Not sure what happened to the default Report Builder group, it is missing in my list of groups. How do I get it back? Do you have to have access to the Report Builder group before you can download it? A client is requesting Report Builder access and I am not sure how to do so. Thank you for your help in advance!!!

I have a clientlib that I call an 'aggregator' clientlib. It's sole purpose is to collect all of our front end component cllientlibs and send them in 1 request.For some reason, the minification that works with other clientlibs doesn't work on these types of clientlibs where there are no real javascript files. I've even gone in and created a javascript file to see if that would fix the issue by at least having a single javascript file in the clietnlib, but it does not.Has anyone had this problem? Hi , My requirement is to add Encapsulated Post Script( .EPS ) images of MIMETYPE - "application/postscript" to Dynamic Media component (/libs/dam/components/scene7/dynamicmedia). But I couldn't succeed. So , here is what i am not sure. Is Dynamic Media component doesn't support .eps image files ? If yes do we have any hotfix or service pack or workaround to accomplish? Please provide your inputs.Below are my observations and findings :- 1. Firstly, Dynamic Media component is not allowing .eps images to drag & drop. After adding property  "accept = application/postscript" to the component, I am able to drag and drop images of these mimetypes but not succeded to render the image.2. After exploring the DAM Asset workflow and its implementation, I came to know that during Asset upload, "S7damExtractImageInfoProcess" is the class which extract the images of only type "UPLOAD_MIMETYPES = { "image/" };". But the mimetype of my images are "application/postscript" and hence, generating Sce

I'm setting up my MSI emails - templates in Marketo for Sales to send via MSI in Salesforce. I'm curious about how others are setting up their programs. Do you have one program with many emails in it? Or is it more like your marketing initiatives with many programs? Especially since this impact sales' user experience with the folder structure to choose emails in MSI, the more programs the more clicks for them to find the right email.

Hi Guys,We are migrating from CQ5.5 to AEM6.1 and we would like to migrate content version history from crx to oak. So, we used CRX2OAK migration tool to do this. Versions are migrated successfully but once the AEM instance is up. It keeps recreating indexes and run out of disk space. We tried couple of times but seems to be same issue every time.We tried offline and online compaction but size seems to be same. Can you please guide us what can be tried? Thanks,Sai

I have tested links dropped in via a Token, such as:<a href="{{lead.DownloadURL}}">Click here</a>and using a Token for part of a link only, such as:<a href="mycompany.com/{{lead.DownloadURL}}/">Click here</a>And in both cases it appears that the Marketo Tracking functionality doesn't work. I get a straight link without tracking.Am I doing something wrong, or is it not possible to track links that are constructed using Tokens?Thanks!

Where can I find a list of people who filled out a specific RSVP form we embedded on a landing page? I'm looking at reports and can see the number of people who clicked on the email we included a link to the landing page too but I can't figure out where to find who those actual clicks cam from. Then I see that 10 people came to our landing page and 5 people "converted", but I can't figure out where to see a list of the people who actually RSVP'ed.Can someone tell me where I can see this information?Thank you, Will

Hi All,So, we have a few types of contacts which we do not want the marketo to copy over and create as leads in marketo from Salesforce. This is so to ensure that these particular contacts are not sent out any sort of emails/invitations etc etc from marketo (even by mistake!). Its a huge no-no! ( A very serious legal matter!) So, basically, I do not want these special types of contacts to be created in marketo at all! How do I ensure this? Please help! Its very important, and urgent!Thanks so much!Apurva

Hi guys,I have created an AEM group and by default it went to some random folder, example:/home/groups/j/jrYfuqqf0FxR6jkG12B6I would like to move the group into a folder with a more friendly name, example:/home/groups/my-group/jrYfuqqf0FxR6jkG12B6I have tried moving the group in both CRXDE and CRX Explorer to no avail. Does anyone know how to accomplish such a task? What are the consequences of moving a group? As far as I can tell from the permissions point of view, the rep:policy nodes only care about the principal ID.Any help is appreciated.Thanks,何塞。

Do all modules in an email (editor 2) template have to be used in order to be available? I'm trying to create a base email that I can allow my marketers to drag modules to communicate what they need (dependent on channel) ... but the only way I can get my modules to be available is if they're already in the body tag. Seems like reverse-logic; I'd rather add what I need than delete what I don't...Hopefully I'm just coding this wrong...?Full background:I grabbed a marketo template email, removed all the modules from the layout (to be a base-white/empty version), then saved that as my template. Before I saved it as my template all the modules were still active and available; but once I saved it as a template, the modules section greys-out on new emails.I still have a container available in my template:<td class="mktoContainer boxedbackground" id="template-wrapper">

Hello all, I just realized that the field I set up to manage Marketing Opt-In is flawed. I set it as Boolean, so when leads check it works great.Then is a lead visits another LP with the same field and ignores the  field they are switched back to false. Can someone please advise on how to better setup this process. Thank you in advance
