I am trying out a few of the starter templates in the new email 2.0 editor.I noticed that anytime I make edits to and mkto text area <p> tags get added around the text that are not originally in the templates.Which will distort the spacing.Even when I just open the rich text editor, make no changes, and click save.Is anyone else seeing this? and how can I make this stop happening?ThanksB

Our company has standardized on Jive as our internal collaboration platform, and for our external online community.  We're deploying Adobe Experience Manager for enterprise content management, mainly to feed our customer and partner portals, as well as for our corporate website.Is there any way to integrate AEM with Jive in order to provide a more structured content management back-end capability for our non-social content, while using Jive as the front-end?  The capabilities we're wanting to add to Jive by doing this would be more of a content workflow and approval process, as well as expiration policies for content, but still leverage the social features of Jive for this content.Thanks!

I would like to start having our sales team start using the Marketo/Outlook plugin to track emails in Salesforce. With our current settings, emails sent through the Marketo/Outlook plugin only appear in Salesforce's Sales Insight area. I would like to have the emails sent through the plug in to appear in the Salesforce's "Activity History" and "Marketo Sales Insight" areas. The only way I've found to accomplish this is to bcc with the sender's Salesforce email address. which will allow it to appear in both Salesforce's "Activity History" and "Marketo Sales Insight" areas. Does anyone know of another way to accomplish this?

I'm having a hard time creating a view that contains just contacts with open opportunities. Any ideas? If I could only just sort out those with the "status header" closed lost and closed won it would work. (see image below). Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!One of the options within contacts is to use the "view in marketo" equals = thing. does anyone know what views this refers to?

We've recently run into a few issues with our Marketo backlog, assuming due to a number of changes involving more "request campaign" flows. I created monthly Email performance Reports in Revenue Explorer. However, when I create a similar report in Analytics using a standard Email Performance Report, there is a small difference in the numbers. The different is not very big but can not be ignored. Any idea why this might be happening?

Can you have two Marketo forms on one page. For instance we have a static form on a page and are creating pop-up forms for exit. When we add the 2nd form to the page, the first form seems to get changed and neither form looks right nor functions properly.

We are looking to QA some data cleanup programs we recently ran and we noticed that in some cases, Acquisition Program was changed when it should not have been. I am trying to pull a list of all the acquisition program values that were changed, but when I try and do this using a Smart List with the filter of "Data Value Changed," Acquisition Program is not an available field. Can anyone advise on why that value doesn't populate as an option or suggest a better way to find the affected leads?

I have AEM 6.1 and wanna find out, how it works with our custom components. I figured out that in Touch UI the 'Configure' button for components does not appear, if I have cq:actions in Edit Config with entry 'editannotate'. So I'm not able to edit the component. Is this a bug? Or not allowed?We use cq:actions to have a text with the component name in the context menu (for Classic UI)  and we also want to enable annotations. Is there a solution to have both? Thanks!Anne

Hi -I'm working on figuring out how to track funnel metrics with Adobe Analytics/DTM when you have a static URL using a .aspx. In Google Analytics - I believe setting up virtual pages is a possible solution -- I'm not entirely sure how this works in DTM.How do I go about setting up the funnel tracking when the URL doesn't change as visitors go through the funnel experience?

Hi,Is there a way to get amount of time spent on form each fields.?  any recommendations. update: the below code seems to be working by getting the name of the field and field timing on the browser console. But, it doesnt seem to be working when i include this code in DTM. I could understand sine the page is not reloading and that's the reason it is not working. I have implemented the plugin for both previouspagename and % pageviewed on my site and this is working fine but how do i capture the no of users coming onto my site and abandoning without scrolling?Is there a way to do this in DTM without having to rely on the previous pagename being captured?  Help!!

 We are evaluating the authoring templates feature for one of your our projects. Authoring templates are empowering the authors to define the template layout without the need for a developer. while creating each template type, the author is selecting a a template type. For creating any new page template, should we select html5 template type? is it possible to define project specific template type? First of all is this required?if project sepcific template type can be created. please mention the steps to be followed.how do i specify the clientlibs, meta tags etc for these templates?

Hi All,I want to customize submit action of the  adaptive form such that on submit, I want to capture the field’s value and want to pass these value to Sling Servlet. I am unable to call java script function (Ajax) in  post.POST.jsp file to pass value to the Sling Servlet.Please help me on this.

We are planning to do an integration of Marketo form with a calendar app. On schedule a meeting page, basis the location of the user, we want to create a meeting in the calendar of the corresponding sales rep. Has anyone ever done similar integration? Currently, we are exploring vCita, Calendly.

Due to the configurable nature of the business we have, I have a very complex function to generate the product string in the Adobe required format. The problem appears to be once the Adobe image request begins and then tries to run this function it sometimes bombs out on Chrome due to the Chrome only feature of Keep-alive=15 for Adobe.Because of this it appears I need to pre-load this product string generation function and then call the Adobe Analytics call after it runs to just insert the result.How would I go about loading something prior to Adobe and then beginning the Adobe Analytics call?
