Hello, I'm new to Marketo and I've looked for an answer to this basic question.  When I enter sequential tokens into an email for date, time and time zone, it puts a carriage return in between each so the items end up on separate lines. How do I keep them on the same line?

Hi,We have noticed that View as published option in AEM 6.2 author instance includes Production DTM script (instead of Staging DTM Script), which affects Analytics Report (since analytics data is also coming from author instance). How can we rectify this issue since all the DTM rules are getting fired from 'View as Published' option in author instance and sending data to Production Report?Kindly refer below screen shot :Your immediate response is much appreciated.Thank you.

We have yet to implement Marketo with SugarCRM.  We are now deciding if we can modify the exisiting SugarCRM API to handle the many to many relationships or if we build our own API.  Who has implemented the SugarCRM connector with many to many relationships.  We are planning to use custom objects for the many to many.  Like to hear from anyone who can offer advise on best way to do this.

Dear all,We are trying to setup field organizers in a multi workspaces organization. Unless we missed something, it appears that they can only be created in 1 workspace. Furthermore, they can inly be created in the historically first workspace (the only one that existed when the workspace feature was enabled), and since this workspace is no longer the shared one, these groups can only be seen in 1 and only one BU... Quite limited Has anyone else experienced the same issue?-Greg

We added "?src=social" to some of our shared URLs for a specific blog post to try and track exactly where our leads are coming from. As you can see, I am in Marketo as a lead to test this, and I am not able to see the query string in the details of my lead activity. I wasn't sure if this was a feature I could turn on or off, or if there was a way to make the details column more detailed? Thank you!

When attempting to activate a page, nothing happens, no error is thrown in the top-right as it usually does. Hi -I'm trying to report on a previous event program with a series of invitation emails to see the email performance. When pulling the email performance report, I noticed that one of the save-the-date emails was not listed, even though I have the entire program selected. I looked at the smart campaign that was used to send that specific email, and I can see that it ran to 537 leads on February 16, 2016. I can also see that someone changed the smart campaign afterwards on March 21, 2016, and now there are no metrics for the smart campaign. I can't see any data in the email, results or email performance reports (see screenshots). Does anyone know of a work around so that I can retrieve the email metrics from the smart campaign prior to it being changed?Thanks!!

We are using AEM 6.1 & need capture Asset audit trail(View & downloads) & user activity stream for each asset in  publisher DAM. There are multiple publish instances with TAR MK. Various reports need to be published to logged in user in website. There are couple of ways that I can think of:1. Store asset Audit trail & User Activity Streams in OAK repository on each publish instance.2. Setup a separate shared database(MongoDB or MYSQL) to store this data and use the API code to generate reports from database data. Which one is recommended approach by Adobe &  better  solution? In Option 1, what are the different ways to synchronize the data between multiple publish instances? As I understand, reverse replication is not supported anymore in 6.1 except for pages in UGC. Are there any performance implications in approach 1 or 2 due data size?Suggestions are welcome and much appreciated. :)

What plugins or integrations are you using and loving for Wordpress and Marketo? My team is hiring a web designer to migrate our website from Squarespace to Wordpress, and with that we are going to build in a lot more opportunities for conversion with gated content, demo request forms, blog subscriptions, etc. I know we don't necessarily NEED a plugin to integrate Wordpress and Marketo, I know we can just drop the Munchkin code in our header file and use the regular embed codes, just trying to assess all options.PS: if you are a sales person for a company who sells a Wordpress Plugin for Marketo and you respond to this post.....give me details on your product and tell me what makes your solution different from the others.

Hi,I've just found this bug in my AEM 5.6.1 instance: if a dialog tab has only 1 field and this field is a textfield with a regex property then the author will get the error 'this.regex.test is not a function'. Hi all,I have a form field where users might need to select multiple values from drop-down box. In the form editor I checked off multiple selections checkbox and another option appeared underneath it titled "Visible Lines" (screenshot is below).1.) Why is Visible Lines an option when Multiple Selections is checked?2.) It won't let me select a number less than 4; is this because I have 4 values for field?Additional Questions:3.) Is it considered a best practice to make all values visible for fields where more than one value can be selected?4.) How can users tell if it's possible to select more than one value for field? I pointed this out for users on form (see screenshot below). Thoughts?5.) I assigned String field type for this field, but should I have assigned Text Area field type instead? I was concerned about max number of characters each field type can successfully collect and store, especially when users can technically select all values.ThanksTom

Hi all,Is it possible to collect data using one field (used on form) and then after a certain period of time have that information be transferred over to another field and then also have that same info cleared on initial field where it was collected (null?)? Is this process called appending data to a field? Hi all,In the form editor, I'm noticing that for any field where Visibility Rules is enabled, the visibility rule's field label text will override the standard field label rich text.Here is screenshot of standard field label text (clicking on pencil opens up the rich text editor):This is what label is supposed to look like on form:Below is screenshot of visibility rule with Field Label text highlighted in yellow (it overrides any styling made in standard field label above):This is what the field label looks like on the approved form:1.) Is there any way to work around this?2.) Is there a way to add individual sub-headers to a form (without adding to the field labels themselves)?Additional Question3.) It seems that Visibility Rules option is only compatible with a single column form, since having more than one column seems to create obscure blank spaces between the fields that are always visible. After performing an in-place upgrade from CQ 5.6.1 to AEM 6.2, we have noticed that the permission applied for users groups got changed. This happens with most of the nodes under etc node. This disables access to the contents from consoles like Workflows, Package Manager, Tagging etc. Is it the expected behavior and we need to explicitly define the permissions after the migration.Best RegardsPaul John
