Hi all,I have a form field where users might need to select multiple values from drop-down box. In the form editor I checked off multiple selections checkbox and another option appeared underneath it titled "Visible Lines" (screenshot is below).1.) Why is Visible Lines an option when Multiple Selections is checked?2.) It won't let me select a number less than 4; is this because I have 4 values for field?Additional Questions:3.) Is it considered a best practice to make all values visible for fields where more than one value can be selected?4.) How can users tell if it's possible to select more than one value for field? I pointed this out for users on form (see screenshot below). Thoughts?5.) I assigned String field type for this field, but should I have assigned Text Area field type instead? I was concerned about max number of characters each field type can successfully collect and store, especially when users can technically select all values.ThanksTom

Hi all,Is it possible to collect data using one field (used on form) and then after a certain period of time have that information be transferred over to another field and then also have that same info cleared on initial field where it was collected (null?)? Is this process called appending data to a field? Hi all,In the form editor, I'm noticing that for any field where Visibility Rules is enabled, the visibility rule's field label text will override the standard field label rich text.Here is screenshot of standard field label text (clicking on pencil opens up the rich text editor):This is what label is supposed to look like on form:Below is screenshot of visibility rule with Field Label text highlighted in yellow (it overrides any styling made in standard field label above):This is what the field label looks like on the approved form:1.) Is there any way to work around this?2.) Is there a way to add individual sub-headers to a form (without adding to the field labels themselves)?Additional Question3.) It seems that Visibility Rules option is only compatible with a single column form, since having more than one column seems to create obscure blank spaces between the fields that are always visible. Hey,Iam using the reporting API for sitecatalyst. Since the 21th of june we get an error when I try to download a report I get the following message :Unable to complete report at this time. Please try again laterAnd the URL https://marketing.adobe.com/developer/en_US/documentation/analytics-reporting-1-4/errors doesn't contain any useful information on how to solve this problem.Does someone know what is going on? and how to solve this. Before the 21th everything is going fine. What happened?Thanks in advance

After performing an in-place upgrade from CQ 5.6.1 to AEM 6.2, we have noticed that the permission applied for users groups got changed. This happens with most of the nodes under etc node. This disables access to the contents from consoles like Workflows, Package Manager, Tagging etc. Is it the expected behavior and we need to explicitly define the permissions after the migration.Best RegardsPaul John

When  I am configuring Site Catalyst using AEM plugin i am not able to load the Site Catalyst (S_Code) in web page. Yesterday, I deleted a user in Omniture but before doing so I transferred over her scheduled reports to my account. This morning the people with scheduled reports received their reports with a "Not Authorized" error message. All the reports and dashboards are showing up in my scheduled reports list however some have an error messages that ask me to "reschedule" the reports and when I do it still sends out a "Not Authorized" error message.

Global form vs. individual form for programs. Which do you use?

Hi team,My apologies if there's already a topic for this. I didn't really know what to search for. I have a form that will be on a page that will only be sent out to existing leads. I don't want any new leads ever created from this form. If (though unlikely) someone stumbles upon this form who isn't already in the system, I want to be able to display an error message letting them know that they can't fill out the form, and at the same time blocking the new lead from being created in Marketo. Is there any way to make this happen?Thanks!

I'm using AEM 6.2 and I can't find how to add Image Profiles as described in this documentation (https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/administer/content/assets/processing-profiles/image-profiles.html). It says they can be added under Tools >  Assets > Image Profiles, but there is no such option. I've attached a screenshot of the options available at that path. Is there somewhere I need to enable the Image Profiles option so it will show up?

Hi,I would like to capture the values entered in various fields in a form in one report with multiple columns. So that I can see what users filled in a form as a full report. How to achieve this in adobe implementation and how to create such report? Or suggest best method to see such data in reports.Because, in general, we run reports with one eVar with event and breakdown with other eVar.
