Hi, I am looking to be taking Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner Exam (9A0-395). As there are currently two Adobe Campaign, Standard and V6, I was wondering how this might influence the exam. Looking through the training material for both, it seems the interface and abilities of both solutions vary so there is a bit of a confusion what the expectations are. For example, is there a need to go through both sets of materials for both solutions? Is there a need to know how to complete a particular task in both solutions?Thanks, Eric

Hi,I was wondering if it's possible to set up two separate lead scoring models that can run continuously and simultaneously? I'm part of a company that has two divisions and we want to set up different lead scoring as we have different markets. Is this possible or can there only be one model running?Thank you!

On a previous project (6.0 classic) I was able to use data-sly-resource in my templates to include some components and make them editable by authors. In playing around with 6.1 with touch ui, I tried to use the same approach but experiencing an unexpected outcome. The component will appear on the page, however it is not editable in Touch UI. It is editable in classic however. Am I missing a property or some configuration for the design_dialog that is preventing it from being edited in Touch UI?Here is an example from my template:<div data-sly-resource="${'news-details' @ resourceType='/apps/project/components/content/news-details'}">Event Detail</div>

Are communication limits activated based on the number of emails sent to a lead, or the number of emails delivered? For example, if an email soft bounced, would that still count against that lead's communication limits (my assumption would be yes)?Thanks!

I am trying to use an available General Component 'Carousel'. But when I tried, it's not allowing me to choose anything other than Pages. But the expectation is that the Carousel Component will allow to choose 'Images', 'Videos' and such. So, then I tried to see if I can create 'Carousel Sets' and see if I can use that in Carouse Component. But when I navigated to Assets -> (Folder)  and clicked on 'Create' option, the drop-down doesn't have any option named 'Carousel Sets'. Please find the screenshot of the same below. Could you please help me how to get that option visible and working?Thanks, Ravi

I am unable to create new recepients from campaign's profiles and targets view or the explorer view. There is no option to create(see screenshot)Please help. Senthil

is thee a way to load a javascript or Jquery before the event is fired through DTM?  Right now I have a script on an Event Rule that works, but it only works if the event is clicked on twice. It seems the script needs to be loaded before the event fires. When I view the event in debug mode both through Adobe Debugger, and Omnibug, as well as Network, the value is passed to the variable on the first click..(according to the debugger) but it is never passed to the report suite. However if I click on the event twice then the value will show up in DTM Switch debugger and passed to the report suite. Here are some of the various scripts I have used that give me the same issue as mentioned above. Please note I have loaded the script both directly through custom script in the Event rule, as well as in a Data Element. In everyone of the cases the value is not passed to reporting unless the event is clicked on twice. So it appears the script needs to load prior to the event being fired... Would

(That means I can't enlarge or make it smaller) Q3. I've saw some post before, but I still can't find the answer. When I create a normal page, I just choose"create Page", but no emulator function too add. Hi thereI am working with a business that book hotels online. I would like to bring this data into Marketo via either Custom Objects or Custom Activities as Marketo will integrate with a custom built CRM.I have done quite a lot of research and cannot be sure if CA or CO are better to use. Initially it would suggest Custom Activities should be used as one customer could book 7 hotels in one week and we're interested in the event rather than storing the data on the record for long term. But if you then want to reference the booking information e.g. booking room, checkin time, checkout time in email comms, it doesn't seem you can do this with Custom Activities. So would you therefore recommend Custom Objects for this case?Also out of interest, if Marketo were to release functionality that allowed velocity scripting to work with CA, would you recommend CA for this case?Thanks very much

We have successfully implemented the Informatica/Marketo connector by creating a webhook that has response attributes mapped to custom Marketo fields for form submission on our websites. We would like to display helpful error handling messages on the front end of our Marketo 2.0 forms when certain email hygiene conditions are met.For example, if a user types in an invalid email address and we are returning an Informatica email reason code of:  301. The Informatica response of email reason code 301 indicates that the email submission was missing the @ symbol. It would be helpful if we could then display "please ensure you have the '@' symbol" on the front end of our form before submission.Is this possible through the Marketo Javascript API? I sent myself a test email that includes the "To view this email as a web page, click here" option. When I click the link, there's an error message that reads - "Cannot get email content- Email could not be found1581"I tried unapproving and reapproving the email, but that hasn't helped. Is anyone else getting this error? Any ideas on how to fix it?Thanks!Ashley

Hi,I found out that one app has different timezone settings in the configuration file than another.    "timezone": "CET",    "timezoneOffset": 60,versus    "timezone": "CEST",    "timezoneOffset": 120,As one is CentralEuropeanTime and the other CentralEuropeanSummerTime (which changes twice a year) - is Adobe also switching between Summer- and Wintertime, so that the App e.g. Launches are tracked on a correct timestamp?

Hi everyone, I would like to generate a report which shows me the times/hours of the day with the highest traffic during a certain time period (e.g. last month). If I use chose a trended report in Analytics with hourly granularity, it gives me the traffic for each hour in each single day of that time period. But I am not interested in the single days. I would like to have an overall number for each hour of the day. Same problem in Workspace. I think such a report is possible with the report builder but I need a solution for colleagues NOT working with report builder. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this in Reports or Workspace?Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi there,We are planning to create a campaign in Engagement Program, so we’ve put together the approved pieces to go out for the campaign.  Intro letter is the first component to go out.  If the contact clicks the link, the clicked document is then provided.  If the contact does not open, the No Open doc goes out.  The other option is where the contact opens but doesn’t do anything else.  That will be the Open document. So the question is can we able to create this flow in same engagement program with users of Marketo? Let me know if you have any questions on same.Regards,Ibrahim
