We are setting up a smart campaign to send an email to an email address that lives on an opportunity field in Salesforce. In order to do this, I set up a velocity script token to pull the email address from SF and will use a "send alert" flow step to send the actual email.Does anyone have any ideas if this velocity script token looks correct? We have used velocity script tokens in the past but somehow it did not trigger the email. We are using a trigger campaign when a field on the opportunity is updated in SF. I followed the instructions for setting up a lead scoring program found in this Product Doc: Create a Lead Scoring Program - Marketo Docs - Product Docs . As you can see from the screenshots, they show all of the campaigns (both demo and behav.) as triggered campaigns, but when I imported the program, it automatically made all demographic campaigns batch campaigns and all behavior campaigns triggered campaigns. See screenshot. This is intuitive to me, but I'm concerned that what I've created doesn't match the documentation. Thoughts?

I am in a process to split a single nurture program that serviced three regions into three seperate regional nurture programs. The content will initially be the same for the new programs as in the old program. Optimization will come later. Of note, we send all nurture emails from seperate content programs.We never store the emails within the engagement program itself, but call on seperate send campaigns within the content programs. (each piece of content gets its own program)So, the question I have is this...There are several thousand people in various stages of the existing nurture program with each having been sent a varying number of emails within the stream. If I migrate these people to their new engagement program (with the same content), will Marketo "remember" the emails each lead was previously sent  and not attempt to send again? Thanks,-Michael.

HiI wrote PHP program with use Marketo REST API in our website's contact form on submit action.That form is 1-50 conversion when 1 month, so I think REST API call count is 1-50 in 1 month.And, our sales team configured SalesInsight.But "Admin > Web Services > API Call Information" show me about 5000-7000 calls in 1day.Is that influence of SalesInsight?

Is the User Profile component available to use? I cannot see it in the Communities component list.I'm using AEM 6.1 if that makes a difference.

We set up a nurture stream and want to remove anyone from future sends if they they reply to an email. If I removed anyone who clicked would that incorporate people who reply, or is that not counted in the open and click numbers?

I am convinced that because Marketo doesn't really offer a survey capability that doing a survey in Marketo is not the best choice. We already have Survey Monkey so I suggested to the boss that it would work better and give us the best result and best analysis. She still wants me to try and do it in Marketo. I say we do the email and follow up in Marketo with a link to the survey in Survey Monkey. We can analyze the open and click rate through Marketo but not the actual survey responses/I started to put it together but ran into many obstacles. One being I would have to create a field for every question so I could design a fieldset with check marks for each question. Any thoughts? Hi guys,We've taken a hard look at our recent leads and discovered that, almost everytime, there was no history prior to the lead being known, except for visits on the same day.It's highly suspicious that someone would get to know us & give us his contact information on Day 1, every single time. It doesn't match a B2B shopper behavior, where he would gather information and then comeback and ask to be contacted / give his info by downloading a piece of content.Could it be that anoynmous data are not being reported at all since the end of the "Anonymous" filters?ThanksJP

Hello,I sent an intro email to 1000 leads. 100 of those leads opened the email. I want to resend the intro email back to the 900 that did not open the 1st email. For bonus points, I also would like to extract the 100 that opened the email and move them forward to the next email, say email #2.I cloned the intro email program, called it resend intro. Now in the smart list, how do I set it up to get a list of the 900 people to resend the email too?Thank you

Hi,I am working on AEM 6.2, but I dont see tools menu anywhere. From the demo videos and tutorial, it shows we can go to tools menu using http://localhost:4502/tools.html but for me thats not working. I can go to tools menu from url http://localhost:4502/libs/cq/dialogconversion/content/console.html, but I need some direct way to reach there. Even in projects.html page I should see tools options in left navigation bottom, but even there I dont see it.Please help.Regards.Samir

Hello,Here in my project, we have a requirement that involves PDF generation from a specific template. We are considering the OOTB functionality, by configuring our on rewriter (/apps/my_project/config/rewriter). The problem is that the mechanism uses a XML representation from the current node to get XSL-FO and after get the PDF. We need information from other nodes (that in normal HTML we use a WCMUse class to retrieve these information). Let me illustrate:Node from Page A:path: path_to_page_bsomeTextField: some_textNode from Page B:title: page_b_titleIn this basic scenario, our PDF from Page A must contain the "some_text" and "page_b_title", but we are not able to access "page_b_title" because it is in another node.Do you have a clue of how we could achieve this? My local dev environment is an older Mac Pro one of the Dual CPU variants running OS X (10.11). I was doing some basic load testing of a servlet using Jmeter I was writing on AEM and noticed that it seemed to be only placing load on one of the two CPUs (Note physical CPU's not cores). Why is this the case I'd expect AEM to happily make use of all CPU's. Is this a licensing issues that limits AEM to a single CPU for a dev instance or perhaps its simply an issue with OS X and how it distributes load across dual cpu macs (I haven't tried this on linux or windows on this mac yet)? Not a big issue just more curious and I also wanted to see what impact it had on my response times!

We are getting two response call from third-party application, so two response call creating users in both PUB1 & PUB2.(As of now we can't stop the two response call from third-party application).Is there any way to remove/merge the duplicate users while synchronizing PUB1 & PUB2 ? Kind regards,Balaji k

How can we measure when a user opens an E-Mail?We successfully added the img tag as described in the documentation and this seems to work and get loaded as well. But we cannot find any evidence in adobe analytics reports. In which Report would we find evidence? When you customize the "Assets Admin Search Rail" search forum the changes you make (adding predicates for example) are visible in all contexts in Assets.https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/administer/operations/search-forms.htmlIs there any way to have the custom predicates only show for specific paths in the content tree?  Eg. not visible in /content/dam/abc but visible in /content/dam/defThanks.
