Hello All,We are setting up our revenue cycle and for each Lead Stage we have one or two Lead Statuses (for more granularity).Since the revenue cycle modeler cannot update anything else than the stage, I need an operational campaign for each status transition.I am a bit reluctant to put the update of the stages in the modeler and the update of the statuses in Operational Campaigns.Do you think it would make sense to build the modeler for reporting purposes only (with dummy transitions) and to only use operational campaigns to move the leads through statuses and stages?Thanks a lot!Jules

How can I remove the % from data which get populated in the workspace 

I have succesfully changed the aspectRatioConfig for a html5smartimage component to replace the default "Free crop" with a custom aspect ratio, however I'm struggling to find a way to select my custom aspect ratio as the default selection when cropping images. Essentially, I want to default to my custom aspect ratio rather than have the user select this from the list of aspect ratios (in this case there is only one value). Is this possible? Can anyone assist?here is my code to replace the free crop, with my custom config, I was thinking that setting the checked value of the available aspect ratios (in initConfig below) would trigger the selected event, but it doesn't appear too. How can I default the selected aspect ratio ? I have a lead scoring program that I created but right now it's just pulling scores into the flame/star fields in Sales Insight. How do I pull the aggregate score into a custom "Lead Score" field in Salesforce?

Hello! I'm running a referral campaign. The new lead that is submitted has info on who submitted the lead (advocate name, email address, etc). Is there anyway I can send an email after the form is filled out to the Advocate's email address, rather than the lead that has been submitted?

I have discovered that the version of Marketo Lead Management in place in our SFDC org is from September 2012 and does not contain all of the fields that should be synced from Marketo, such as Acquisition Program Name.  This shows as being mapped to mkto2__Acquisition_Program__c (SFDC Lead) and mkto2__Acquisition_Program__c (SFDC Contact); however, neither of these fields exist in the SFDC org.  I am guessing that this is because the Marketo Lead Management was installed before these fields existed.So, my question is, can we safely upgrade our Marketo Lead Management app without deleting any existing field data? I would hope so, but as I have to hand this to the IS team in the company to do (I'm not allowed to touch SFDC), I want to be sure before I request this.

Hi - We have a sales rep that is the account owner on a lead in SFDC. The lead is Open, there is nothing set for reminder reasons yet Marketo has sent a reminder alert 3 times as you can see below. Is there a reason, or maybe something within the system that glitching?

When exporting list of leads, there are several format options on the Export dialog box as follows:Does anybody know what is the difference between the different formats? I am mainly interested in the way special characters (and character sets) are handled in each format. The documentation at Export Leads to Excel from a List or Smart List - Marketo Docs - Product Docs  is not covering the topic at all.

Hi everyone,We have our user conference coming up soon and are expecting 1000+ customers.I'd like to use the Marketo Check In app so that we can update customers' status to "Attended" and send out some automated email comms.We have used the app for smaller events and it has been great. Does anyone have experience of using the app for events of this size? Is it a practical solution for registering attendance on a large scale?On the morning of the event when registration starts I'm concerned that there will be a long line of customers wanting to register. Will the app be a bit unwieldy for quickly processing a  large number of people?If anyone has used the app for an event of this size and is happy that it's the right tool for the job then please let me know.Thanks,James

Calling on my Salesforce wizards out there My Salesforce admin reached out to me yesterday to let me know they are vetting a SFDC encryption tool called SF Shield and wanted to know if I had any idea how this might interfere with our Marketo integration. I have no idea, but I am hoping someone else does. It will selectively encrypt emails, notes and attachments.Any ideas?

We have an A/B test underway with the following results so far:When looking at the "clicks" in the Members tab, there is no data.  Yet, the dashboard indicates two clicks.  Does Marketo consider clicks on the unsubscribe link as clicks that are evaluated in an A/B test?  If so, this isn't consistent with how Marketo tracks this behavior outside of A/B tests.

Is there a way to validate a 'date' field so it displays a date as: Tuesday, July 5th 2016 instead of 7/5/2016? Even if the 'day name' is abbreviated (Tue instead of Tuesday) is fine. I can't seem to find out how to format this way. Also, most of the date formats also have a time value associated with them. I don't want/need the time in this field.

Hi,I have a requirement, where I need to return the nodes, that contains 2 properties, ex: Make and Model.In my node structure, there are cases, where make and model properties are available, but Model dont have any value in it.the property.operation: exists will check if the property itself is exists or not. How can I check if the property value is not empty?I am using querybuilder.

I'm implementing a few things simultaneous and wanting to know if there's any potential impact to using the same field for three different Revenue Cycle Models.We want to use the same lead status field so that we can use this one field for RTPWe want to use the same lead score field so that we can pass this information into Sales Insight (I believe you can only use one field at a time for Marketo sales insight to drive the flames and stars).Is there any impact to using the same fields across different models?

Our Nurture emails usually go out on first monday of the month, but the 4th of July this year came on the first monday of the month and our emails went out which should not have as it was a holiday in the US. So I was wondering if we pause the program next time on a holiday if it comes on the first monday of the month and restart it on tuesday. Will the emails go out that month after reactivation or the emails will go out after a month on the first monday?

We are trying to set up custom email signatures for each sales rep using segmentation/snippets. We want this to function properly when sending off MSI in SFDC. We would like to avoid creating 15 versions of the same email with different signatures, but will if that makes more sense.Does it make sense to use snippets? Does anyone have a step by step for doing this that they can share?

Hi there. I have a B2C client in the professional sports industry and have the opportunity to import individual ticket purchase transactions (via API) into Marketo. Since it's not a typical B2B sales pipeline scenario, I've considered using a custom object to store all the transactions of each member on our database. However I'm not clear whether that would exclude us from using the Marketo Revenue Cycle analysis tools. Does revenue data, by definition, need to come from the Opportunities object?  If so, should I be looking to import these transactions into the Opportunity Object instead.  Trouble is, that I would need to introduce custom fields to include the metadata of the various sports events on offer. Is it possible to do that without using SFDC?  Any assistance on this would be very welcome.

Hi _ this may be basic, but I can't figure this out...I have a PDF that I would like to upload into Marketo, and then include a link to that PDF in my email. Two questions:1) Will simply uploading it into the "Images and files" folder work? That is working for jpg's, but in the email editor I don't see the pdf's I have uploaded2) From the email editor, how do I link to that PDF file?Many thanks,Laura
