I have added a recommendation in mbox to display it on the site but its not showing as no of clicks and visitors in that recommendation is 0.Previously click and visits were getting captured through analytics in recommendation and it was displaying on page but somehow its not working now.I think there is some prob in integration of analytics with recommendation. I have referred this doc:-https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/rec/Recommendations.pdf but I am not able to find out the solution. Please help..

If I manually change the % split to 100% for Experience B... will Visitors who had previously been allocated to A (Control) now be sent to Experience B when they return? I know there are other/ better ways to achieve the traffic split (copying old test, creating new test, setting that at 100%... etc etc. I also suppose that as long as Experience A exists there'd be ways people would see it ... even if were because Target timed out and the 'default' experience needed to be displayed for example).  What I'm asking is how is the target code for traffic allocation supposed to work? When traffic split gets set to 100%... will the tool ignore previous experience assignment and try to send "ALL VISITORS" to Experience B... even those who had been put in Experi

New launch of Target Std has been rocky and I'm beginning to wonder if the at.js is ready for prime time.  I was instructed to use at.js and I have live on www.pbjtest.com; david.pbjtest.com and seta.pbjtest.com.  Deployed in common include file and verified all pages have the JS.  The only campaigns I can create via VCE (note had to turn off EEC) are for david.pbjtest.com, all other domains, which are listing in my Hosts section error out, and no one can explain why.  Is anyone using at.js or is this purely beta and mbox.js is the only way to fly?Also are any of there any debuggers working for at.js?  Can I use mboxTrace= or the Adobe Marketing Cloud Debugger. If using mboxTrace= do I need an authorization token and how do I generate one?Not the smooth launch I had expected.  

Our sales ops team accidentally changed the value for "Lead Source" for a few dozen records in SFDC, and I'm trying to figure out if there is a non-manual way to reverse it through Marketo. Is there a way to see for all affected leads what the previous Lead Source value was and then change it back to that?

Hi,We are having two non clustered publish instances on Production in AEM 5.6.  Even though ASRP and MSRP are the recommended storage options in AEM 6.2, please let me know if it is possible to use the JSRP storage in production? In this case, is it possible to have some customization to sync the UGC between non clustered publish servers?

I understand that data element values can be passed via an evar to persist downstream however can I use the "Remember this value for the session" to have the value passed for the session as well? Is it the same thing? what are the differences? why would I use one over the other?my scenario is that we are trying to pass a value (prospect or unknown) from our marketing automation system (Pardot) via data layer to adobe analytics via url parameters. We want to pass the same value that was given to the users session from the welcome page to the thank you page and have it recorded as 1 for prospect / unknown (evar counter).Can I use the Remember this value for the session to hold the last value for the data element and pass it to the thankyou page and if yes then do I still need to use an evar or is it redundant?see my desired report below:thank you in advance for any help,Scott

Hello,I have created a smart list to capture all the contacts who click "contact sales" link in email and I thought this was quite straightforward however every time I test it out the results are 0. The scenario is:We are sending out 7 emails in different languages with a link contact sales. Now I would like to capture all the contacts who click on the link. I have used LINK CONTAINS formula since all the link ( including the regional one in DE-ES-FR) contains contact-sales in the link. I decided to go with the word contact but honestly I have tried different combination with 0 results. Any suggestion?

When I tried to rename the page names to a friendly version of it, I got a pop-up that the page name would be changed permanently. Will it permanently change the page name? Is there any way to assign a nickname or a friendly page name for the pages? 

As we GZip CSS and JS files in AEM, we would like to GZip dictionaries (dict.en_US.json, dict.fr_US.json, etc) as well. How can we achieve that? Help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Mohan

We're building an engagement path right now and would like for it to cast out at appropriate times for where in the world leads live.  We already have a field defining this, but I'm curious about how wait steps will work with an engagement program cast.  If I set the engagement program to cast at say Midnight EDT, and then have a flow that looks like this:Step 1 - If region is APAC, Send emailStep 2 - Wait 4 hoursStep 3 - If region is EMEA, Send emailStep 4 - Wait 4 hoursStep 5 - If region is NA/LATAM, Send emailWill this work as intended?  The other way I could imagine doing this is by having three parallel streams with the same casts in them set to send out four hours apart and have transition rules based on region changing.

Hi All,I'm trying to a contact us component. It will provide the button, when the user clicks on the button, he will be redirected to the contact us page. We have over 100,000 potential junk leads in Marketo and it's really slowing down our database performance. I would love to delete them but our SFDC ops team is objecting to deleting them on the SFDC side. Then we have to deal with the common issue that even if we do delete them in Marketo, they will come back anytime there is an SFDC sync. I know there is an option to create a field like what is suggested here: Managing your Marketo database size | RMS to hide these leads from Marketo.Are there any other solutions out there? How do you handle when you want to delete or even just merge leads and don't get buy-in from the SFDC team to do the same on the SFDC side? We have 40K+ duplicates and have already purchased EZ Merge but are running into a similar situation where the SFDC admins do not want us to merge them in SFDC. Any suggestions on what we could do?
