I'm using connect for Marketing Automation in episerver to send leads to marketo Connect for Marketing Automation – Marketo In episerver I have 6 forms and each form points to its own list in marketo (solution, product, services, support, event, download).I created and assigned the respective list to its form to create some separation of concern between the leads coming in to marketo from the site.I can't see how to get a lead to exist in more than one lead list at any given time. I was under the impression that these were almost like playlists in itunes, where the lead is aliased in a lead list.There is no reason why a user might want to use anyone of these forms, during a browsing session.A new lead is added to the correct lead list, but subsequent form submissions by that lead to another form don't add that lead to the correct lead list.Checking a lead activity log, added to list is only registered when a new lead is created.

There was a file at this location: /content/dam/lexmark/documents/presentations/y2015/WW_perceptive-secure-print_presentation_en-US.pptx It is no longer in the DAM and I would like to know if there is a way to recover the file. (AEM 6.1)

We have a multi step quoting/signup process and at each step of the process we update the custom text field "SUPTS" with the step people are at using the Munchkin API. Please note that customers can start the process online and then complete signup via the phone and the CRM updates the "SUPTS" field to "customer" if that happens.We want so send email 1 if the "SUPTS" field value is still "Step 1" 24 hours after it was changed to "Step 1".We then want to wait 48 hours after email 1 is sent then apply the following logic:If email 1 is unopened and "SUPTS" is still "Step 1" send email 2If any link in email 1 is clicked and "SUPTS" is still "Step 1" send email 3Customers can come through this quoting/signup process multiple times.We have created a program and have various smart campaigns to track users activity based on a smart list but the emails don't seem to be firing at the right times.Any advice on the logic/campaign/list setup would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,I've explored the basics of AEM Mobile over the past few days and also tried using some of the Cordova plugins mentioned in the App's Plugins tab. Now, I'd like to know how to use a custom Cordova plugin or a plugin other than mentioned in that list in my app.Is there a possibility to achieve this today? With SFDC becoming our source of truth, we standardized countries based on the standard list that SFDC provides. This was a fairly easy implementation in SFDC but it is becoming a minor headache in Marketo due to the fact that some countries are listed with a comma in the name, such as "Congo, the Democratic Republic of the". This is a non-issue for the assets working off of Forms 2.0 since in that countries are added on a new line, but in 1.0, they're still added inline and are separated by commas.I've tried putting the country name in quotes, but the quotes are then displayed and the comma in the middle of the quotations results in it still splitting the value into two lines.Easiest solution would be to finish migrating all assets to Forms 2.0 and then make the change there, but since we can't wait for that due to sync issues, what other options do I have for inserting country names that include a comma and preventing them from getting split into two lines?

Is it possible to cast the value of a Marketo template variable (e.g., ${var1}) into an object type that can be used in Javascript? A simple example would be trying to output the value of ${var1} to the console:<script>      console.log(${var1});</script>Given that var1 has been defined in the <head>:<meta class="mktoString" mktoName="Variable 1" id="var1" default="This is a variable">... the console errors out because ${var1} is translated into This is a variable, but not as a string.Any ideas if/how this can be done?

Hey all,I have scoured the forum and documentation and still don't have a clear idea of the meaning of the field "Converted to Opportunity" in the context of a RCE Program Membership Analysis. All the documentation gives as a definition is "The lead is converted to an opportunity", which is ambiguous. Does this mean that at some point in the past, the lead in question WAS converted to an opportunity, potentially before they engaged with the program in question? Or does it mean that they were converted to an opportunity AFTER they engaged with the program?If it's the former, is there a way natively to determine leads that were converted to opportunities subsequent to their program engagement/success? I.e., the business question we're answering is "how many opportunities were created as a result of this program?"Thanks!

Hi,Has anyone here extracted email analytics on records via the REST API. I've seen some talks around the community on this, but nothing concrete. What we are trying to do is get sent open clicks by user on all emails and push that to our data warehouse storage. Possibly done through the getLeadChanges, but i'm unsure on the level of output i'll get when I apply the filters of send open clicks. Any other thoughts ideas??

What is the industry average for email click to form conversion?So basically the % of people I should expect to fill out the form after they click on the email link that directs them to said form. I'm looking for this benchmark everywhere and can't find it Thanks!

I've set up a notification that goes out to alert me of new Opps that have been added to contacts and it works like a charm.However, I can only tell that a new Opp has been added and not which Opp was added (our contacts can be tied to dozens).Is there a way to include in an email or alert which Opp was created by included the Opp name or something?

We have implemented the new "Activity Map" and are running into an "access denied" message if the user trying to install the plugin is set as "user" and not "admin".  The users are part of the "Activity Map Access" group.  Has anyone else run into this issue, is there a solution??  I have searched the forum but haven't found anything similar.

I'm looking for documentation for creating a forms variable in a guided landing page, so the the person making the landing page instances can select forms on-the-fly, as opposed to embedding code for a specific form on in the landing page template.I have looked through the Forms 2.0 page (LINK), Create a Form page (LINK) and the Add a Form to a Guided Landing Page page (LINK), but I haven't come across a straightforward example for this.It would seem logical that you'd use something along these lines in the template's HTML:<script>  MktoForms2.newForm();</script>Is also tried this, which at least created a forms placeholder in the template along with an entry in the Elements editor pane, but the form disappears when you select one from the dialog:<script src="//app-ab16.marketo.com/js/forms2/js/forms2.min.js"></script><form id="dmack_form" mktoName="dmack_form" class="mktoForm"></form>I appreciate any enlightenment.Message was edited by: David Mack.

Hi,I've created the live copy and it is working fine for the existing content. However, If I create a page page programatically using JCR api then live copy is not copying that page to Spanish but if I create the same page manually in English then live copy is copying that page to Spanish. Any idea why live copy is not able to copy the programatically created pages to spanish.Thanks.

I'm having a strange problem with some of my embdeded marketo forms.When loading some of them on Chrome after 42, I get a pop up saying: "This site uses a plugin(application/x-ati-urlmon) that is unsupported." I checked the payload that these problem forms return, and they all contain "type= application\/x-ati-urlmon" . The ones that work correctly do not contain this text, even though they are pretty much carbon copies of the problem forms. The problems that do throw this error to our users seem to work completely fine. Has anyone encountered this before?

Hi All,Can somebody please help me to understand, when I start a workflow from siteadmin dialog box, how it gets triggered. How does system understand that the workflow has to be executed. Does AEM has some configuration or bundle for this which stores the workflow ID's and executes the workflow? How it happens?
