I'm adding a "Save the Date" link to an email, but it sits within a blue box. My other link within a blue box is white in order to stand out, but I can't seem to change this particular link to be white. The difference is that it is using an ICS token, rather than just text. I tried changing the color in the span tag surrounding the token after clicking into the HTML editor, but the hyperlink is still coming out as blue when I send myself a sample email. Has anyone dealt with this before?

When I search for fields to block updates to, FIRST NAME and LAST NAME don't appear as options. Instead, I've blocked all field updates to FULL NAME unless they're made in SFDC (our master database).However, the FIRST NAME and LAST NAME fields were overwritten on a Static List import. How can I block updates to these fields with the only NAME option I find in my field list is FULL NAME?Thanks in advance!

I've seen several posts about this from the last few years, but no answers. Does anyone know if a rep has subscribed to an Interesting Moment in Marketo Sales Insight for Salesforce, can they unsubscribe later?I can't find an answer anywhere, and we are about to roll out sales insight. Hi,I cloned over a list from another program, but then realized that the program statuses had not changed. I wanted to revert them all back to initial program status "queued", so I selected all and then clicked on change program status option. I entered in the new program and new program status option and then submitted. However, the list's program status column looks the same?Thanks,Tom

In a parsys section we can place a component placeholder. On editing the component placeholder a dialog box will appear to which a listener is configured. Is there a way for the listener to know in which parsys the component placeholder is being placed?Note: Parent node of component placeholder is the parsys nodePurpose: Based on which parsys the component placeholder is located I need to validate entries in the dialog of the component placeholder. The listener passes the values entered in dialog box to a servlet where the validation happens and if valid the component placeholder will display the component.

In 6.1, I can't find the JMX bean so i could use the following URL that used to list the slow running queries/system/console/jmx/com.adobe.granite%3Atype%3DQueryStatIs there another bean in 6.1? Secondly can you list the classes I should add to sling logger to list slow running queries and in general queries that are running against the isntance?

I have drop down in touch ui and populating some values via datasource.Now when adding listeners to it, how can I get reference to this field.I used var list= new CUI.Select({            element: $("[name=./list']").closest(".coral-Select")  }); But this does add duplicate values to drop down.In order to remove  duplicates I tried to use: list._selectList.children().not("[role='option']").remove();  but it didnt worked. Still duplicates are present.Share your thoughts guys....

I need to identify what this Adobe Account is about, since it was created by my son (an under Age child) without my permission.

It looks like Email Programs are able to update my Salesforce activities for a lead whenever they click/open an email. However, I am wondering if I were to use a Default Program with an Email channel, if the Salesforce activities for a lead would record clicks/opens. Or would I have to set up triggers for that to happen? I noticed my predecessor created triggers for her Default Programs to update the activity for any clicks or opens. I just want to make sure that that is necessary.I sure hope the above makes sense... Looking forward to hearing what the community has to say.  Thanks all!

I'm unable to open Report Builder in my Excel files using my usual company logo.  I'm able to access the web app just fine with the same credentials. I have uninstalled the old report builder, and reinstalled the latest but still receive the same error. Any ideas on what's going on at this point? See error attached.

I am trying to extract all the product views and orders on few particular products which occurred after visitors viewed a particular page. For this, I created a visitor level segment with a THEN operator. (Am confident about the segment) Then I extracted the product report with productviews and orders from both Report Builder and Adobe Analytics with the same segment applied and filter for the required products. The result from the two tools appear to be different. The report builder output seem to be little higher than the Adobe Analytics one. The % differences on Orders and Cart Additions are even higher (+25%). At the same time when I extract the same report without the segment there is no difference at all.I believe this is due to sampling. Just wanted to know which one of the two is more accurate in this scenario.Note: The site received more than 100+ million visits during the 2 month time frame I am focusing on. Thanks,Aiyanna

Our application is using beacons to track custom events called "heart beats" every 10 seconds. Therefore, the 30 minute default session inactivity timer that Adobe uses is causing undercounting of visits and skewing our viewers' visit duration. (I.e. A visitor using their smart tv opens our web app, then 20 seconds later leaves for another channel, but comes back 20 minutes later and turns off their tv after 20 seconds - this is not a 10+ minute visit but rather 2 very short visits of 20 seconds each). The use case here is viewership of a live streamHow do I shorten the way Adobe calculates a visit? We imported a list from ReadyTalk and during the importation process it made us select only one value, i.e. attended, no show etc., except that this list had people that obviously fit into more than one category. Now when I try and manually change a person's status it reverts back to attended. Would love some help to get this sorted out, cheers!

Is there a way to pull together a smart list for defined age groups and automatically updates with the appropriate leads?For example, the age groups could be:24 years and under25 - 54 years old55-79 years old80 years and olderI can create a smart list using Date of Birth to identify these leads today (e.g. #1 would be "Date of Birth" after [11-Mar-1992]). But in a few months time, the leads age would have changed but not my leads list.Any ideas?

Are there plans for sharing the Marketo calendar with people outside of Marketo? Right now, we're having to look into calendars in the SFDC App Exchange so our sales teams can see a calendar of our Marketing programs. It would be great if we could generate some type of link (or even a tab in MSI) where Sales could view all marketing activity for a month.
