Hey Everyone,I'm wondering what the difference is between the Source and Reason constraints on the Data Value Change trigger?Specifically, I'm trying to prevent a lead merge from triggering some of our Scoring Campaigns. I have the Data Value Trigger set up and I'm going to add one of the constraint with the logic Source/Reason does not contain "Merge". Anyone know which is the right choice?Thanks a lot,Cam

We have encountered a strange infection that is inserting a file into all packages that we create in AEM 5.6. The file is called "test_page29082.html.binary" and is a test file that reads: "This is an AppScan test page." Because this file is getting injected into our packages it is causing an error when we attempt to install or deploy.We don't know what is causing this. We have thoroughly scanned our Dev server for any sign of infection or any application called "AppScan" with no luck. We have determined our system got infected when we installed a package from another server which was already infected.Has anybody seen this before or know what are the steps to remove it?Thanks,PJ

Hello!We're doing different Marketing Activities to promote content, and I would like to know whether it would be possible to also add a note within the activity that says how much was spent on what medium.For exemple, we're promoting an ebook during the months of March, April and May.In March, we spent $10K on Network A, $5K on PPC, $2K on Network B.In April, we spent $5K on Network A, $15K on Network C.In May, we spent $5K on Network B, $5k on Network D.Is this information something that can be added onto the marketing campaign? And if yes, is there a way to get that information onto a chart?Thanks in advance for your help!Emma

We currently use Mailchimp for our RSS feed for weekly blog update emails (looking into switching to Digesto). We use the API and a program in Marketo to trigger anytime someone subscribes.Today, we were alerted by sales that info is syncing into the Notes & Attachments section in SFDC (pic below). It's syncing on both the contact and Account level. When I look into contact's record in Marketo, none of this information is shown. I wasn't even aware we could sync to the Notes section. My Marketo program basically just tracks when someone subscribes to the blog and marks them with success. So I'm wondering how this is happening. Thoughts?

Hi Community, I sent out an email from our CEO but I wanted the reply's (especially the out of offices) to be sent to a different email address.  I set the reply to, to be our marketing email, and it worked for most of the emails, but the CEO still recieved several out of offices, why is this and how do I fix it? Thanks! 

We're running into some issues - primarily in our European regions - where the email address is being marked as invalid by Marketo.  For example:Many of you are in some of those countries that use non-ASCII characters.  How do you deal with this in Marketo?

Hi all,This is the current situation: We have a component that is "closed" when it's on the page. It has a button that toggles the visibility of several items on the component. When we are in Author mode (wcmmode.edit) the component's jquery listener isn't triggered on click. When we switch to the Preview mode, we can click on the component and it works. The jquery event gets triggered. Is there anyway to leverage this click in edit-mode? RegardsMario

I was able to test 2 emails yesterday, and another 2 emails today in my stream. And then that's it. It seems that the communication limits are stopping the test emails from sending out. I even changed the emails to "Operational" so it can bypass the limits. But I'm still unable to test the rest of the emails. I wanted to test the transition rules as well. How do I go about doing that?Thanks.

How to generate dynamic Parsys in slightly.I have a selection type. Options varies from 1 to 6 I am planning to generate different parsys on change of this section.I tried the following code: Parsys is dynamically generated but if I drag drop a component in one Parsys. Our Salesforce administrator has made a field in Saleforce visible to Marketo but this is still not appearing in Marketo. Is there normally a delay with these syncs and does anyone know approx. how long this should take before the field is visible in Marketo or if there could be another issue as to why this isn't visible yet? We've only waited a few hours but I would have thought it should have appeared by now.It's not a normal lead field, like lead source, etc - it sits on the campaign member so unsure if this affects anything?

In a fresh AEM6.1+SP1 instance if we add all the columns using "Configure Columns" in Sites view and then go to Assets view, the default available columns in Assets view are disappeared. When opening the "Configure Columns" of Assets View shows few columns are automatically unchecked due to the changes made in Sites view columns. similarly, if we change any configuration on column of Assets view then problem appears in Sites view. See attaches screen shot.Is it a known issue ? and if is there any HF available for this issue ?

Hi,I have a use case where I am running my site in one AEM instance and it has 'n' number of users where we have some logic of creating our new property as cq:password inside the /home/users/{site}/{profile} and this password is encrypted using AEM crypto support so when I am packaging the user created in my 1 instance and importing it to the another then users are getting imported successfully but when user is trying to login with those user then while decrypting the password it is throwing exception as invalid padding which is basically due to the different master key which is used to generate that encrypted password. I have also read that the master key should always be same that means the key should be same from which encrypted password is generated otherwise while decrypting, it will not work. This key is under the /etc/key location and here it has master key property.So if I am importing the key also from my old instance then it is working fine but in this case the existing user

Hi,We are rethinking the way we structure our data processing campaigns in Marketo. We have a ton of trigger campaigns that are firing constantly and we are thinking it might be a better practice to consolidate them since many of them are redundant.Does anyone have a data structure they'd be willing to elaborate on? Or any tips on how to create a smooth, centralized data architecture? Is there any documentation on how to handle lead processing?I know this question is very open-ended! Hi Community!I'm going through and hiding fields left and right in our marketo instance that do not need to be there. I'm reviewing the fields in SFDC on the campaign that are syncing to marketo and I believe there's a few that can be hidden. I'm looking around on the documentation and I'm curious - do custom fields in Salesforce sync over to Marketo? If so, does hiding them work the same way was with the opportunity object (just hide it from the marketo use in SF)?Thanks,Kelly

Need to know how the pattern should be for validating email field in AEM Adaptive form. We have used textbox component and tried with differenrt regex patterns. But none works.The OOB Email-alphanumeric pattern type with pattern text{OOOOOOOO'@example.com'} doesn't work properly. Please help.

Hi all,I've been a Marketo user many times before but my latest company is a bit different. We use gmail for our corporate email (even though the domain is the same as our main website). My dev team is saying that they don't know to do the email deliverability (whitelist, etc.) part of the setup checklist because of the way our email is configured. Help!Christine

hi ,We are trying to use the A4T feature of Adobe Target Standard. However when we create a activity selecting a report suite from the Analytics we get a Sync error ( Please see the attached screenshot).The accounts ( both Analytics and Target ) are synced however i am not able to see this working.Please provide a solution.Thanking you in anticipation.
