We have several nurture campaigns running and I am trying to figure out if there is a way to report on last email the lead received prior to converting. Currently I am looking through the activity log of each lead and recording on a spreadsheet. We are increasing the leads we are entering into these campaigns and it's becoming more difficult for me to keep up with this process. If anyone has ANY suggestions, I loved to hear them!JD

Hi all - just wondering how many of you are on the Summer release, given that tomorrow is the first day of fall.

I'm creating a triggered Smart Campaign and one of my filters is "Member of SFDC Campaign." I'm trying to filter out people with a specific member status within the campaign (in this case, anybody who is "undeliverable" or "unsubscribed"). Unfortunately there is not a constraint for "Campaign Member Status".The solution could be the "last status" constraint, but I can't find any documentation about what that means. Help on the definition is greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have been asked to find which (of the very many) programs we have in Marketo have the "Send Alert" step in the Smart Campaigns within them....Without opening each campaign and scrolling through the flow to check if this step is included, is there a way to search for instances of this step in the whole of Marketo - or within a folder of programs?Is this possible....could save me a lot of work!!  Thank you.

I'm trying to add the Audience Manager tool to DTM, and integrate it with Analytics. On the tool config, there's an option to select "Integrate with adobe analytics", but a notice that says I need to provide custom page code to initialize the integrated tool. I can't seem to find any documentation on how to do this, what's the best approach here? If analytics were using an old s_code.js type implementation, then I think initializing the integration would look something like this:window.ustaDil = DIL.create({ ... //Sitecatalyst data collection var _scDilObj = s_gi('rsid'); DIL.modules.siteCatalyst.init(_scDilObj, window.ustaDil, { ...But in DTM I don't have direct access to either the s_gi function or the "s" object created from it. I tried passing the _satellite object as the first parameter to DIL.modules.siteCatalyst.init, but that didn't seem to do the trick either.

I am trying to find the resources using Resource Resolver. Below is the sample code which I am using. I am getting the Resolver from the the request.Iterator<Resource> resources = resourceResolver.findResources(query, Query.JCR_SQL2);The above code returns the additional resource called com.adobe.cq.social.datastore.jcr.impl.SocialResourceWrapper in additional to the expected one.Please suggest how to resolve this.This issue occurs when we try to migrate from AEM 6.0 to 6.1. Hi,I have a requirement to store all the tokens that is associated with a program. I have to do a full pull and then a delta pull to fetch any new/updated token.What I have understood is that, I have to first get all the programs and then for each program retrieve all the tokens. Additionally, delta pull is not possible and I have to repeat full pull everyday.Can you please validate my assumption and suggest if there is a better way to achieve this. My concern is around the number of API calls that I will make, we have 22000 programs as of now.Thanks,Rohit

Does anyone know where to find any documentation of how the data-emptytext <div> tag attribute works in detail ? What tells whether some content has been added to a component or not to display data-emptytext value as a text message?I've tried to Google for it, but no info available. Even docs.adobe.com has nothing.The problem is that data-emptytext="Some Component Name" does not work on my component that generates a simple HTML code when some data has been entered (via Edit Dialog). I'm working to prioritize the types of sales alerts our team receives and save their inboxes. For large quantities of sales alerts (ex: subscription renewals), has anyone tried subscribing their sales team to a daily/weekly smart list rather than individual sales alerts? I'm trying to embed my LiveChat script in an In-Zone area of an RTP Campaign so it only loads/fires when matching my Named Account segment... My first attempt did not work, but that's not saying much.My question is:assuming I add a new div tag for this, does it matter if it's in the Header or Footer? would the in-zone html purely be the script provided by LiveChat?is there something I'm not thinking of that can prevent this from working properly?

Hi! I've a question: When creating a segment out of the fallout path, I actually DO NOT get the user journeys who abandoned this path, right? I automatically get only the successfull ones.Example: I look at Fallout report for journey: Page A - Page B - Page CWhen clicking "Create Segment From Fallout Path" I get a Visit segment with: Page A then Page B then Page CONLY user journeys including Page C will be displayed, right?How to get BOTH of them? The ones that abandoned the process between Page A and B and the ones that continued until Page C?

I'm trying to build a new segment in my instance of Adobe Analytics based on the visitor's time zone; however, when I add the Time Zone dimension to the segment's Definitions, Analytics thinks Time Zone should be a numerical value. Time Zones are in the format "GMT-400" and the like, though, so this is obviously an error - is there any way around this?Screenshot included for clarity.

Hi Fellow community membersFor the QA and UAT validation approach for a new implementation of a multi-region/locale corporate site scenario, we are exploring two option for testing1st option - Have a global report suite for QA/UAT environment where data from all regions(close to 25) flows into this single global report suite to check the correctness and consistency of data. When going live to production, we split out individual countries into individual report suites (regular or virtual) and have one global report suite 2nd option - We have an exact replica of production env architecture in QA/UAT environments also i.e. one global QA/UAT report suite and individual QA/UAT report suites for all regions (close to 25)Can you please suggest what is the most efficient out of the two approaches above and what is the general practice followed in testing out such corporate web analytics implementations ?Any inputs would be helpful

Has the operation of the debugger changed OR does it work differently with DTM OR if the Analytics implementation is on the Marketing Cloud?Symptom: Previously, if there were actions on a page that cause a link track to be called but did not then move the visitor onto a new page, these extra calls were all visible in the debugger following the initial page load data.I am not NOT seeing this, each extra call is seen on it’s own having replaced the previous call in the debugger interface.If the debugger has not changed the way it works then it is a symptom of an incorrectly called link tracking tag and I will need to investigate but I wanted to check first that debugger has not changed it’s way of working.

Is search only implemented in content that has been downloaded to the viewer?  Or, is my search executed across all articles, even if they are not yet downloaded?Is there any different in search between the web viewer and app?

We recently sent a product launch email. Within that email was a CTA leading to a factsheet for the new product. When I created a smart list to get a deeper look at click activity, two leads show as having clicked a link to a different product's factsheet.I triple-checked that the launch email did indeed have the correct files linked. The link that Marketo is claiming these leads clicked - it is not active at this time. It is to an old file.Any idea why I'm getting this activity? I am 100% sure that the old product's link was not at all present in the new product launch email.Thanks!

Hi! I have a few subscription preferences form questions. When I visit Marketo's subscription preferences page for reference, there are a few things that they do that I'm looking to replicate:The email address is not editable, meaning I cannot update it. When I created my form, that wasn't an option. How do I enable that?When I want to suspend my email for 90 days, it freezes (or doesn't make any of the email types editable). How do I enable that? Also, I want to more options (i.e. 15 days, 30 days and 90 days). How do I make it the same for all 3 and is there also a way to make it so that if you click one, you cannot click the others (i.e. I click "pause for 15 days" I cannot also click "pause for 30 days")?Same for "Unsubscribe from all" button, if I click that, how do I freeze (or gray out and make every other button uneditable)?
