Hey everyone,We are new to Marketo and still in the process of integrating our CRM.  In the meantime, I'm going to need to export all leads and upload them to the CRM daily as a manual process.  I'm struggling to build a report that can show me lead details with the name of the Form they completed as a column.Can anyone help?Thanks,Kacyn

Hi, I have some misunderstandings on some AEM communities functions (AEM 6.1, cq-6.1.0-hotfix-6640-1.4, AEM-6.1-Communities-Feature-Pack-4-1.8). 1. Saw that the search gives the user the chance to select the context ( Subject  Body  Tag  Author).If the author is selected, no results are returned, even if there is a blog entry with the subject or body same as the search keyword.So,  AEM must be putting an "and" condition with the "author". Is this normal behavior ?The two criterias in the request: author_display_name like 'test1', userIdentifier eq 'test1' It will be also a good advantage if I knew where the above  are stored in JCR (publisher), because I don t remember completing something like " author_display_name". 2. We have demographic scores that we want automatically applied to our leads when they are imported into Marketo.  Since we are new to Marketo, we are struggling to figure out the best way to do this. Any input is appreciated. 

How to use DAM Images in third Party application? Is there any way to achieve this?

We have to migrate an AEM site from 5.6 to 6.2. We have a use case, where email notification is required for comments component. When a user posts a comment, an email will be sent to a reviewer. This is currently implemented in the 5.6 site using a workflow. When a new comment is added in the JCR repository, the workflow is triggered. We are planning to use the ASRP storage option in the new site(AEM 6.2). Since UGC will be posted to the Adobe Social cloud instead of the JCR repository, how can we trigger the workflow when a new comment is posted?Any pointers will be really helpful.

Hello I got multiple notification in last few days.Couple of lead failed to sync to SFDC.How do I create smart list and then force manual sync ?

Here is what is happening. I have created my layout and cards using custom fonts. The problem is I get them to look the way I want them in the layout template, but when I publish the App for test viewing the leading is different on the iPad. And even more the Android looks different than both the iPad and Layout Template. Here are some screen grabs to explain:Here is what they look like in the layout template.And here is what the iPad ends up looking like. Just to be clear. The icons and "ambitconnection" are built into the card image.It seems like since my layout template is set to iPad that it should look exactly like that when I publish to the iPad. Any thoughts on why this is happening?

I am brand-new to Marketo and have sent my first campaign this morning. It's performed very well according to the dashboard, we have had a few people email and fill out some forms, only one unsubscriber, etc.. I just can't seem to find out who those people are. I can find the lists that the mailing was sent out to, and I can see how many people filled out the form and clicked the links, but I can't seem to find which subscribers it was that interacted with the email? I have read the documentation and there's something called Email Insights which I can't seem to find at all... Does anyone know how I can find this info? I'm assuming Marketo must have this feature, it's pretty basic reporting...

Hi all,We plan on building a registration landing page for upcoming event, but we were concerned about the potential risks involved when invitees decide to forward the invitation email or registration landing page to someone else. In an earlier campaign this seemed to be a problem, since when the new invitee would register it would over-write the information provided by the initial responder. How does this impact cookies or tracking of leads? Is this also why it's not advised to have someone complete a form to register somebody else for an event?Thanks,Tom

A lead became a member of a Marketo program that is synced to an SFDC campaign but could not be synced to SFDC due to missing last name. The last name got filled in later - and the lead made it into SFDC - but she didn't make it into the SFDC campaign. Is this expected behavior? I would expect Marketo to catch up on the Marketo program-SFDC campaign sync once the lead became syncable but have not had this to contend with before.

is there a way to only get Monthly Unique Visitors rather than Daily on omniture?

My aim is to take a look at how many people are returning to our website through one specific entry channel (mass e-mail). So what I did was create a segment that contains only traffic that has a specific campaign ID to filter out the mass e-mail visitors. After that I'm looking at the following metrics:- Visits- Unique Vists- Yearly Unique visitsWhat I'm hoping to see is that the yearly unique visits is declining relative to the unique visits. What I would like to verify is if the 'yearly unique visits' metric also respects the segment, does anyone know?Let me give an example, consider scenario A:- User enters through google natural search at moment A- User enters through mass e-mail at moment BWhen looking at the segment that filters for the mass e-mail, will this user show as a yearly unique at moment B, or will the fact that he already visited the site at moment A mean he's not a yearly unique visitor anymore in the scope of the segment? Thanks

I'm trying to pass a unique identifier from Marketo when a user clicks on a survey URL in an email. It seems like there are multiple unique identifiers in Marketo, but I am looking for one that I can use to track back to the user's email address in the system. So, I should be able to use the unique identifier to actually look that person up in Marketo. So far, I see Marketo Unique Code, Marketo Unique Id and Lead Id. What is the difference between all of these? When I look at the Id field in the Lead database it is a series of 6-8 numbers. However when I click on that Id and look at the user record, it no longer shows the id, it shows a field called Marketo Unique Code which is a combination of letters and numbers. If I then go back and do a search based on the Marketo Unique Code, I get zero results. Which code should I use to pass through a URL AND look up a user, and what is the token name?

We've been receiving some complaints from our sales team that our employees are populating the "Best Bets" section of their Sales Insight plugins. I'm looking for some input as to how to remove them from it. Some additional input I can provide is that while we have systems in place to keep them from entering our lifecycle funnel, we do not have anything in place to keep them from being scored. Would adding parameters to reset their scores and remove them from further scoring campaigns solve the issue or does the Best Bets tab function off of web page visits even outside of scoring programs?Any input would be great. Hello,I am interested in having a different time frame in between the emails in a stream cadence. Instead of the usual "every two weeks" there are very specific times for the leads to get the next email (ex. April 19, May 3, May 18) and they are not always exactly 2 weeks apart. What I was thinking was to change the cadence to daily and then edit the availability for each email. So if a cadence hits and none of the emails are available, the lead will remain in the stream until the next day where it will check for another email that is available.Anyone have experience with this and know if it will work?Thanks.

Planning upgrade from CQ 5.6.1 to AEM 6.2 and we've got a considerable number of social components that we wrote from scratch heavily utilizing some now extremely deprecated packages/classes. The most common of which, I'm having trouble tracking down a replacement for: prepareUserGeneratedContent(); Found that it still exists in the 6.2 documentation but can't exactly use it how we're using it today in CQ 5.6.1... In the past we would create/get the UGC node from the path of the resource/page calling the servlet, once we had the UGC node, update the relevant custom properties, save the session, then return the result. I guess my question is what is the proper way to CRUD UGC in AEM 6.2 from a custom Java servlet?I'm open to using OOTB components/classes to make this work instead of our custom implementation, but just need to know where to start to learn the right way of using the SRP API in 6.2. Any examples out there?

Hi,  one report suite has randomly disappeared from Ad-hoc Analysis and Report builder, however still active in Analytics.  Any guidance on how to fix this would be much appreciated.  Thank you.
