I am looking to add user to user list in collection setting page, so that i can share asset to other user.but it only show Kelly Creative in the user list ,even if i  have provided the dam-users group read permissions at the path home/users.Please adviseThanks

Hello,I am trying to run a campaign where visitors are shown a banner on the homepage and then they will see a another banner later in the journey.  However, since users can access the journey from a number of sources we are finding that a lot more customers would be entered in the second mbox without seeing the banner on the homepage.  I was wondering if anyone knew of a way you could put a restriction on the second mbox saying only show banner if customers have seen the first.Any advice would be greatly appreciated,Michael

Hello,I would like to run a report or smart list to discover leads that are failing to sync with SFDC to diagnose some sync errors. I have seen the notifications at the top of the page and also the synch error reason within the lead activity record, but for now no way to pull together a list. One of the page of our site is not editable, on checking its properties we found out that the has a property "jcr:isCheckedOut" marked as false and that's why we were not able to edit that page.I could just find that it is related to versioning. But could not figure out, how it happened and to change it back to true.

Hi all,      The company I work at is getting Data Workbench and I was reading up on the clustering options in the predictive analytics section and had a few questions on it. 1. The clustering option uses k-means to partition your data set correct? So why isn't this considered a descriptive analytics option ? Is there some feature that makes predictions for each of these clusters that's not in the documentation2. A critical part of k-means clustering is normalization what type of normalization goes on when someone uses this product?Full disclosure I haven't actually used the product yet so I'm sure there are a lot of features that I haven't looked at yet that might warrant  grouping in the clustering tool with the other predictive analytics tools.Best,        James O'Hagan

I tried to create event rule for click tracking of "a" tag which has specific property, but the rule fired even on all other links.I investigated it and found SL.propertiesMatch function has a procedure might cause unintended behavior easily.I intend to assign propery "data-tracking" with any value at "condition" area in DTM and set "data-tracking" = .* (RegExp).Then I clarified it on staging website, every time i clicked anchor links, that rule fired.When links which does NOT have specified property are clicked, DTM searches "data-tracking" property and returns null.Then it checks if null(null) matches /.*/i (RegExp). My preference center form lives on a landing page. Instead of a follow up confirmation page upon submitting the form, I'd like for users to stay on this landing page and receive a lightbox confirmation form. What are your recommendations to build this?

Hi,I am currently looking at the new spam control filters available in FP6 (https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/administer/communities/users/limits.html). To be able to successfully implement this though, some users will need elevated privileges to be able to access the /communities/members page to be able to lift posting restrictions on new members (i.e. unticking the 'Contribution Limits' tickbox). The documentation says this:Authorized AdministratorsWhen working with members in the Communities members console, it is necessary to be signed in as a user with appropriate permissions, and for the replication agent used by the tunnel service to be correctly configured.  If not signed in as admin, then the signed in user must be a member of the administrators user group. I have huge reservations about adding regular users (albeit users who work within our organisation) to the administrators group on a publisher server when the only part of the system they need access to is the communit

Hello All,I was wondering if anyone had advice around list purchase data. In a perfect world they data wouldn't exist in my database, or duplicates, so I'm working on both of these issues. I've a heard a few things and would like all of your thoughts:1. Send emails via a different automated system (downside your sender name can be hurt in the process)2. Workspaces - split out this data so it's separated from your other data (today I have them in a smart list I call "temporary exclude" so they don't get our everyday emails only ones I specifically want these lists to receive3. Develop best practices around list acquisitions - I'm working on this team as we noticed someone recently gave us a list with competitors on itDoes anyone else have best practices or suggestions? I don't see the ability to target a workspace start point anywhere in the properties of the start point or elsewhere. It could be that I am simply missing it and my internet searches aren't showing me the way. Is it possible with AEM Forms 6.2 to create a process with a Workspace Start Point and make it so only specific Workspace users can see the start point in Workspace? Specifically I would like to use an Active Directory group to control access.Thanks!

Hi, I am looking to be taking Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner Exam (9A0-395). As there are currently two Adobe Campaign, Standard and V6, I was wondering how this might influence the exam. Looking through the training material for both, it seems the interface and abilities of both solutions vary so there is a bit of a confusion what the expectations are. For example, is there a need to go through both sets of materials for both solutions? Is there a need to know how to complete a particular task in both solutions?Thanks, Eric

On a previous project (6.0 classic) I was able to use data-sly-resource in my templates to include some components and make them editable by authors. In playing around with 6.1 with touch ui, I tried to use the same approach but experiencing an unexpected outcome. The component will appear on the page, however it is not editable in Touch UI. It is editable in classic however. Am I missing a property or some configuration for the design_dialog that is preventing it from being edited in Touch UI?Here is an example from my template:<div data-sly-resource="${'news-details' @ resourceType='/apps/project/components/content/news-details'}">Event Detail</div>

Are communication limits activated based on the number of emails sent to a lead, or the number of emails delivered? For example, if an email soft bounced, would that still count against that lead's communication limits (my assumption would be yes)?Thanks!

I am trying to use an available General Component 'Carousel'. But when I tried, it's not allowing me to choose anything other than Pages. But the expectation is that the Carousel Component will allow to choose 'Images', 'Videos' and such. So, then I tried to see if I can create 'Carousel Sets' and see if I can use that in Carouse Component. But when I navigated to Assets -> (Folder)  and clicked on 'Create' option, the drop-down doesn't have any option named 'Carousel Sets'. Please find the screenshot of the same below. Could you please help me how to get that option visible and working?Thanks, Ravi

is thee a way to load a javascript or Jquery before the event is fired through DTM?  Right now I have a script on an Event Rule that works, but it only works if the event is clicked on twice. It seems the script needs to be loaded before the event fires. When I view the event in debug mode both through Adobe Debugger, and Omnibug, as well as Network, the value is passed to the variable on the first click..(according to the debugger) but it is never passed to the report suite. However if I click on the event twice then the value will show up in DTM Switch debugger and passed to the report suite. Here are some of the various scripts I have used that give me the same issue as mentioned above. Please note I have loaded the script both directly through custom script in the Event rule, as well as in a Data Element. In everyone of the cases the value is not passed to reporting unless the event is clicked on twice. So it appears the script needs to load prior to the event being fired... Would
