I am interested in creating a segment of users based on a certain event during a specific month. For example, a segment of users who bought product A (event) during oct 2015. I am interested in seeing their activity on our website subsequently. Is there a way to do so in reports & analytics (sitecatalyst)?Thank you in anticipation!

I know people go on vacation in the summer, especially in Europe, so maybe it's not the quality of my emails.... but I am noticing what appears to be a seasonal increase in bounce rates and a decline in deliverability.Is this normal?Thanks!

I have a unique use case where I need to analyze the newest date amongst n values of dates for a Velocity script, but unfortunately, I can't think of any way to do that with multiple values using $date.difference because n is highly variable. I had thought of converting all timedate stamps to Unix epochs and then just finding the highest value, but I don't see any way to do that and thus am stumped.Is there any reasonable way to do this sort of comparison?

Hi Everyone, Steve Susina and I are working on a presentation for the upcoming Marketo Summit all about webhooks.  I would love some feedback from the community on the following: What woudl you like to know about webhooks that maybe has confused you in the past, or currently confuses you? What are some of the coolest things you (or someone you know) has done with webhooks? I am looking to understand some specific differences between the methods for integrating 3rd party data into Adobe Analytics. Specifically -  a file based integration (using "transactionID") vs webhooks/ postback based integration (using Adobe VisitorID). I want to understand why one method needs a transaction ID while the other needs only Adobe VisitorID; and what is the impact of this difference in the way data is seen.

Fairly new to Marketo --- our Marketo specialist recently left and I'm trying to help out in the interim here at my university --- fielding a question from my admissions department: if we send out an email to a new list of recipients and we get some unsubscribes, is there a way to view those unsubscribed email addresses so we can make sure they don't get added into future email campaigns (in or out of Marketo)?  Thanks for any help! -Jeremy

What are the different ways I can go about tracking conversion data from Ad impressions and clicks?

I have a simple nurture set up for a 'General Merchandise Engagement Program'It is just 6 emails. I set up a second stream that I'm calling 'Recast.' I want the folks to be put into the 'Recast' stream if they didn't interact with any of the emails in the previous stream (I changed the subject lines)It seems like I set it up wrong though. People are receiving Email #1 in the 2nd stream who already received Email #1 in the 1st stream. Yikes!I attached screen shots of the streams, smart list, and flow.

I have a team who is interested in running a test in Target. There are four versions of the search results page. One is the control, one has a banner on the right of the search results, the other has a text link above the results and the other has a clickable image above the results. Clicking the link, banner and button are the conversions for the test. I created a segment in Adobe Analytics, which I made and audience,  that captures every variation of the search term "Hamlet". That needs to be included in the test to trigger the variations. How do I include the search term variation in the test?Thank you,Bill

Hi,I'm working on search marketing campaigns through a Google Adwords account. I would like to know the type of ads supported by AMO for Adwords and the events that can be tracked for those ads.

None of the the custom components we have built out are allowed to have annotations added to them.They are built using Sightly/HTLI have researched the documentation and these forums and found no information on enabling annotations for components. We are hoping to use these in our workflow to provide feedback.Can anyone point me to documentation or any reference that explains the developers role in enabling annotations for components?Cheers,-Tyler

Hello all,The scenario is that a major announcement will be posted on an AEM website soon. Authors need to be able to edit and roll out specific pages on Author, but should not activate them until a specific date/time. There is concern that authors may accidentally activate those pages.How do other companies / groups handle this situation in AEM?I've considered removing permission for users to activate that specific page, but that gets cumbersome when the number of pages and live copies increases. We may end up going with that option on the whole site, unless there are other options available. Locking the page doesn't work because they still need to edit it. Any input is helpful - thank you!

I want a segment consisting of visits that are ten pageviews or longer.I have created two different versions of the segment and their results wildly disagree.  Can anybody explain why?Method 1:  Visit segment where Visit Depth is > 10Method 2:  Visit segment where Hit Depth is > 10Method 2 has about twice as many visits and visitors, 15% more page views, and about a 25% shorter visit time than Method 1.I am pretty sure Method 1 is the right one to use, but then what is Method 2 actually including?

We've recently implemented Adobe Analytics and are facing issues with intermittent logouts. When navigating through the report suites, the user will get kicked out to the login screen periodically-- some days are better than others. I've seen this happen in Chrome and IE.Also, after entering a username and password- the login screen will get stuck in what looks like a refresh loop. The page will keep refreshing/reloading until all cached browser data is cleared, then the user may try to login again. Not sure if these two issues are related. Thanks!
