Wanted to see if anyone was using Bizible?We are currently implementing Bizible and running into a issue where our branded email tracking links are being categorized as "web referrals" attributions.When speaking with our account rep, the solution is to add URL parameters "[branded.email].com?utm_medium=mkto_email".Or something along those lines.We currently do not add these tags to our generic emails so would have to do this manually.Is anyone else having/had this issue? and have a solution/workaround?Bryant

We are using AEM 6.2 and are having issues with the Social Communities components. I have overlaid the qnaforum.hbs and need to include some Sightly components. We've been using marketo since the beginning of the month, and this week we just  noticed that we were not getting all the form submissions.We were using the server side submit method noted here: http://developers.marketo.com/blog/server-side-form-post/We have checked the rate limit and turned off high traffic forms, and that does not appear to be the issue.  Even on at the highest point, we seem to only be at 7 submits per minute, well under the 30 per minute.We have now started using a Drupal module - Marketo MA, which works flawlessly in our development box, but not at all in production.  We're trying to track down the cause of this.The major differences between the two servers are that the production servers are using HTTPS and behind Cloudflare.  We are going to test with cloudflare off this week and see if that is somehow the culprit.Are there other things that anyone can think of?  Thanks for any information!-B

How can I access the Hit Depth report from the API? I'm trying to extract the sequence of pages/actions taken by visitors, as I do in the Analysis Workspace by using the Hit Depth report. However, when using the API, this report is not available in the list of Elements. How can I replicate this functionality in code? Any ideas?Thanks!

Hello, I have two campaigns for 1 email activity. I have set up campaign 1 to request campaign 2 in the flow step, however campaign 2 is not available in the drop menu. I have turned the campaign on and off and still it is not appearing in the drop down list for "request campaign" in the flow step.I had this problem before, but it was due to the fact that I did not "activate" the campaigns. Once I did that, they appeared accordingly. What am I doing wrong?P.s. This email campaign has 2 emails associated with it. Email 1 goes to everyone etc. email 2 goes to those who didn't click etc about 1 week later hence the "campaign request". I got frustrated since I couldn't get campaign 2 to appear, so I sent the email activity with it collecting those who the email was delivered to for campaign 1.I am trying to add campaign 2 (after the first email has been sent). This should not hinder the process, just wanted to give the full story.Thanks in advance for any assistance!Tara

I set-up new users in the Marketing Cloud dashboard. I gave the users access to Target and some other tools. Two of the users accepted their invitation, but when I check the user list within Target, the new users aren't listed. I am not sure why the new users aren't showing up on the Target user list.

Hi,I'm trying to put together a program with a series of emails that will be sent to a static list of leads. All leads will receive the same first email. If they open the first email, they will go down path A and receive an additional email each week for two weeks.If they do not open the first email, they will go down path B and receive a different series of emails each week for three weeks.I've been trying to do this with smart campaigns and "Opens Email" is a trigger and works for path A, but "Not Opened Email" (path B) is a batch filter and not a trigger and I can't get it to work. Any suggestions?

Hi,I have read through the threads on this topic, but none of them fix this issue.  I work for a large organization; I cannot change the overall calendar (Sunday through Saturday) for our installation of AA.  One of our users wants a rolling week report, but the weeks are not Sunday through Saturday; the client wants Friday through Thursday.  I am trying to create a scheduled report with 4 weeks of data.  I have tried. using custom date definitions, such as cd - 29d dthrough cd - 2d and the results (today is Saturday 8/20/16) are as follows:7/22 - 7/23 (Friday and Saturday)7/24 - 7/30 (Sunday through Saturday)7/31 - 8/6 (Sunday through Saturday)8/7 - 8/13 (Sunday through Saturday)8/14 - 8/18 (Sunday through Thursday)I find it inconceivable that there is no way to do this.  I cannot use daily data, because certain metrics don't sum properly.I would love for someone from Adobe to definitively answer this question.  Can this be done or not, given that I do not have Admin rights for the AA

Hi All,We use tarMk replication process to replicate from our Primary author to two stand-by authors.We had following activities going on the servers.Back of the dam assets. They were built in small packages and were deleted after downloading.Ran offline Compaction successfully on the three servers.Auto injection of the pages.At the time of auto-injection, we had noticed that tarmk-log is stopped. The replication was stopped for more than 10 hours completely. So, we recycled all the three servers. Replication went well for couple of hours after restarting but again stopped. My client has a form "embedded" on a web page but it's been done in a way that I don't understand. I put "embedded" in quotation marks because the "embed code" for the form is not there, and the fields in the actual Marketo form don't entirely match what's on the web page. Yet if I complete the form on the web page, it shows up in my activity log as Filled Out Form (name of Mkto form). Could one of you coding wizards like @Sanford Winfield​ or @Gregoire Michel​ please take a look at the source code on the web page and explain to me how this works? That is, how are values entered into this web page form fed to Marketo so that it thinks the Marketo form has been completed?This is the page with the form:Sign Up - Qubole Data Services (QDS) I need to understand this because there are some problems. Hi There,I have a friend in the marketing automation field who is apt at a few automation software's and now wants to hone his skills in Marketo. Apparently, Marketo does not provide any access for beginners for a hands on learning like Salesforce free trail developers/Admin account. Is there a way out so that he can access all the functions of Marketo and equip himself with its functioning completely?

How can I view the SFDC mapping for field constraints? These constraints contain valuable information but are not standalone fields so I am having trouble finding them.Thanks.
