Hello,Can someone confirm this?In our business, a Contact can have multiple Opportunities and we use Opportunity records extensively. However we found an issues for leads that have multiple Opps when sending email that has tokens.Example: a lead has 2 opportunities. Opportunity: A & B, Opp B is qualify for a smart campaign, and flow step is to send out an email (email has token in it). When the email is sent out, it use Opp A as the reference, thus the token in the email is populating from Opp A data, not Opp B. If this is the case, is there any workaround? Again we use Opp record extensively and email script token in our email is crucial.I know my explanation is not perfect, but do let me know if you need more clarification.

I would like to add a link to a token. For example, when I referece a piece of content downloaded in a nurture email (which populates via token), how can I set it up so that token text links to the content online.Example is , "You recently downloaded .... {{token}}". I would like to link to that token. I assume this can be done, but I'm not sure exactly how to do it. Can anyone advise?  Thanks!Steve

What happens if you put a wait activity after incremental query? If the incremental query fetches data every day, and the wait activity is set to wait a week, will the wait activity pile up all the data fetched during a week and release it all at the same time? Or will it release one set of data every day after that specific data has waited for a week?Is it recommeded to use WAIT for only shorter wait times (hours for example) or can I use it for several days or weeks aswell?

With Marketo's new email 2.0 template builder is there anything special that needs to be applied to the URL's in the text version in order to capture clicks?Example: <[[companyname.com/]]>Will Marketo track clicks on this link just like in the HTML version?

In Firefox and IE, sometimes, when clicking a link within a page, the next page is loaded but the path in the browser is stripped to become http://server:port/cf#_. I didn't see any error message in the console. Does anyone know what's the issue and how to resolve it?Thanks.

Trying to use a Marketo form that would end up with non-selectable labels to help organize a longer picklist.Functionality is similar to: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_optgroupI did try to just put in a label like "DISPLAY|" but it still allows that to be selected.Any advice is very much appreciated. Hi,I wondered if anyone has any best practice examples of how to track the delivery / success of personalised content using Adobe Analytics (assuming the personalisation tool used is not Adobe Target). The plan is that multiple different elements on any given page on our site may be personalised - this may be a change in certain text copy, or showing specific products based on user behaviour.I want to be able to monitor the success of each personalised element. i.e. How many "Impressions" or page views each personalised element has received, and the number of clicks throughs / conversions it has generated. That way they we can compare conversion rates to decide which pieces of personalisation are working best / which messaging the most successful.I'm struggling to think of a way that can collect this data in a meaningful way, that doesn't fill the report suite up with 1000s of bits of data that don't mean much to anyone.Has anyone attempted this sort of tracking before, or have any ide

Have you seen or implemented a way to utilize data from Salesforce Custom Objects in Marketo? Currently, I am blocked on four major projects for my company because Marketo does not have similar triggers, filters and tokens available for SFDC Custom Object data as it does for the Lead/Opportunity/Account.So far, it seems the option we have is to pay for services to create and update scripts and APIs.  This is not ideal because it isn't scalable for future projects as the costs would continue to pile up as new projects come along or changes need to be made, as I'm unable to maintain this myself (I have no coding or API experience).What solutions have you gone with to get SFDC Custom Object data into Marketo?  Is scripting and APIs the best solution for this? What else have you seen implemented to meet the goals of a project that utilizes data from SFDC Custom Objects?

My company is changing from Outlook to Office 365 in the next few months and I'm getting conflicting advice about whether I need to update my SPF and DKIM. We're keeping the same domain, just changing providers (although we're getting rid of our on premise email server. My network admin who helped with the initial set up left the company so I don't have anyone internal to ask. Does anyone have experience with this or know if I'll need to make any changes when we switch over?

I am in the process of creating a new form and was able to easily with form editor and stuff in Marketo BUT is there a way to add a space in between the form and the submit button. The submit button is way too close to the last field on the form and I don't know what other way to go about it. Any documentation for developers on how to best handle forms in Marketo (on landing pages/website and in Marketo)?

Using Yosemite 10.10.4....I am using the trial software in the tutorial and can not seem to get the HTML Article Packager to accept the contents of the folder for the article.   I read of a similar situation in early June posted here but it simple said they were aware of the issue....has it been resolved or is there a workaround, or I am missing something?

Hi everyone,I'm trying to add a tracking pixel to an email but when I want to send a test or approve the email I'm getting an error: Parse Template call failed (with the whole email code).All I'm adding is the image for the pixel (I haven't touched anything else) and I've tried adding it in the HTML & by using the insert image button in the editor. Is this a system error or is it something I'm doing?Any help is much appreciated!Thanks.
