet there is also a configuration for the Version Purge Task (PID com.day.cq.wcm.core.impl.VersionPurgeTask) which according to [1] is part of the maintenance tasks. Do I understand it correctly that the Version Manager can be used to clean up old versions whenever a new version gets created. However when no new version gets created it will not remove old versions. That's why we have to run the Version Purge Task periodically to make sure the age limits are met. Is this correct?And one more question. According to [2] it is possible to disable versioning on the publish altogether. Could someone please explain to me how this is done. I couldn't find such an option. Would it be sufficient to set the "Implicit Versioning Paths" in the Version Manager to a non-existent path or leave it empty to achieve this?Any help is much appreciate

Is there a way to retrieve a list of the supported filterTypes on the leads API? I ran the describe.json on the model, and received all the fields on the Lead model, but when I try to use one of them in my query, for example, firstName, I get an error message that says "Lookup field 'firstName' not supported". Has anyone encountered this issue before, and is there a way to retrieve all the fields I'm able to use as lookup values? Thank you in advance.

DTM: After publishing rules, site is still reporting to an old production release. note: everything works well in staging....any help would be appreciated
