Is there something in the SFDC permissions that would need to allow for all marketing campaigns to show to Marketo? What exactly would be missing in the integration that would allow Marketo created SFDC campaigns show up, but no others?I have a case open at this time with support, but I was wondering while I'm waiting to hear back from them if anyone else has run into this?Thank you,Anita

How do you un-curate a report in workspace analytics.I have a workspace dashboard that I created and curated but now I want to have the same dashboard but not curated so I can use other dimensions to expand it further. thank you,Scott

Hi everyone,I have set up an activity within Adobe Target and I want to use Adobe Analytics as reporting source.In addition I have chosen "Use an analytics metric" for my goal metric.On my page actually the test is implemented and working (I can see the different experinces). I can see my success event going out and I can see this event being reported in Adobe Analytics.Nevertheless my Activity Conversions stays 0. Within Activity impressions I can see this test has traffic.Can anyone help me?Shall I usually see traffic going to Target when my success event is being send or is this conversion tracking happening server side? Thank you in advanceSimon

Hello All,            We have a below site structure                Parent Page--                           --- Child 1 Page                          ---- Child 2 PageParent page has a parsys component, where author drag and drops components and author the content and tag them using tags (e.g cq:tags) (e.g one component is intended for Child 1 page only( Child 1 page also has certain tags in it (cq:tags) ) and another component for Child 2 page only and few components for both the child pages).So once author completes authoring and publishes the page parent page, when some one access the child 1 page, it should display only content intended for child1. Similarly if child 2 page is accessed, content intended for child 2 only should be shown. And the components which are intended for both  child pages should display in both the pages.Could you please let us know how to achieve the above requirement and best practice. Regards

How do you sign up for Analytics Cloud? I have searched the site several times and each time I click on 'contact us' or 'request demo' the site returns with 'page not found'.The support system is not very user friendly or at least it does not make it easy for someone to find out how to sign up and/or get pricing.We are a small business and have data raw data streamed from a server that we would like to keep track of (email usage and CTR) etc. Please can someone contact me back or at least give me a costing and the way forward?Kindest regardsWerner

Hi Does anyone know if it is possible to see all pages viewed after a specific page. There is next page flow which shows you the very next page after a page. We can set a segment to say they viewed a specific page and then look at pages viewed but this will show pages viewed both before and after that specific page.I would like to see all pages viewed after a specific page not just the next page. Is this possible? ThanksJoe 

I've been spinning my wheels on this so thought I'd check here for any advice.  What I am trying to do is:We have an online sales process, and I can easily create a Fallout Report to see the percentage of users who drop off after a specific page of this process.  What I want to do is find a way to see what the drop off is for mobile users vs desktop users.I don't see a way to do this, I've tried creating a segment that has:  Page X then Page Y then Page Z -> I then do a visitor profile report and add this segment in, but the results do not appear to be correct (they are not matching the visits shown in the Fallout report at least).Thanks for any assistance with this.

I created a form for an event landing page and one of the fields is "Location". When the user submits the form they are then sent to the Confirmation Page which I set up to be dynamic depending upon the location they select on the previous page. However, this is not working correctly. I'm assuming it's because Marketo doesn't have enough time to update the user's contact record with the updated location.Has anyone else had a similar issue? Do you have any work-arounds for this?Thanks!

Is it ok to have the DKIM setting verified and SPF configuration pending? Will this impact deliverability rate? the reason why i am asking this question is because i set up couple of domains in Marketo. While the DKIm status shows verified, SPF shows configuration pending. I tried working with the IT team but not able to fix this. I am concerned if this will impact my deliverability or is it ok?

I would like to be able to use the Show Custom HTML to known Leads form functionality on a landing page that is not a Marketo landing page. Will this work by adding the embed code to our website? Will it require any additional code to work?

As per the  the recommended Java version for AEM 6.2 is Java 8. I was just looking at the POM used in we.retail reference github page as this package is intended for AEM 6.2. https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/aem-sample-we-retail/blob/master/pom.xml.Here I could see that maven compiler plugin uses Java Source and Target as 1.6. Actually in adobe campaign, the default set of tracking codes appear to be quite tedious to configure, so i would like integrate to Adobe analytics and Adobe campaign to track known visitors. Is that possible to track known visitors  by this integration. if yes, then what are the steps to access it. Hi all,we face a problem with the recurring campaigns regarding the analysis of these mailings (AC version 6.1.). You can only see the numbers for all dispatches together, not for a single dispatch (cf. attachment). Is there a solution either via the report center or via an extra workflow?Many thanks and kind regards,Klaus

Hi! I sent our weekly newsletter yesterday and did a subject line A/B test where 70% of the audience received the test and then the winning variant was supposed to be sent to the remaining 30%. The other 30% did not receive the test and Im wondering why that is? Did I put the wrong parameters in place?Here's a screenshot of the test:Im sure it's probably something very simple, but how would I be able to manually batch send the email to remaining 30%? Well, trying email editor 2.0. Wanted to start playing with creating my own templates. Now I'm fairly skilled with html/css but I'm certainly no expert so I thought I would start learning by doing something really, really basic...I took the skeleton template, stripped out all the guts (just left the variable definitions, styles and outer wrapper html in place) and simply copied and pasted, verbatim, the example snippet code to see what would happen (<div class="mktoSnippet" id="unsubscribeFooter" mktoName="Unsubscribe Footer"></div>).What happened? Marketo reports it's an invalid module and won't save the code.1. Not a very helpful error message. I tried searching for invalid module in help but got only one unrelated result.2. It's literally copied and pasted from the Marketo documentation, what could I have done wrong? (a lot I'm sure, lol)3. I don't see anywhere that I would have to declare modules, there are no variables to define, not sure what is wrong...Any direction?

I am working on configuring AEM Author Standby instance using AEM 6.2. The OS is RHEL 7.1I am using Tark MK as storage and i plan to set up two Authors, one active and the other as a cold standby.I am following instructions from the Adobe's documentation on this url.My first question here is : Do the Author Primary and Standby run on the same port (eg 4502) or should i configure the start up scripts for both of them on different ports like:Primary Author -> Working on 4502Standby Author -> Working on 4507I also see in the adobe documentation that the primary author needs to be configured with an additional run mode (“primary”), which makes it LISTEN on TCP port 8023. Is the assumption correct that this is different from the 4502 http port on which the primary author is running?Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

I have downloaded the quickstart.jar file for AEM 6.2 and have it running for a development instance. But we will need to deploy AEM in a Tomcat instance for our production setup, and I need the war file. But from the Adobe licensing web page, I only seem to be able to download the jar version. Where do I go to get the war file?Also, I know the documentation says to install on Tomcat 7 using Java 7. But does anyone know if it works with Tomcat 8 and Java 8? (I'm mostly concerned about making sure we support TLS 1.2 from the outset, and I know that it will work fine with Java 7, but with Java 8 the 'default' is to use TLS 1.2 and not TLS 1.0.)

Hi,I am working a lot recently with Assets. I want to get dimensions of the image renditions for the image. I can get the size of the rendition using getSize() method but was not able to find any method to get dimensions or say length and width of the image. I can get the length and width of the original image from metadata tiff:ImageLength and tiff:ImageWidth but i am not seeing any information like this for renditions. Can anyone provide any suggestions on hoe to get dimensions of the renditions. Thanks
