I recently tried using Target Classic's mbox3rdPartyId feature without success. We typically see a 3-5% variance in sales when comparing Adobe to our Business (SAP/BI) systems (usually Adobe is a bit low). What is considered to be a normal variance? What typically causes such a variance? For lack of evidence of other causes, I have always suspected that the tracking pixel (located 75% down the page) doesn't have a chance to load before the consumer closes the window. Other thoughts or sources of what is industry standard is most welcome. Thank you!

I am getting an error when trying to open a specific workspace.

Hi Everyone,I was going through the Personalization article published https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/personal61.html. Using the templates which are present I have created the attached campaign but every time the Mac page is getting shown, I am not able to see the windows page even if I login with a windows interested user. Also find the screenshot for the user for which windows page should load.Only difference is that the article deals with a custom type "ostype" where I have used "interest" as deciding factor. Am I missing something? Hello,Our team is interested in knowing the most frequented pages on our website in the past 90 days, so we ran Google Analytics to find out. Now we want to exclude known lead visits from the ranking and only count webpages visited by current anonymous leads in Marketo. I realize if an anonymous lead became known, they will not count here, but that's okay, currently anonymous leads is fine.What is the best way to report on this so I can get somewhat of a ranking of the top 20 webpages visited by anonymous leads?Perhaps take the results from Google Analytics (ex. 100 contact us page visits in last 7 days by all traffic) and just subtract the known web traffic from Marketo (ex. 10 contact us page visits in last 7 days by known leads) to find the difference, which would be the anonymous traffic?Thanks.

Hello all!We (@Celena Price and I) are new to the area of personalization in emails and we currently do not have a CRM integration with Marketo. Here is what we'd like to do:We have 27 Sales reps.  Each lead has a rep's name attached to it via a custom field (WAMNAME).We need to be able to send emails to those leads that will have a picture of the correct rep for that specific lead. We have thousands of leads. It would be like using an image as a token.We are not sure about the best way to accomplish this and have been reading about dynamic content, snippets, segmentations, etc. with hesitantcy to move forward without a "best course of action".Thanks in advance for any insights!Samantha Lee

Hello!My organization is running a virtual event in September and I think we can leverage Marketo to do most of the logistics. In essence, we'll encourage prospects to sign up for a day of learning about our solution and they will initially register using a Marketo form. But, I need a way for them to come back and "log in" to access the content on that day and after as on-demand sessions. Is there a way to do this? Is there a sure fire hack?My initial thought was to use progressive profiling, which I think will allow me to let registrants hit a "GO" button once they have filled out the initial form (similar to unlocking a gated guide). Am I on the right track?

My tracking code is cmp=<a-value-of-characteristic-1>_<a-value-of-characteristic-2>_<a-value-of-characteristic-3>.Note that an underscore _ separates those three parts of the tracking code.  Each characteristic (1, 2, and 3) can have many different values.  For example, characteristic-1 might be the publisher, characteristic-2 might be the banner size, and characteristic-3 might be the banner's message.For example, it could be cmp=hgtv_200x140_bigsaleI want to keep cmp as a long string for the tracking code report, but I also want three new evars - one for characteristic-1, another evar for characteristic-2, and another evar for characteristic-3.In other words, I want to end up with a report on just all the publishers, another report on all the banner sizes, and another report all the banner messages.Hope this makes sense.  How do I create three evars from different parts of the underscore-delimited value of the tracking code?Thanks for any help!

I'm trying to pull an overall Email Performance Report for an entire folder of email programs (roughly 50 emails).  The report calculates the totals at the bottom of the spreadsheet, however when I try to do the calculations myself using formulas, the numbers do not match up.Does anyone know how Marketo calculates the total of the % columns?  I thought maybe the total represented the % average or median in that column, but that doesn't seem to be the case.  This makes me nervous about trusting Marketo reporting.  I need to do this for 6 different folders and then pull an average total per column for a summary report.

We are setting up a smart campaign to send an email to an email address that lives on an opportunity field in Salesforce. In order to do this, I set up a velocity script token to pull the email address from SF and will use a "send alert" flow step to send the actual email.Does anyone have any ideas if this velocity script token looks correct? We have used velocity script tokens in the past but somehow it did not trigger the email. We are using a trigger campaign when a field on the opportunity is updated in SF. I followed the instructions for setting up a lead scoring program found in this Product Doc: Create a Lead Scoring Program - Marketo Docs - Product Docs . As you can see from the screenshots, they show all of the campaigns (both demo and behav.) as triggered campaigns, but when I imported the program, it automatically made all demographic campaigns batch campaigns and all behavior campaigns triggered campaigns. See screenshot. This is intuitive to me, but I'm concerned that what I've created doesn't match the documentation. Thoughts?

I am in a process to split a single nurture program that serviced three regions into three seperate regional nurture programs. The content will initially be the same for the new programs as in the old program. Optimization will come later. Of note, we send all nurture emails from seperate content programs.We never store the emails within the engagement program itself, but call on seperate send campaigns within the content programs. (each piece of content gets its own program)So, the question I have is this...There are several thousand people in various stages of the existing nurture program with each having been sent a varying number of emails within the stream. If I migrate these people to their new engagement program (with the same content), will Marketo "remember" the emails each lead was previously sent  and not attempt to send again? Thanks,-Michael.

HiI wrote PHP program with use Marketo REST API in our website's contact form on submit action.That form is 1-50 conversion when 1 month, so I think REST API call count is 1-50 in 1 month.And, our sales team configured SalesInsight.But "Admin > Web Services > API Call Information" show me about 5000-7000 calls in 1day.Is that influence of SalesInsight?

Is the User Profile component available to use? I cannot see it in the Communities component list.I'm using AEM 6.1 if that makes a difference.

We set up a nurture stream and want to remove anyone from future sends if they they reply to an email. If I removed anyone who clicked would that incorporate people who reply, or is that not counted in the open and click numbers?

I am convinced that because Marketo doesn't really offer a survey capability that doing a survey in Marketo is not the best choice. We already have Survey Monkey so I suggested to the boss that it would work better and give us the best result and best analysis. She still wants me to try and do it in Marketo. I say we do the email and follow up in Marketo with a link to the survey in Survey Monkey. We can analyze the open and click rate through Marketo but not the actual survey responses/I started to put it together but ran into many obstacles. One being I would have to create a field for every question so I could design a fieldset with check marks for each question. Any thoughts?
