I've been spinning my wheels on this so thought I'd check here for any advice.  What I am trying to do is:We have an online sales process, and I can easily create a Fallout Report to see the percentage of users who drop off after a specific page of this process.  What I want to do is find a way to see what the drop off is for mobile users vs desktop users.I don't see a way to do this, I've tried creating a segment that has:  Page X then Page Y then Page Z -> I then do a visitor profile report and add this segment in, but the results do not appear to be correct (they are not matching the visits shown in the Fallout report at least).Thanks for any assistance with this.

I created a form for an event landing page and one of the fields is "Location". When the user submits the form they are then sent to the Confirmation Page which I set up to be dynamic depending upon the location they select on the previous page. However, this is not working correctly. I'm assuming it's because Marketo doesn't have enough time to update the user's contact record with the updated location.Has anyone else had a similar issue? Do you have any work-arounds for this?Thanks!

Is it ok to have the DKIM setting verified and SPF configuration pending? Will this impact deliverability rate? the reason why i am asking this question is because i set up couple of domains in Marketo. While the DKIm status shows verified, SPF shows configuration pending. I tried working with the IT team but not able to fix this. I am concerned if this will impact my deliverability or is it ok?

I would like to be able to use the Show Custom HTML to known Leads form functionality on a landing page that is not a Marketo landing page. Will this work by adding the embed code to our website? Will it require any additional code to work?

As per the  the recommended Java version for AEM 6.2 is Java 8. I was just looking at the POM used in we.retail reference github page as this package is intended for AEM 6.2. https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/aem-sample-we-retail/blob/master/pom.xml.Here I could see that maven compiler plugin uses Java Source and Target as 1.6. Actually in adobe campaign, the default set of tracking codes appear to be quite tedious to configure, so i would like integrate to Adobe analytics and Adobe campaign to track known visitors. Is that possible to track known visitors  by this integration. if yes, then what are the steps to access it. Hi all,we face a problem with the recurring campaigns regarding the analysis of these mailings (AC version 6.1.). You can only see the numbers for all dispatches together, not for a single dispatch (cf. attachment). Hi! I sent our weekly newsletter yesterday and did a subject line A/B test where 70% of the audience received the test and then the winning variant was supposed to be sent to the remaining 30%. The other 30% did not receive the test and Im wondering why that is? Did I put the wrong parameters in place?Here's a screenshot of the test:Im sure it's probably something very simple, but how would I be able to manually batch send the email to remaining 30%? Well, trying email editor 2.0. Wanted to start playing with creating my own templates. Now I'm fairly skilled with html/css but I'm certainly no expert so I thought I would start learning by doing something really, really basic...I took the skeleton template, stripped out all the guts (just left the variable definitions, styles and outer wrapper html in place) and simply copied and pasted, verbatim, the example snippet code to see what would happen (<div class="mktoSnippet" id="unsubscribeFooter" mktoName="Unsubscribe Footer"></div>).What happened? Marketo reports it's an invalid module and won't save the code.1. Not a very helpful error message. I tried searching for invalid module in help but got only one unrelated result.2. It's literally copied and pasted from the Marketo documentation, what could I have done wrong? (a lot I'm sure, lol)3. I don't see anywhere that I would have to declare modules, there are no variables to define, not sure what is wrong...Any direction?

I am working on configuring AEM Author Standby instance using AEM 6.2. The OS is RHEL 7.1I am using Tark MK as storage and i plan to set up two Authors, one active and the other as a cold standby.I am following instructions from the Adobe's documentation on this url.My first question here is : Do the Author Primary and Standby run on the same port (eg 4502) or should i configure the start up scripts for both of them on different ports like:Primary Author -> Working on 4502Standby Author -> Working on 4507I also see in the adobe documentation that the primary author needs to be configured with an additional run mode (“primary”), which makes it LISTEN on TCP port 8023. Is the assumption correct that this is different from the 4502 http port on which the primary author is running?Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

I have downloaded the quickstart.jar file for AEM 6.2 and have it running for a development instance. But we will need to deploy AEM in a Tomcat instance for our production setup, and I need the war file. But from the Adobe licensing web page, I only seem to be able to download the jar version. Where do I go to get the war file?Also, I know the documentation says to install on Tomcat 7 using Java 7. But does anyone know if it works with Tomcat 8 and Java 8? (I'm mostly concerned about making sure we support TLS 1.2 from the outset, and I know that it will work fine with Java 7, but with Java 8 the 'default' is to use TLS 1.2 and not TLS 1.0.)

Hi,I am working a lot recently with Assets. I want to get dimensions of the image renditions for the image. I can get the size of the rendition using getSize() method but was not able to find any method to get dimensions or say length and width of the image. I can get the length and width of the original image from metadata tiff:ImageLength and tiff:ImageWidth but i am not seeing any information like this for renditions. Can anyone provide any suggestions on hoe to get dimensions of the renditions. Thanks

We typically see a 3-5% variance in sales when comparing Adobe to our Business (SAP/BI) systems (usually Adobe is a bit low). What is considered to be a normal variance? What typically causes such a variance? For lack of evidence of other causes, I have always suspected that the tracking pixel (located 75% down the page) doesn't have a chance to load before the consumer closes the window. Other thoughts or sources of what is industry standard is most welcome. Thank you!

Hi Everyone,I was going through the Personalization article published https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/personal61.html. Using the templates which are present I have created the attached campaign but every time the Mac page is getting shown, I am not able to see the windows page even if I login with a windows interested user. Also find the screenshot for the user for which windows page should load.Only difference is that the article deals with a custom type "ostype" where I have used "interest" as deciding factor. Am I missing something? Hello,Our team is interested in knowing the most frequented pages on our website in the past 90 days, so we ran Google Analytics to find out. Now we want to exclude known lead visits from the ranking and only count webpages visited by current anonymous leads in Marketo. I realize if an anonymous lead became known, they will not count here, but that's okay, currently anonymous leads is fine.What is the best way to report on this so I can get somewhat of a ranking of the top 20 webpages visited by anonymous leads?Perhaps take the results from Google Analytics (ex. 100 contact us page visits in last 7 days by all traffic) and just subtract the known web traffic from Marketo (ex. 10 contact us page visits in last 7 days by known leads) to find the difference, which would be the anonymous traffic?Thanks.

Hello all!We (@Celena Price and I) are new to the area of personalization in emails and we currently do not have a CRM integration with Marketo. Here is what we'd like to do:We have 27 Sales reps.  Each lead has a rep's name attached to it via a custom field (WAMNAME).We need to be able to send emails to those leads that will have a picture of the correct rep for that specific lead. We have thousands of leads. It would be like using an image as a token.We are not sure about the best way to accomplish this and have been reading about dynamic content, snippets, segmentations, etc. with hesitantcy to move forward without a "best course of action".Thanks in advance for any insights!Samantha Lee

Hello!My organization is running a virtual event in September and I think we can leverage Marketo to do most of the logistics. In essence, we'll encourage prospects to sign up for a day of learning about our solution and they will initially register using a Marketo form. But, I need a way for them to come back and "log in" to access the content on that day and after as on-demand sessions. Is there a way to do this? Is there a sure fire hack?My initial thought was to use progressive profiling, which I think will allow me to let registrants hit a "GO" button once they have filled out the initial form (similar to unlocking a gated guide). Am I on the right track?

My tracking code is cmp=<a-value-of-characteristic-1>_<a-value-of-characteristic-2>_<a-value-of-characteristic-3>.Note that an underscore _ separates those three parts of the tracking code.  Each characteristic (1, 2, and 3) can have many different values.  For example, characteristic-1 might be the publisher, characteristic-2 might be the banner size, and characteristic-3 might be the banner's message.For example, it could be cmp=hgtv_200x140_bigsaleI want to keep cmp as a long string for the tracking code report, but I also want three new evars - one for characteristic-1, another evar for characteristic-2, and another evar for characteristic-3.In other words, I want to end up with a report on just all the publishers, another report on all the banner sizes, and another report all the banner messages.Hope this makes sense.  How do I create three evars from different parts of the underscore-delimited value of the tracking code?Thanks for any help!

I'm trying to pull an overall Email Performance Report for an entire folder of email programs (roughly 50 emails).  The report calculates the totals at the bottom of the spreadsheet, however when I try to do the calculations myself using formulas, the numbers do not match up.Does anyone know how Marketo calculates the total of the % columns?  I thought maybe the total represented the % average or median in that column, but that doesn't seem to be the case.  This makes me nervous about trusting Marketo reporting.  I need to do this for 6 different folders and then pull an average total per column for a summary report.
