Hi,Has anyone here extracted email analytics on records via the REST API. I've seen some talks around the community on this, but nothing concrete. What we are trying to do is get sent open clicks by user on all emails and push that to our data warehouse storage. Possibly done through the getLeadChanges, but i'm unsure on the level of output i'll get when I apply the filters of send open clicks. Any other thoughts ideas??

What is the industry average for email click to form conversion?So basically the % of people I should expect to fill out the form after they click on the email link that directs them to said form. I'm looking for this benchmark everywhere and can't find it Thanks!

My company has some smart lists that are over 30% of its entire emailable database, which roughly 96,000. My team and I think this percent is high. We need benchmarks proving or disapproving this idea.  Does anyone have data to help us figure it out?

I've set up a notification that goes out to alert me of new Opps that have been added to contacts and it works like a charm.However, I can only tell that a new Opp has been added and not which Opp was added (our contacts can be tied to dozens).Is there a way to include in an email or alert which Opp was created by included the Opp name or something?

This may be a dumb question, but is it possible to filter in MKTO on the SFDC ID number?Right now, it looks like I only have access to filter on the SFDC Contact Record ID and Record Type ID fields.Thank you.

We have implemented the new "Activity Map" and are running into an "access denied" message if the user trying to install the plugin is set as "user" and not "admin".  The users are part of the "Activity Map Access" group.  Has anyone else run into this issue, is there a solution??  I have searched the forum but haven't found anything similar.

We have a Nurture campaign set up to target our database for customers to trigger off of although I want to make sure the SmartList is correct & we're targeting the right customers.Is there a easy way to test a nurture before it's actually live. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks –Rob

I'm looking for documentation for creating a forms variable in a guided landing page, so the the person making the landing page instances can select forms on-the-fly, as opposed to embedding code for a specific form on in the landing page template.I have looked through the Forms 2.0 page (LINK), Create a Form page (LINK) and the Add a Form to a Guided Landing Page page (LINK), but I haven't come across a straightforward example for this.It would seem logical that you'd use something along these lines in the template's HTML:<script>  MktoForms2.newForm();</script>Is also tried this, which at least created a forms placeholder in the template along with an entry in the Elements editor pane, but the form disappears when you select one from the dialog:<script src="//app-ab16.marketo.com/js/forms2/js/forms2.min.js"></script><form id="dmack_form" mktoName="dmack_form" class="mktoForm"></form>I appreciate any enlightenment.Message was edited by: David Mack.

Hi,I've created the live copy and it is working fine for the existing content. However, If I create a page page programatically using JCR api then live copy is not copying that page to Spanish but if I create the same page manually in English then live copy is copying that page to Spanish. Any idea why live copy is not able to copy the programatically created pages to spanish.Thanks.

I'm having a strange problem with some of my embdeded marketo forms.When loading some of them on Chrome after 42, I get a pop up saying: "This site uses a plugin(application/x-ati-urlmon) that is unsupported." I checked the payload that these problem forms return, and they all contain "type= application\/x-ati-urlmon" . The ones that work correctly do not contain this text, even though they are pretty much carbon copies of the problem forms. The problems that do throw this error to our users seem to work completely fine. Has anyone encountered this before?

Does AEM has some configuration or bundle for this which stores the workflow ID's and executes the workflow? How it happens? Hi guys,I've reviewed the (little) documentation I can find from Marketo on this one and it seems I have 2 options when importing a list - I can either skip new leads and field updates, or I can import everything with the risk that I will overwrite existing fields like Job Title for Leads that are already there. Even though Marketo shows a tick box against the 'Update lead fields' in this last option - it doesn't seem that you can untick it - so I guess Marketo is just saying - "this is what you get - it's ticked and you can't change that".So the question is - how do people deal with the fact that you might want to import 10/100/1000 new leads from something like a Content Syndication activity, but you assume that the data you might already have - either in Marketo or synced from the CRM - is better quality that what's coming to you on the import file?It seems so simple, yet I've really struggled with this one as I have certain fields which are mandatory from the Salesforce point of vi

But the problem is when I enable the reIndex property to true then it took longer time to complete indexing and never ends on my local instance.  Please let me know how long will reIndexing takes to re-index. Also let me know is there any other way to tune the query.  Thank you

I need to create a shared audience by importing an audience created in Adobe Audience Manager. For that I need  this option "create a shared audience" at :Profiles & Targets > Lists > create newFor this I have already followed the Adobe documentation found at: Configuration 1) I have imported the standard packages : Adobe Marketing Cloud Shared Audiences Integration and Integration with the Adobe Marketing Cloud2) I have set up an external account also for Adobe Marketing Cloud.3) Create AMC Data source also. 4) and cleared the local cacheStill i am not getting the option to create a shared audience. I've been searching around Community for some info about interesting moments and I found this thread which seems to be out of date and that doesn't have much love so I'm hoping someone can help me out.I'm trying to build an interesting moment for a few advertising programs we built out. To get into the ad program, people don't need to fill out forms, there are other triggers based off of UTM content and page views that add them to a program. My question is: am I able to create a custom type of Interesting Moment that just has the name of the program they are a member of? Ideally I could trigger the interesting moment off of "Program Status Was Changed' or something like that. I've been digging around and I'm just not quite sure what other people are doing for things like this. If anybody has advice on custom interesting moments or any other solutions that might be viable instead of interesting moments, I'm all ears.

Hello,   I am trying to do a list upload into Marketo.  We are currently using Marketo throughout our company in 9 different countries.  Whenever I upload a list that is in Swedish, Norweigan, German, or any country that has different characters or accents, the characters don’t come through and I have to manually go into ever record to update them.  Is there a way to upload a list where these characters can come through?

Is anyone having issues with the editor adding paragraph tags when working inside an email template? I was having this problem with the old editor on landing pages. I switch to the new editor to fix the landing page issue. Everything worked fine for about a week. But as of this morning, the new editor is adding paragraph tags to my emails. I haven't edited any landing pages yet. It adds a complimentary paragraph tag for every span tag or div tag in a mktEditable section. I can remove the tags by replacing the HTML but I cannot correct them inside the editor.

I don’t use Gmail or Outlook. Will the Gmail's Marketo Sales Insight plugin work with Apple mail? Maybe the fact that it eventually routes everything through the gmail server means it might work with gmail. Please let me know.
