My team wants to track click engagement in an email.  The email will contain the same link that appears twice, once at the top and once at the bottom.  In order to see which link is bringing more traffic to the landing page, there needs to be a way to differentiate in reporting.  What is the easiest way to track this, does the link need to be appended in someway?Thank you!Christine

Why do requests for /etc/segmentation.segment.js generate these errors in the error log? This happens in a new AEM 6.1 instance and also when service pack 1 is installed. I've seen older instructions to create flush agents directly on publishers (When one chose to run them on the publisher instead of the author).  I see from the current documentation the recommendation is to create the flush agents on the author under the "Agents on Publish" node then activate them and they run on the publisher.  I tested this out on my lab environment the other day and it worked fine. So on all of our existing AEM 6.0 and AEM 6.1 instances, the flush agents were created directly on the publishers and I've heard no complaints nor seen any problems.  So my questions.      1. Can anyone tell me the advantages of creating them on the author to run on the publisher?    2. Should I reconfigure my existing environments? (Delete the flush agents from the publishers and recreate the on the authors)Thanks Ned

it's multi-module maven archetype project, we have one module to build the ui-content along with osgi bundles to install on the AEM instance using maven-content-package plugin. but when we do this, it creates UI, and Content simultaneously. is there any way I can create only UI stuff (apps/myproject/component,templates,etc) related one time and deploy and Content (/content/myfolder, etc..) separately build and deploy.  thanksshekhar

I'd like to amp up my subscription center to allow for leads to choose their email frequency. Has anyone else done this? If so, how?We have about 9 different Nurture Campaigns running right now that have a cadence of every 2 weeks. How would the frequency preference apply to this? i.e. how would I add into the Send campaigns to only send with the frequency desired?Thanks everyone!

Question for the experts on how you'd accomplish this:I have Webinar programs and I want to set status based on conditional dates. Apparently this is not allowed:IF {{system.datetime}} IS AFTER {{my.Webinar Date}} then CHANGE PROGRAM STATUS TO "Attended On Demand"Else if {{system.datetime}} IS EARLIER THAN {{my.Webinar Date}} then CHANGE PROGRAM STATUS TO "Registered for Event"

Is it possible to include the Lead Owner AND the Account Owner on the same alert? The drop down only gives options for one or the other -- and the problem with doing two separate alerts is it's two separate emails. Ideally, they could be on the same email thread.My other thought was whether or not tokens could be used in the "To Other Emails:" section... thus allowing you to drop {{lead.Lead Owner Email Address}} into it and achieving the desired result -- but this doesn't appear to work.Any ideas?

Hi, I am getting a 500 error while editing a tag.  I have a custom user and have given read permission on etc\tags along with all the permissions on the specific namespaces eg etc\tags\bs Read access to libs has also been granted.  I don't wish to use Tag administrator group and assign specific permissions if required. Please let me know in case anybody has an answer.. 

I have been trying to create Custom Objects to determine how we want to use them.  One-to-many we have no issues.  I understand what we can do with these objects.  Many-to-many we have been trying to set up our sand box and according to the documentation it says if you use the intermediate object then you don’t need to link to a parent table.  This sounds great but we can’t get the new object to show up in the linked object of the intermediate object because we can’t publish the custom object.  It says we need to have a linked field before publishing?  What are we missing?  There has to be specific steps to create a many-to-many but the documentation isn’t giving us what we need to bypass errors.

Hi All,In case one is hitting a malformed url we get a lot of WARN messages in the log. For instance, if I enter http://localhost:4503/content/geometrixx/en.html?p=|   (the last symbol is pipe) it's handled correctly but  I can see 19 WARN messages in the logs (attached)What I can do about it to suppress those annoying messages in the log? or even have only 1 WARN messageThanks in advance,Yura. 

Hi,I am seeing very inconsistent behavior in visit count when seeing Campaign traffic in Target vs SC. For example, for 1 A/B test, Target is showing ~18K visits for test experience while Ad-hoc tool shows 300 visits. I know everyone says there will be a difference but is there any documentation or explanation on why there is difference and how much to expect?

Hello, I want to take 9A0-384 AEM 6 Developer exam, but when I tried to register I found out that there are no this exam in Pearson Vue list:[img]https://api.monosnap.com/rpc/file/download?id=nGmIjXHEehFjHD4W29LKEN9KrNh9yK[/img] So I asked Pearson Vue at their chat this question and they answered that this exam expired on March 13, 2016. So will it be available again? I'm using the Comments Component present in the "libs/social/common/component/hbs/comments" in AEM 6.1. I copied it into my app/component folder and modified it.When I'm logged in, it allow me to post comment in author & Publish both. When I try to access the page(containing component) without logged in, only previously added comments are shown and no input box is present to post the comments.I want to achieve the thing, where user can post the comment as Anonymous user and there post is moderated and then publish on the website.How can I post comment without logged in, as our website don't don't have log in feature?Can we create a Guest user for all those user who wants to post the comment to that page. That guest user is by default logged in, when user open that page to post the comments. I'm not sure whether we can achieve this or not.Or is there any other way in which I can do this?Note - We are going to do Facebook and Google Integration in our second development phase.

Hi,We have a requirement where we need to allow user to post comments without being logged in.We have seen that this was possible in 5.6.1 where user could enter his comment, name, email , website (optional).However 6.1 requires that the user be logged in to post comments.I have seen this link - https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/release-notes/deprecated-removed-features.html - which gives the list of deprecated and removed features but I am not able to see this mentioned.Any pointers on what is out of the box in 6.1 so that we can get back to the client.Regards,Anil

How to add configurations to get the author that how many pages he want to display on what's New, and also should get the most recent activated child class on top of the page.

I don't want to use information from the Meta tags to populate my social sharing information, I want to use tokens. For example "Enter your title here" I tried to replace with my token {{my.webinar title}} but it didn't seem to work. Has anyone gotten this to work successfully?
