Hi guys,We've taken a hard look at our recent leads and discovered that, almost everytime, there was no history prior to the lead being known, except for visits on the same day.It's highly suspicious that someone would get to know us & give us his contact information on Day 1, every single time. It doesn't match a B2B shopper behavior, where he would gather information and then comeback and ask to be contacted / give his info by downloading a piece of content.Could it be that anoynmous data are not being reported at all since the end of the "Anonymous" filters?ThanksJP

Has anyone been able to make a form persistent when scrolling on a landing page(ie scroll up or down and the form moves with you)?  If possible I assume you would need a guided LP template.Thanks,Jason

Hello,I sent an intro email to 1000 leads. 100 of those leads opened the email. I want to resend the intro email back to the 900 that did not open the 1st email. For bonus points, I also would like to extract the 100 that opened the email and move them forward to the next email, say email #2.I cloned the intro email program, called it resend intro. Now in the smart list, how do I set it up to get a list of the 900 people to resend the email too?Thank you

Hi,I am working on AEM 6.2, but I dont see tools menu anywhere. From the demo videos and tutorial, it shows we can go to tools menu using http://localhost:4502/tools.html but for me thats not working. I can go to tools menu from url http://localhost:4502/libs/cq/dialogconversion/content/console.html, but I need some direct way to reach there. Even in projects.html page I should see tools options in left navigation bottom, but even there I dont see it.Please help.Regards.Samir

Hello,Here in my project, we have a requirement that involves PDF generation from a specific template. We are considering the OOTB functionality, by configuring our on rewriter (/apps/my_project/config/rewriter). The problem is that the mechanism uses a XML representation from the current node to get XSL-FO and after get the PDF. We need information from other nodes (that in normal HTML we use a WCMUse class to retrieve these information). Let me illustrate:Node from Page A:path: path_to_page_bsomeTextField: some_textNode from Page B:title: page_b_titleIn this basic scenario, our PDF from Page A must contain the "some_text" and "page_b_title", but we are not able to access "page_b_title" because it is in another node.Do you have a clue of how we could achieve this? My local dev environment is an older Mac Pro one of the Dual CPU variants running OS X (10.11). I was doing some basic load testing of a servlet using Jmeter I was writing on AEM and noticed that it seemed to be only placing load on one of the two CPUs (Note physical CPU's not cores). Why is this the case I'd expect AEM to happily make use of all CPU's. Is this a licensing issues that limits AEM to a single CPU for a dev instance or perhaps its simply an issue with OS X and how it distributes load across dual cpu macs (I haven't tried this on linux or windows on this mac yet)? Not a big issue just more curious and I also wanted to see what impact it had on my response times!

We are getting two response call from third-party application, so two response call creating users in both PUB1 & PUB2.(As of now we can't stop the two response call from third-party application).Is there any way to remove/merge the duplicate users while synchronizing PUB1 & PUB2 ? Kind regards,Balaji k

How can we measure when a user opens an E-Mail?We successfully added the img tag as described in the documentation and this seems to work and get loaded as well. But we cannot find any evidence in adobe analytics reports. In which Report would we find evidence? Then provide the profile in arguments of the FFMpeg Transcoding step.Here lies my question.Since, I am required to create two renditions for all the input video types, do I have to create ~28 video profiles?Or is there some better way available ? Regards

Muse PreRelease to DPS 2015I'm producing a muse page that is responsive so that it can be used in DPS 2015.When I have an HTML article from muse placed in DPS it loads on iPad and phone great. But when I tap on the article the top menu does not show-up.Is this a known issue?I should add that other Muse 2015 html articles I have place in DPS 215 that are not responsive don't have this problem.

I'm having some difficulty getting any articles I created in Muse (CC2015.1) to play nicely. I created a fairly basic responsive layout, and it works fine except there's no ability to bring up the Navigation UI. So I then tried creating just a simple, fixed layout with one line of text. I imported the article, and I got the same results; tapping doesn't trigger the navigation or swiping doesn't move to the next article.Understanding how gestures are handled in viewersThe help area referencing gestures says that tapping non-interactive area displays the navigation. So why does it seem like Muse is stripping / overriding that? I wish it was as simple as just dropping in the HTML Gesture APIs in the appropriate spots, but if coding was that simple, I wouldn't have used a "designer-friendly" program to build articles.

Hi I have successfully tested consuming a soap web service by following the helpx website. https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/creating-cxf-bundles-consume-web.html. Here the webservices are open to publicWe have a requirement to implement the same approach using SOAP webservices. This data will be exposed as a web service with 'Data Power' encryption.Could anyone please let me know if there will be any configurations required at AEM level to consume these secured web services.Thanks Paul

Hello,I am getting different behaviour or email script token in preview email and send sample option, I am using foreach loop to get multiple record of custom object associated with lead. In preview mode I am able to see multiple records where as in send sample email only first record has been rendered.I my opinion its velocity script is not performing as it suppose to be in send sample.Please anyone having similar issue, or got additional info?- Indu

Hi Everyone!My reps want the granular data of the Email Program Results Report, but in a manner that allows for sorting and filtering by account rep. Usually, I would just add a column for Client Service Contact to the Results Report and we'd be in business but the Results Report doesn't allow for added columns.I feel as though there must be an easy way to create this report that doesn't involve the creation of multiple Smart Lists that I export to Excel where I add a column for the contact's activity, whether it be Email Delivered, Email Sent, Email Opened, etc.Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hello Marketo community, I'm a relatively new to email coding and I'm encountering some issues with Outlook rendering my newsletter. I've created a template that has a banner and two columns, split (more or less) 75/25. If it's text-only, it renders great on all platforms. But when I introduce images into the right column, even when they're cropped down smaller than the column width, it shoves the right column down quite a ways for Outlook users on Windows. I realize post-2007 Outlook on Windows renders HTML through Word, which complicates things. But I designed this template around the current newsletter, which is being distributed through Constant Contact. However, when I went to download the source code from that email, it was a complete and utter mess.It seems I can put images in the left column just fine.One thing complicating matters is I'm on a Mac and I only know of this issue because my boss (who's on Windows) saw this issue in the sample messages I sent. Hello,We want to put an event invitation in to Marketo Sales Insight and allow our sales team to send the invitations.I do want to include folks that were sent an email in to a Marketo program as members so we can track total send, opens, and registrations. The program will also send a follow-up reminder to registered attendees.I see the trigger "Is Sent Sales Email" but am unsure how to identify this email template specifically?Any suggestions?Thank you,Noelle
