hi all. I have a problem, the breadcrumb is not shown on publish instance.In browser console i see error:NetworkError: 403 Forbidden - http://localhost:4502/libs/wcm/stats/tracker.js?path=....."I added to dispatcher to allow libs/wcm/stats/tracker.jsBut here it is pointing to 4502 port. what should i do? Thank you, all

Hi guys,I've reviewed the (little) documentation I can find from Marketo on this one and it seems I have 2 options when importing a list - I can either skip new leads and field updates, or I can import everything with the risk that I will overwrite existing fields like Job Title for Leads that are already there. Even though Marketo shows a tick box against the 'Update lead fields' in this last option - it doesn't seem that you can untick it - so I guess Marketo is just saying - "this is what you get - it's ticked and you can't change that".So the question is - how do people deal with the fact that you might want to import 10/100/1000 new leads from something like a Content Syndication activity, but you assume that the data you might already have - either in Marketo or synced from the CRM - is better quality that what's coming to you on the import file?It seems so simple, yet I've really struggled with this one as I have certain fields which are mandatory from the Salesforce point of vi

Hi Team, I have been trying to run multipath query through query builder but it takes more time to result a query (approx 40Sec). daterange.upperOperation=<=daterange.upperBound=2016-05-24T12:00:06.182-04:00daterange.property=jcr:content/offTime1_property=jcr:content/cq:lastReplicationActiongroup.1_path=/content/mywebsitep.limit=2001_property.value=Activategroup.2_path=/etc/mywebsite/en-ustype=cq:Pagegroup.p.or=true To overcome such situation I created custom oakIndex where include both the paths to process the above query. But the problem is when I enable the reIndex property to true then it took longer time to complete indexing and never ends on my local instance.  Please let me know how long will reIndexing takes to re-index. Also let me know is there any other way to tune the query.  Thank you

I need to create a shared audience by importing an audience created in Adobe Audience Manager. For that I need  this option "create a shared audience" at :Profiles & Targets > Lists > create newFor this I have already followed the Adobe documentation found at: Configuration 1) I have imported the standard packages : Adobe Marketing Cloud Shared Audiences Integration and Integration with the Adobe Marketing Cloud2) I have set up an external account also for Adobe Marketing Cloud.3) Create AMC Data source also. 4) and cleared the local cacheStill i am not getting the option to create a shared audience. I've been searching around Community for some info about interesting moments and I found this thread which seems to be out of date and that doesn't have much love so I'm hoping someone can help me out.I'm trying to build an interesting moment for a few advertising programs we built out. To get into the ad program, people don't need to fill out forms, there are other triggers based off of UTM content and page views that add them to a program. My question is: am I able to create a custom type of Interesting Moment that just has the name of the program they are a member of? Ideally I could trigger the interesting moment off of "Program Status Was Changed' or something like that. I've been digging around and I'm just not quite sure what other people are doing for things like this. If anybody has advice on custom interesting moments or any other solutions that might be viable instead of interesting moments, I'm all ears.

Hello,   I am trying to do a list upload into Marketo.  We are currently using Marketo throughout our company in 9 different countries.  Whenever I upload a list that is in Swedish, Norweigan, German, or any country that has different characters or accents, the characters don’t come through and I have to manually go into ever record to update them.  Is there a way to upload a list where these characters can come through?

Is anyone having issues with the editor adding paragraph tags when working inside an email template? I was having this problem with the old editor on landing pages. I switch to the new editor to fix the landing page issue. Everything worked fine for about a week. But as of this morning, the new editor is adding paragraph tags to my emails. I haven't edited any landing pages yet. It adds a complimentary paragraph tag for every span tag or div tag in a mktEditable section. I can remove the tags by replacing the HTML but I cannot correct them inside the editor.

I don’t use Gmail or Outlook. Will the Gmail's Marketo Sales Insight plugin work with Apple mail? Maybe the fact that it eventually routes everything through the gmail server means it might work with gmail. Please let me know.

Hey Everyone,I'm wondering what the difference is between the Source and Reason constraints on the Data Value Change trigger?Specifically, I'm trying to prevent a lead merge from triggering some of our Scoring Campaigns. I have the Data Value Trigger set up and I'm going to add one of the constraint with the logic Source/Reason does not contain "Merge". Anyone know which is the right choice?Thanks a lot,Cam

We have encountered a strange infection that is inserting a file into all packages that we create in AEM 5.6. The file is called "test_page29082.html.binary" and is a test file that reads: "This is an AppScan test page." Because this file is getting injected into our packages it is causing an error when we attempt to install or deploy.We don't know what is causing this. We have thoroughly scanned our Dev server for any sign of infection or any application called "AppScan" with no luck. We have determined our system got infected when we installed a package from another server which was already infected.Has anybody seen this before or know what are the steps to remove it?Thanks,PJ

Hello!We're doing different Marketing Activities to promote content, and I would like to know whether it would be possible to also add a note within the activity that says how much was spent on what medium.For exemple, we're promoting an ebook during the months of March, April and May.In March, we spent $10K on Network A, $5K on PPC, $2K on Network B.In April, we spent $5K on Network A, $15K on Network C.In May, we spent $5K on Network B, $5k on Network D.Is this information something that can be added onto the marketing campaign? And if yes, is there a way to get that information onto a chart?Thanks in advance for your help!Emma

We currently use Mailchimp for our RSS feed for weekly blog update emails (looking into switching to Digesto). We use the API and a program in Marketo to trigger anytime someone subscribes.Today, we were alerted by sales that info is syncing into the Notes & Attachments section in SFDC (pic below). It's syncing on both the contact and Account level. When I look into contact's record in Marketo, none of this information is shown. I wasn't even aware we could sync to the Notes section. My Marketo program basically just tracks when someone subscribes to the blog and marks them with success. So I'm wondering how this is happening. Thoughts?

Hi Community, I sent out an email from our CEO but I wanted the reply's (especially the out of offices) to be sent to a different email address.  I set the reply to, to be our marketing email, and it worked for most of the emails, but the CEO still recieved several out of offices, why is this and how do I fix it? Thanks! 

We're running into some issues - primarily in our European regions - where the email address is being marked as invalid by Marketo.  For example:Many of you are in some of those countries that use non-ASCII characters.  How do you deal with this in Marketo?

Hi all,This is the current situation: We have a component that is "closed" when it's on the page. It has a button that toggles the visibility of several items on the component. When we are in Author mode (wcmmode.edit) the component's jquery listener isn't triggered on click. When we switch to the Preview mode, we can click on the component and it works. The jquery event gets triggered. Is there anyway to leverage this click in edit-mode? RegardsMario

I was able to test 2 emails yesterday, and another 2 emails today in my stream. And then that's it. It seems that the communication limits are stopping the test emails from sending out. I even changed the emails to "Operational" so it can bypass the limits. But I'm still unable to test the rest of the emails. I wanted to test the transition rules as well. How do I go about doing that?Thanks.

How to generate dynamic Parsys in slightly.I have a selection type. Options varies from 1 to 6 I am planning to generate different parsys on change of this section.I tried the following code: Parsys is dynamically generated but if I drag drop a component in one Parsys. Our Salesforce administrator has made a field in Saleforce visible to Marketo but this is still not appearing in Marketo. Is there normally a delay with these syncs and does anyone know approx. how long this should take before the field is visible in Marketo or if there could be another issue as to why this isn't visible yet? We've only waited a few hours but I would have thought it should have appeared by now.It's not a normal lead field, like lead source, etc - it sits on the campaign member so unsure if this affects anything?
